I ordered flowers for a friend for valentines day. I was charged a fee to ensure that they would be there on the correct day. Fine I understand that. I received a confirmation that they had been delivered at 3:15 and been left outside the front door. (That bugged me a...

We apologize that you had a bad experience, and I'm sorry that you had to wait so long on hold. I haven't personally ever seen wait times that long and our customer service center is well staffed 24/7 so I certainly hope it was an error that you were stuck on hold for so long!

We do work closely with our carriers to ensure timely and quality deliveries, but they are guaranteed and if your gift did not arrive when we said it would and you still haven't been able to get this resolved, please give me a call and I'll make it right for you.

My number is 866-526-9426. -Steve

I received flowers from my boyfriend today at work they were mostly green plants the flowers that were suppose to be there were broken and dry the ugliest flowers i ever got and for 123 bucks are you kidding me why would they even consider delivering such ugly flowers. when i brought them home my boyfriend about hit the ceiling. I received on feb 14 2012 for valentines day. The people I work with couldnt beleive they would send such a mess to someone for valentines day either. question is what are they going to do about it. my guess is nothing. very pissed off

We're sorry you had a bad experience; that isn't typical of our service. Our flowers do arrive in bud form and can arrive partially closed and about to bloom, however they certainly should not be broken or dead.

We understand that with the perishable nature of flowers that occasionally there may be problems for a small fraction of our customers, so we fully guarantee our product to arrive fresh and stay that way for a full seven days.

Give me a call at 866-526-9426 and I will make it right for you. -Steve

ProFlowers Ripoff

Daughter paid good money for a limp, dying arrangement to me. This was by far the worst flower arrangement I have ever received. I love the thought, but hate that she was ripped off! The arrangement had three roses and about 12 dead fillers. She could have saved money and gotten ten times the value at WalMart. I'm so sad for her. Life's lesson learned and she will shop at other sites in the future. Seriously, there are much better flower internet sites out there. Don't waste you time with Pro Flowers. They are a major ripoff. Don't order from ProFlowers.

I too was totally disappointed in my purchases from ProFlowers. My wife said the arrangement looked like I spent $5.00 on week old flowers.

I was totally embarrassed.

ProFlowers has agreed to refund my money. I will never, ever buy from them again.

My boyfriend sent me 2 dozen roses. He didn't know when he ordered the flowers online that they would come in a box, wrapped in plastic, vase in a box and unarranged.

Very poor quality, with a lot of browning on the edge of the petals. Spend the extra $10 and go through teleflora or a real online flowershop,

ProFlowers review in South Pasadena, California: False Advertisement

Proflowers displays online a beautiful arrangement but the one I received was awful. Roses were dry, less flowers than pictured and different vase. Don't order online! The arrangement looked like it was valued at $5.00. I could'nt say anything nice to my husband for sending me such an embarrising arrangement. I wish I could post my picture! .Proflowers are poor flowers. They should but more care on their choice of flowers and fill-in plants. My valentines was ruined...thanks proflowers. mine were Dead...not droopy, not wilted, but DEAD DEAD moldy DEAD.

Don't be mad at hubby tho. He wouldn't have known they were gonna be ***. He probably paid a small fortune for them.

After all was said and done with the rip off at check out; my hubby paid 95 bucks for dead flowers. Not to mention they were in the ugliest cheapest clear vase they could find at a yard sale....

ProFlowers review in Tampa, Florida: Worst looking bouquet ever

I just recieved my bouquet from proflowers. My kids picks this out for me online and when it came out of the box you could see the disapointment in their eyes. Right away they said that doesn't look like the picture. It was suppose to be a dozen roses, got 11. It really is so sad looking. The tips of the roses are brown. The leave on the stems of the roses are quite damaged. It just looks sad. They waited all day for the delivery of the flowers to give to me, only to be so disapointed. Shame on you proflowers!!!!!

My husband sent me pro flowers for Valentines day. They were the worst looking roses ever. They were already drooping when I arranged them.. What a SCAM!!! I received them in a box fed ex. I opened them and did what the instructions told me. The were put in a vase supplied and paid 6.99 for. they said they would open up in 8 hours. Open up, all they did was not open and droop and die in 8 hours. Do not order from them!!!! This was the worst arrangement. My husband should have went to walmart. VERY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ProFlowers review in Riverdale, Maryland: Pro-flowers sucks for delivery!!

WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY! I found out today that Pro-flowers packages their flowers in a box and ships them UPS. And maybe its on UPS as well, but I've never had a problem with the delivery address before with 1-800 flowers (not a PO box, it was an actual physical mailing address). I asked my g/f if she got the flowers I sent and she said no. Instead of getting an email this morning telling me that the address couldn't be found (or calling me), i checked my email this evening, find out that UPS delivers them, entered my tracking # on UPS's website, and come to find out that they couldn't find the address and the package will be out for delivery tomorrow sometime. What a bunch of *** BS!!! I never had any problems with 1-800 flowers, I guess that is what i get for trying something else. F Proflowers, F THEM!!! really, flowers in a box, *** *** *** company pro-flowers is!!! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

ProFlowers review in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico: Flowers as depicted on-line were not delivered

I ordered a Flower arrangement from the Pro-Flowers on-line catalog. The flowers were shown arrnaged in a vase. However, upon delivery, the recipient found the flowers and vase separated and in a box. It was up to her to trim and arrange the flowers in the vase. That is not what i paid for. I could not find on the Pro-flowers site that the flowers and vase come in a box like a FedEx ground shipment. Beware. It was a Valentine's Day arrangementof fresh flowers. It is back to an FTD florist for me fron now on.

ProFlowers

I am very disappointed with Pro Flowers, I ordered roses for Valentines day to send to my girlfriends job. I HAD NO IDEA, THAT THE ROSES WOULD COME IN A BOX WITH THE VASE SITTING NEXT TO IT... who wants to assemble roses for their Valentines gift. This was never mentioned while I was ordering. I saw a picture of a rose flower arrangement and thats what I expected to be delivered! This was very embarrassing to say the least. This made me feel very CHEAP.. I will make sure others see my post because I know this one is not made public. I will NEVER order from ProFlowers again. If i wanted her to assemble her own bouquet, I would send her to a florist to get a job. RIDICULOUS
