MY $19.95 ORDER BECAME $50.00 WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE AS I WOULD NOT INCREASE THE ORDER AS THEY DID. A PLACED THE MINIMUM ORDER BECAUSE THAT IS ALL I COULD AFFORD. I BOUGHT FROM THEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND NOW I REMEMBER WHY I STOPPED BUYIN FROM THEM. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE EVIDENCE OF DOING SO. BY THE WAY THIS ALL HAPPENED TODAY WHILE I WAS CHECKING MY MAIL AND SAW THEIR ADD. NOW I RECALL THAT I HEARD THEIR ADVERTISNENTS ON TH RADIO THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS AND SUPPOSEDLY COULD HAVE GOTTEN A DISCOUNT, BUT NOW I DON'T WANT THEM EVEN IF FREE! I ASKED PAY PAL TO NOT PAY. THEY ARE A RIPPOFF!

ProFlowers review in Atlanta, Georgia: Wrong Flowers and Delivery Place

I ordered flowers, roses last week for my mother. and instead she received a small bouquet of growers choice. In addition, your advertisement is deceitful. You advertise roses in a vase for $ 22.49 or $ 29.99 and when ordered, only the flowers are for that price, the vase, shipping and taxes are not included, this is not an honest advertisement. I will not purchase from you again. I am very disappointed. Needles to say, I am a very dissatisfied customer who will not purchase from ProFlowers again. You need to change your advertisement tactics and inform the consumer of exactly what they are paying for.

Company advertises roses for 39.95. First they take you through an innumerable number of pages after you order to get to the final billing page where you can finally see what they want to charge you. Total charge was over $83.00. If there is a way to cancel the order, assuming you don't like the charges, it is certainly well hidden. I finally had to back out through all of the previous screens and hope that because I did not hit "confirm", that my card would not be charged. Just to be sure, I called my bank to verify that the order did not go through. I am not cheap, and I understand that you usually get exactly what you pay for. While PF didn't do anything illegal, they absolutely do everything possible to mislead and obsfucate what you will actually pay for their products. Believe me when I say you will NOT save one dime by dealing with this company! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!

Was going through the website to make my Valentines day order and had to make changes as I went as it AUTOMATICALLY adds a vase that is an additional $13.00 because it's red I guess. Then in the shipping page it asked when I wanted it shipped... I of course put in VALENTINES DAY! It proceeded to charge me $9.99 shipping PLUS $4.99 for guaranteed Valentines day and then $2.95 for them to get off their *** and actually ship them. Expected more from them for sure. Go elsewhere where the charges are clear and UPFRONT!!

"Buyer Beware False Advertising Florest Express is a Scam. I did not receive what I ordered and very unhappy. "Florist Express offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product depending on the situation. The choice is yours!" This is false and untrue. Sure they will give you a 15% discount coupon on your next order. When I told them I would never order from them again they offered me a 20% discount. All I wanted was the flowers I ordered to be delivered correctly and I guess they can't do that. I ordered an arrangement of roses, lilies and alstroemeria and got daisies, lilie buds and roses barely open. They blamed their supplier again and again. But NO REFUND or REDELIVERY. Where is that 100% guarantee?"

WAS MAILED A COUPON CARD . I TRIED TWICE TO USE IT AND IT NEVER WORKED.

I REFUSE TO ORDER THRU PRO FLOWERS EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.FROM A SCALE OF 1-10 I GIVE THEM A 1.TERRIBLE . I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

Unfortunately if you are like me, you are reading this because you were taken by ProFlowers and are looking to see how many complaints they have and am I the only person this happened to. If you ask me, they need to be taken off the internet! I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 70th birthday. They NEVER delivered the flowers. They said could not get anyone to take the order, but that they could not refund me the delivery fee or taxes...THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM!!!! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and told them to ABSOLUTELY NOT PAY THEM. This is obviously a scam where no product is delivered, they get your card number, and then they charge you fees and continue to charge you bogus fees for months afterward.

Proflowers Delivery Service

Beware Proflowers!

I received a VERY UNWANTED subscription to Cosmopolitan magazine. I have young children in my home and certainly don't want them to see this type of material, let alone see it myself. I am VERY UPSET with Proflowers and will be voicing my opinion to them as well. If you have had this happen to you I would encourage you to voice your opinion as well and make sure these companies stop taking away our rights to what type of materials come into our homes. I will give Pro Flowers a chance to comment on this and if I am dissastified with their response I will be cancelling my account with them.

PROFLOWERS UNETHICAL PRACTICE MAGAZINES

I ordered flowers from Proflowers when a co-worker's relative past away. A few months later I started receiving a magazine for Rachel Ray and cooking. I couldn't figure out who this magazine was sent from or who ordered it. After doing a little research online I found out that it had been sent by a marketing group that works with Proflowers. When I contacted Proflowers they tried to tell me that it was my fault and that you have to "opt in" in order to receive the magazine. This is a bold face lie, anyone who knows me, knows that I don't like to cook. As far as I'm concerned I went to Proflowers for flowers, not magazines. It took me three days to get this matter cleared up. Save yourself the headache and don't use their service. Get your flowers from somewhere else.

I heard on Rush Limbaugh radio program that they had candy cane roses, the vase, 12 roses and baby breath for $19.99 if ordered before midnight Dec. 22. I order at 5:59pm on the 22. I was told oh you missed it by a couple hours. I ordered anyway $43.00 dollars, and two days later I received a box of 12 roses and a vase,which I found on the porch no one ever ran the door bell or knocked. I thought it would come from a florist and be very pretty thought wrong had to put it together myself. I wonder if you ordered for a funeral would the family or dead person have to put it together? NEVER AGAIN!

ProFlowers sold my email address to spammers after I purchased from them! Now I get even more "Buy Viagra" spam. I was able to confirm this because I setup a one-time use email address to place my order with them. Before long, I was getting lots of spam sent to that...

We're truly sorry that the spray didn't arrive for your mother's funeral Will6779. If the florist we contracted dropped the ball, we want to know, and we'll make it right for you. Please give me a call and I'll take care of it personally. Or you can email me with your name and order number if that's more convenient.

As far as the original complaint goes, all customer data collected during our order processes is kept for internal use only. ProFlowers will never sell or share your email address. We know that spam email can be quite annoying, however if you've been receiving any, your address was compromised at some other time and not during your order with us.
