Proflowers is HORRIBLE. Do not use them. They ruined my valentine's day 2017. I was almost in tears. This compeis horrible. False advertisement. They need to be SUED!!!! Horrible company.....why are they still in business? Better Business Bureau should investigate them. I ordered flowers 2 days ago and paid extra for guaranteed delivery for today (Valentine's Day). I understood that because these were "growers choice" the selection may not be exactly like the picture. Not even remotely close! Anonymous You can order flowers from a local florist and they will deliver exactly what you ask for. They're much better than the 1-800 flower deliveries.

Ordered roses for Valentine's Day to surprise my wife. The surprise was a do it yourself rip off. They charge you extra fees and a very pricy delivery fee at the end of the transaction. Ok ? .
