ProFlowers review in Independence, Kentucky: Bad flowers delivered to me

My boyfriend used this proflowers twice now . Sad to say most of the flowers didn't bloom and looked freezer burnt. I told him yesterday don't use them anymore their flowers suck. You can get better looking flowers at Walmart and those bloom at least. The first time he order they sent him the wrong flowers now this time the right flowers but only a few bloomed . And they look cheap. So proflowers you lost another customer because he isn't sending me anymore from this place. I can't believe they send such *** looking flowers. I know now who not to buy from and hope they go out of business soon. Beware ppl if you want to impress someone don't buy the flowers from them you will look cheap.

I ordered proflowers for a 24th anniversary and the flowers were horrible, most did not open(roses) and I was completely EMBARASSED that her collegues saw such a lousy present.

ProFlowers review in Commack, New York: Pro Flowers - Buyer beware

I used Pro Flowers in May 2011, everything was perfect! However, in mid August i received phone call from Pro-Flowers. I was told they wanted to confirm my credit number for a credit. I would not give stranger my card number. So he told me my credit card number which shocked me that he knew it but when he asked me for my last four of my social security number!!!!!! I said no way and asked for his name, supervisor's name and telephone number. He gave me the information all of course was bogus!!! I called Pro-Flowers three times and they do not believe they have a bad person working inside the company. After immediately cancelling my credit card (which I never used for Internet transactions only in person or over the telephone that I made to companies) I called Pro Flowers to report it. During my first call talking to supervisor they seemed sincere and said they would investigate and call me back. They never did. (It's been over a week) I called again, second supervisor I spoke to only came up with wacky reasons why it was my fault. He would not entertain the fact that they might just have a insider using illegally obtained the credit card numbers customers give them over the phone. Supervisor had a bad attitude so of course, they have lost me as a customer. Pro Flowers mailed catalogs do not even give you the option to order via mailing in a check to place order. Thank god I cancelled my credit card! I rarely use the credit card and never on the Internet. I spoke to credit company and was told numerous bogus charges have been attempted to be charged to the closed account. Charges were denied due to my fast action. Beware of this company. I am convinced it's an inside job. How would they know I used Pro-Flowers?

I had the same problem and when i searched around I found that they had a guy go to jail for creditcard fraud. I think his name was Dave.

Proflowers.com-ordered for same dday service and charged for that. did not recieve service

I ordered same day service from Proflowers.com and was charged on the bill for that service. Next day I called because the flowers had not been delivered- I was told I was not charged," What I was seeing was a handling fee not a same day service fee" Bait and switch? you be the judge! Don't use them. I will report if the flowers ever got delivered. I talked to 2 customer service clerks and a supervisor they refused to acknowledge that the "fee" was for same day service. The thing of it is , if I had known they were not delivering same day I would have gone with a local company. Maybe that is why they don't tell you "the handling fee". Bad company.

Proflowers.com is a joke!

I recently purchased a fruit basket from pro-flowers.com. The fruit came in a wicker trash can and wrapped in a clear trash bag. It looked, well, like trash! For the money I spent, The quantity was not much to talk about either. 2 Banana's, 1 nectarine, 4 apples, 3 Orange's(which were moldy), and 2 kiwi. Needless to say, I don't recommend using Pro flowers.com. I contacted customer service at Proflower and they offered me a $10 gift certificate towards my next purchase. I laughed and told them I was never coming back, so why do I need a gift certificate. Good luck to any one who decides to use Proflowers.com, I will never be back.

When I use my credit card on a secure website I don't expect any of my personal information to be "shared" with anyone!!How dare you take a portion of my gift of flowers for loved ones and give it to some magazine I could care less about!!! I'm a 48 year old truck driver from Newnan,Ga.and if you think I need to know what those liberal *** in Hollywood are wearing you are sadly mistaken!!I nor any of my family members will ever ever use pro flowers again!! ProFlowers caused me problems with my wife

Words alone cannot convey my absolute disgust with this company. I was trying to send flowers to my wife who is working in Russia. It's in one of the largest cities there so there should be no problem, there a literally hundreds of flowers shops. I sent to the order a week in advance. Not only did they not get the flowers delivered on the day I specified, they told me they would take care of it on Monday after the weekend and provide her some chocolates and apologize. In order to get them to do this I had to call them two times and send e-mails. Well now I just got another e-mail from them they told me the flowers will be there on Tuesday. Seven days late. It's really unclear if she will ever get her flowers. These people are not only incompetent; they purposely mislead me when they knew they couldn't get the flowers delivered. They are totally unreliable and I hope anyone who reads this benefits from my experience. Don't waste your money, use another company.

Thanks France. What she didn't know is that the flowers were for a special occasion.

When they didn't deliver them on time it made me look bad because it appeared I had forgotten it. Then when I informed my wife the flowers were on thier way and they STILL didn't show up it was even worse.

Proflowers is a miserable company. How can you profess to be an international delivery company and have your product arrive over 7 days late?????

Sent an arrangement to my best friend's wife in the hospital on the day she gave birth, and paid an extra $15 for same day delivery, and they still didn't arrive until the day after. 10 days later I sent two dozen roses to my mother as one of her gifts for her 65th birthday, and they didn't arrive until the day after, even when I specified for them to be delivered on her special day. I spoke to her today, about three days after delivery, and all the roses were nearly dead. I will never order from them ever again.

Yes, don't order from Pro Flowers, especially Valentines day! My poor husband has fallen for their commercial which the sports station he listens to constantly promotes.

Unfortunately, the past 3 years, the flowers have arrived between 6:45pm and 7pm. On Valentines Day - local florists will deliver your flowers as early in the day as possible, not ship via UPS. For the past 3 years I've kept quiet about this because I didn't want to hurt his feelings but not today. It's 6pm on Valentines Day and flowers have yet to arrive (4th year in a row).

Once they do arrive (he doesn't know that I know he ordered from them again as I saw the charge in our online bank statement a few days ago) I'm going to chat with him about wasting his/our money on pro flowers.

Would be so nice to have had flowers on my desk all day today to enjoy. They'll probably arrive just in time to interrupt the nice lamb chop dinner I'm making.

Proflowers is the wost!

Had flowers sent to my best friend for her birthday - called the day of delivery was told they would give me a conformation call. Never recieved one. Was also told if they failed to arrive on time, theyd resend them. In the end they didn't arrive on time, after I paid for next day delivery - then just left them at the front desk. Refused to resend them BC "they delivered them". Then tried to keep the next day delivery fee. Customer service(especially management) was not help & rude. I would not recommend using this service. Messed up on too many things for one delivery. Save yourself a hassle! Go somewhere else.
