Proflowers did not delivery funeral basket

This company failed to deliver a funeral basket and did not let me know so I could call someone else. I found out at the funeral home and had to email them myself to find out they could not get it done. I also had to ask to have my money refunded. They probably would not have even contacted me and just kept my money. Then they offered to send flowers to the home and a $20.00 coupon for a future arrangement. NO THANKS!!! I will never use Proflowers again. They have lousy customer service and didn't seem to really care about what happened.

ProFlowers review in Atlanta, Georgia: Pro Flowers never delivered

I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers online to be sent to my mother-in-law in another state. I chose Pro Flowers because the price seemed very good and they guaranteed delivery the next day (which was her birthday). The flowers never arrived AT ALL, yet my Paypal account was billed. When I called Pro Flowers, the customer service person was very polite and said she would issue a full refund, but that doesn't solve the problem. If we hadn't asked my mother-in-law if she received the flowers (which was awkward) we would never have known that they didn't arrive. I am very disappointed with this company. Please call an actual florist when you are sending flowers instead of trusting this company.

I used to use FTD but this time thought to give proflowers a try. BIG mistake. Bought two dozens roses with some extras. Delivered on time, I paid for 24 roses but only saw 12. Pissed off. ProFlowers - Never Received The Flowers

My fiance sent flowers to my work and i never received it that day so he called them and ProFlowers promised that it would be delivered between 1pm and 2pm the next day. 2:30 comes along and still no flowers. Fiance calls them again and they said it will be delivered before 4pm. Once again, no flowers!!!!! And guess what, he still got charged for the flowers that i've never received!!! A business should never scam people. If you charge costomers for something, you should deliver the goods!! I don't understand how they are in business. I hope we get our money back. I will not give up until they give us our money back!!!! FYI - Unless you just want to throw away your hard-earned money, don't ever order flowers from this place.

ProFlowers, ProFlowers Review, Bad Experience

I had an experience recently with ProFlowers that was really frustrating. It was my anniversary and I wanted to get my girlfriend some flowers. I order them from ProFlowers on a Sunday and paid the extra $5 for the flowers to be delivered in the next 4 hours. I checked with her after four hours to see if she had gotten anything and nothing had arrived. I came home later that day (we live together) and still no flowers. I sent in an email and placed a call to ProFlowers. The assured me that the flowers would be their soon, I am fairly easy going so I thought no big deal. The flowers never came that day, despite me contacting them two more times. The next day the flowers also did not come. I received an email later in the day from them asking me if the flowers had come. NOTE: They are asking ME if their flowers have been delivered. The entire time ProFlowers had no idea if the flowers had shown up or not. So… They are asking me if they have come, I said no they have not. This then goes into the next day… So now it is Tuesday and the flowers still have not arrived. ProFlowers does the regular customer service song and dance. They offer me a $10 gift card to use on my next purchase, like I will ever use them again. I say, "no thanks just cancel my order." They then offer me 20% my purchase. Well let's think about this, my order was $70. You are offering me 20% off or $14 off for basically running my anniversary. My girlfriend thinks I'm a total loser who didn't even get her anything. It ended by me asking them to stop emailing me and to give me a refund. Of course no flowers ever made it. I was really disappointed with my experience with ProFlowers which is why I am writing about my experience. I do not want them to ruin an important day for you, so I recommend not using ProFlowers. Even if ProFlowers does ruin your day, all you can do is expect $14 off flowers that are already way too expensive.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ever,and they never delivered my flowers, not only that I had a hard time getting refunded.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!... hopefully i get my money back

Proflowers uses unscrupulous tacticts such as adding on extra vases to orders. I think they bank on men for customers where they just charge the card and the poor sucker "won't know the difference". This is the 2nd time in a year that I ordered and both times was unable to review my charges until after the order went through. Had to call CS to get it resolved. CS then makes you think your a computer *** by telling you that you didn't review your order before ordering. It's BS because that screen does not appear. Stop

ProFlowers review in Bettendorf, Iowa: Proflower / Florist Direct charged me twice for my order

Florist Direct / ProFlowers charged me twice for my order and when I called the said they would fix it and never did. This company is not honest and after ten calls i had to get my money back by calling Master Card and having them take if off my bill. Florist Direct Sucks!!!!! If you ever need flowers do not do business with them they do not care about fixing problems only taking your money. You would thing a company like this would not play games with some one over a few dollars. It takes all kinds of people and these are the kind you should avoid.

ProFlowers review in Independence, Kentucky: Bad flowers delivered to me

My boyfriend used this proflowers twice now . Sad to say most of the flowers didn't bloom and looked freezer burnt. I told him yesterday don't use them anymore their flowers suck. You can get better looking flowers at Walmart and those bloom at least. The first time he order they sent him the wrong flowers now this time the right flowers but only a few bloomed . And they look cheap. So proflowers you lost another customer because he isn't sending me anymore from this place. I can't believe they send such *** looking flowers. I know now who not to buy from and hope they go out of business soon. Beware ppl if you want to impress someone don't buy the flowers from them you will look cheap.

I ordered proflowers for a 24th anniversary and the flowers were horrible, most did not open(roses) and I was completely EMBARASSED that her collegues saw such a lousy present.

I used Pro Flowers in May 2011, everything was perfect! However, in mid August i received phone call from Pro-Flowers. I was told they wanted to confirm my credit number for a credit. I would not give stranger my card number. So he told me my credit card number which shocked me that he knew it but when he asked me for my last four of my social security number!!!!!! I said no way and asked for his name, supervisor's name and telephone number. He gave me the information all of course was bogus!!! I called Pro-Flowers three times and they do not believe they have a bad person working inside the company. After immediately cancelling my credit card (which I never used for Internet transactions only in person or over the telephone that I made to companies) I called Pro Flowers to report it. During my first call talking to supervisor they seemed sincere and said they would investigate and call me back. They never did. (It's been over a week) I called again, second supervisor I spoke to only came up with wacky reasons why it was my fault. He would not entertain the fact that they might just have a insider using illegally obtained the credit card numbers customers give them over the phone. Supervisor had a bad attitude so of course, they have lost me as a customer. Pro Flowers mailed catalogs do not even give you the option to order via mailing in a check to place order. Thank god I cancelled my credit card! I rarely use the credit card and never on the Internet. I spoke to credit company and was told numerous bogus charges have been attempted to be charged to the closed account. Charges were denied due to my fast action. Beware of this company. I am convinced it's an inside job. How would they know I used Pro-Flowers?
