My wife received her Valentine flowers today that I ordered a few days ago from Proflowers. About half of the flowers came rotten and wilted in the box. This is completely not the quality advertised on their site that I paid good money for. My husband ordered flowers for me 24 long stem roses and received 16 roses half was actually long stem the other half I couldn't even cut since it was short already that was already looking wilted sadly I felt so bad looking at the flowers but not wanting to make my husband feel bad for the disappointment Add comment

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend today. I spent $80.00 plus dollars, after the card, their handling charge, the upgraded vase, ( THAT SHE NEVER GOT !) and tax! Because they show a local store, I had know idea they were going to deliver them to her UPS, in a F*&^ing CARDBOARD Box !! I paid $15.00 dollars more for a nicer vase, they didn't send one AT ALL !! Omg really delivery by ups. Ypu charge a delivery fee and to me that says they are being delivered not by UPS!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER US PROFLOWERS AGAIN NO MENTION ON WEBSITE ABOUT UPS! HUGE RIP OFF! You think you are getting a great (and affordable) deal and then....on the last page of checkout, BOOM, fee after fee after fee and then the delivery charges! Terrible! Proflowers - Horrible, dead flowers!

My flowers are already drooping and wilted after LESS than 24 hours and I followed the care instructions to the letter! The flowers arrived via FedEx (not hand delivered) and without the card my husband ordered and PAID for. ProFlowers should be sued for fraudulent advertising. The wilted flowers were not arranged in the vase. Instead they were wrapped in plastic with the stems inserted in mud-colored floral foam. The stems must be cut before the recipient can arrange the flowers in the vase. Adding insult to injury, the paltry assortment of flowers is dwarfed when placed in the vase. Ordered 18 long stem roses (4 days before delivery) to be delivered on 2/12/16. These were to be part of a Valentines evening out. On the 12th I am informed that they will be delivered on the 13th due to a miss handling with the shipping. Customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.
