Was going through the website to make my Valentines day order and had to make changes as I went as it AUTOMATICALLY adds a vase that is an additional $13.00 because it's red I guess. Then in the shipping page it asked when I wanted it shipped... I of course put in VALENTINES DAY! It proceeded to charge me $9.99 shipping PLUS $4.99 for guaranteed Valentines day and then $2.95 for them to get off their *** and actually ship them. Expected more from them for sure. Go elsewhere where the charges are clear and UPFRONT!!

"Buyer Beware False Advertising Florest Express is a Scam. I did not receive what I ordered and very unhappy. "Florist Express offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product depending on the situation. The choice is yours!" This is false and untrue. Sure they will give you a 15% discount coupon on your next order. When I told them I would never order from them again they offered me a 20% discount. All I wanted was the flowers I ordered to be delivered correctly and I guess they can't do that. I ordered an arrangement of roses, lilies and alstroemeria and got daisies, lilie buds and roses barely open. They blamed their supplier again and again. But NO REFUND or REDELIVERY. Where is that 100% guarantee?"

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS

Unfortunately if you are like me, you are reading this because you were taken by ProFlowers and are looking to see how many complaints they have and am I the only person this happened to. If you ask me, they need to be taken off the internet! I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 70th birthday. They NEVER delivered the flowers. They said could not get anyone to take the order, but that they could not refund me the delivery fee or taxes...THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM!!!! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and told them to ABSOLUTELY NOT PAY THEM. This is obviously a scam where no product is delivered, they get your card number, and then they charge you fees and continue to charge you bogus fees for months afterward.

Beware Proflowers!

I received a VERY UNWANTED subscription to Cosmopolitan magazine. I have young children in my home and certainly don't want them to see this type of material, let alone see it myself. I am VERY UPSET with Proflowers and will be voicing my opinion to them as well. If you have had this happen to you I would encourage you to voice your opinion as well and make sure these companies stop taking away our rights to what type of materials come into our homes. I will give Pro Flowers a chance to comment on this and if I am dissastified with their response I will be cancelling my account with them.

PROFLOWERS UNETHICAL PRACTICE MAGAZINES

I ordered flowers from Proflowers when a co-worker's relative past away. A few months later I started receiving a magazine for Rachel Ray and cooking. I couldn't figure out who this magazine was sent from or who ordered it. After doing a little research online I found out that it had been sent by a marketing group that works with Proflowers. When I contacted Proflowers they tried to tell me that it was my fault and that you have to "opt in" in order to receive the magazine. This is a bold face lie, anyone who knows me, knows that I don't like to cook. As far as I'm concerned I went to Proflowers for flowers, not magazines. It took me three days to get this matter cleared up. Save yourself the headache and don't use their service. Get your flowers from somewhere else.

ProFlowers review in Austin, Texas: Shotty Product Pro Flowers!

I heard on Rush Limbaugh radio program that they had candy cane roses, the vase, 12 roses and baby breath for $19.99 if ordered before midnight Dec. 22. I order at 5:59pm on the 22. I was told oh you missed it by a couple hours. I ordered anyway $43.00 dollars, and two days later I received a box of 12 roses and a vase,which I found on the porch no one ever ran the door bell or knocked. I thought it would come from a florist and be very pretty thought wrong had to put it together myself. I wonder if you ordered for a funeral would the family or dead person have to put it together? NEVER AGAIN!

ProFlowers sold my email address to spammers after I purchased from them! Now I get even more "Buy Viagra" spam. I was able to confirm this because I setup a one-time use email address to place my order with them. Before long, I was getting lots of spam sent to that...

Please give me a call and I'll take care of it personally. Or you can email me with your name and order number if that's more convenient.

As far as the original complaint goes, all customer data collected during our order processes is kept for internal use only. ProFlowers will never sell or share your email address. We know that spam email can be quite annoying, however if you've been receiving any, your address was compromised at some other time and not during your order with us.

ProFlowers STINKS! Go elsewhere.

What a preposterous joke. I sent Christmas "wreaths" to a dozen of my clients at $26 a pop- then they started calling me up saying "did I offend you? Is this a joke? What the *** did you send me??". Turns out, the "wreath" was an absurd little fistful of dead and dying cedar and pine boughs (max length about 6") and a bizarre little tin box with no redeeming value whatsoever. Can't put the boughs in the box or it falls over. Can't put water in it for the poor little boughs because it leaks like a seive. A terribly embarrassing state of affairs and the customer service rep said "yeah, we've had lots of complaints" (!!!!) but refused to do anything about it- like perhaps sending a proper, as-described wreath. Please, spend your $$ with your local florist instead. This outfit is a loosing bet.

ProFlowers review in New York, New York: Poor customer service

I called proflowers because I was ordering an item that was 24.99 plus there were several containers it could come in, each being listed as 6.99. When I added on of the 6.99 items to my order, the subtotal was 41.97, 34.99 + 16.98, then I tried another one, it subtotaled $31 and change, so I it was not clear why one was $10 more, when they going by their site, both cups were 6.99 and should have been the same price subtotaled. There was also a clause stating that shipping and handling and tax were not included in this subtotal, in fact you don't find out how much the total will be until the very end, after you have gone through the trouble of filling everything out. I called to find out the difference in subtotals when they were supposed to be the same price, I wanted that 16.98 itemized, she said something about a delivery fee, and I asked why is it on one cup and not the other. She works there and didn't even know this product, and it had " as seen in People Magazine" stamped all over it. She never clearly answered the question, nor did she try to find out why there was a difference in pricing of items there were supposedly the same price. And I mentioned that the site said shipping and handling is not included in the subtotal, no response. I thanked her for her time and said she didn't answer my quesiton, she said she answered and told me to have a good day. Proflowers, get some people who know the products you sell, and itemize all of your charges so its clear to the customer exactly what they are paying for. NO games or tricks or cons please.

ProFlowers review in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey: Flowers never delivered

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and paid extra to have specific ones sent to our home at a specific time so that she would get them before having to head into work (keep in mind I ordered the flowers a week in advance). I received a call ( and so did she !) from some customer service representative explaining that the flowers could not get delivered the day I had arranged (Sat- her birthday) and that they would be delivered Monday. Monday (now 2 days after her birthday) she and I again get another call stating that the flowers would be another day. No apologies, no refund offered. Never use this company to deliver flowers EVER! It is ridiculous that a company like this even stays in business. They charge fees for services they cannot provide.
