DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SENDING FLOWERS TO LOVE ONES.. I ORDER FLOWERS TWO DAYS EARLY TO BE DELIVERED TO MY WIFE ON HER BIRTHDAY AND HERE IT IS 4 DAYS LATE AND SHE STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THEM..FARE WARNING...

If you buy any flowers from this company. They will send you emails every single day about *** for the rest of your life. No matter how many times you unsubscribe or contact them and ask to be removed from the mailing list.

Deceptive pricing with tons of unexplained add ons that do not show up on the purchase page, only on your paypal / cc statements. So a $50 order ended up an $80 order. Hidden additional fees included separate charges delivery, weekend delivery and next day delivery. I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter's 30th birthday which fell on a weekend. Charged my card never delivered the flowers. Found out two days later that they did not arrive by calling my daughter. Called and was assured that they would be delivered first thing in the morning, again did not happen and again didn't notify me that they were not delivered TWICE!! A friend was in the hospital dying of cancer. I ordered flowers for Saturday delivery. Proflowers called me FOUR DAYS LATER, on the following Tuesday evening (today), to let me know there was a problem with my order and it had not yet been delivered. My friend has been DEAD FOR THREE DAYS! She died the day after the flowers should have been delivered! Shockingly terrible service. I am devastated.

We received an email from one of my boss's colleagues that his three year old grandson had recently passed away. Unfortunately, my boss would be out of the country for the funeral so we ordered flowers from proflowers.com to be delivered to the funeral. I wanted to send my nieces flowers. I went through the entire order process with my paypal credit number. The last step was to REVIEW my order. I noticed that one bouquet was scheduled for the following day but the other bouquet was scheduled for the next week. After a review of my bank records, I kept finding a charge for $14.95 a month show up for months on end. This had no identifying information with it so I called my bank for help.
