When I use my credit card on a secure website I don't expect any of my personal information to be "shared" with anyone!!How dare you take a portion of my gift of flowers for loved ones and give it to some magazine I could care less about!!! I'm a 48 year old truck driver from Newnan,Ga.and if you think I need to know what those liberal *** in Hollywood are wearing you are sadly mistaken!!I nor any of my family members will ever ever use pro flowers again!! Next time you sit down with your'e college educated foucus group you might want to explain to them the old school concept of WORD of MOUTH !!!!!

ProFlowers caused me problems with my wife

Words alone cannot convey my absolute disgust with this company. I was trying to send flowers to my wife who is working in Russia. It's in one of the largest cities there so there should be no problem, there a literally hundreds of flowers shops. I sent to the order a week in advance. Not only did they not get the flowers delivered on the day I specified, they told me they would take care of it on Monday after the weekend and provide her some chocolates and apologize. In order to get them to do this I had to call them two times and send e-mails. Well now I just got another e-mail from them they told me the flowers will be there on Tuesday. Seven days late. It's really unclear if she will ever get her flowers. These people are not only incompetent; they purposely mislead me when they knew they couldn't get the flowers delivered. They are totally unreliable and I hope anyone who reads this benefits from my experience. Don't waste your money, use another company.

Thanks France. What she didn't know is that the flowers were for a special occasion.

When they didn't deliver them on time it made me look bad because it appeared I had forgotten it. Then when I informed my wife the flowers were on thier way and they STILL didn't show up it was even worse.

Proflowers is a miserable company. How can you profess to be an international delivery company and have your product arrive over 7 days late?????

Late Deliveries and Dying Flowers | ProFlowers review from Los Angeles, California

Sent an arrangement to my best friend's wife in the hospital on the day she gave birth, and paid an extra $15 for same day delivery, and they still didn't arrive until the day after. 10 days later I sent two dozen roses to my mother as one of her gifts for her 65th birthday, and they didn't arrive until the day after, even when I specified for them to be delivered on her special day. I spoke to her today, about three days after delivery, and all the roses were nearly dead. I will never order from them ever again.

Yes, don't order from Pro Flowers, especially Valentines day! My poor husband has fallen for their commercial which the sports station he listens to constantly promotes.

Unfortunately, the past 3 years, the flowers have arrived between 6:45pm and 7pm. On Valentines Day - local florists will deliver your flowers as early in the day as possible, not ship via UPS. For the past 3 years I've kept quiet about this because I didn't want to hurt his feelings but not today. It's 6pm on Valentines Day and flowers have yet to arrive (4th year in a row).

Once they do arrive (he doesn't know that I know he ordered from them again as I saw the charge in our online bank statement a few days ago) I'm going to chat with him about wasting his/our money on pro flowers.

Would be so nice to have had flowers on my desk all day today to enjoy. They'll probably arrive just in time to interrupt the nice lamb chop dinner I'm making.

Ordered roses for Valentines Day and it is close to 4:31 p.m. and my wife has not received them. You are better off shopping with local florists.

Proflowers is the wost!

Had flowers sent to my best friend for her birthday - called the day of delivery was told they would give me a conformation call. Never recieved one. Was also told if they failed to arrive on time, theyd resend them. In the end they didn't arrive on time, after I paid for next day delivery - then just left them at the front desk. Refused to resend them BC "they delivered them". Then tried to keep the next day delivery fee. Customer service(especially management) was not help & rude. I would not recommend using this service. Messed up on too many things for one delivery. Save yourself a hassle! Go somewhere else.

Proflowers express

Paid to have flowers sent for a funeral-one day delivery-they never delivered the flowers at all. I would not have found out if I hadn't asked if they had been received. When I called Proflowers Express to see what happened I was put on hold then told they would research it and call me back...that did not happen. I called again was put on hold for over thirty minutes..hung up and tried email approach. Again told they would contact the florist and get back to me. The next day I heard back and was told they would send the flowers (5 days late) with an apology. They would not refund the extra money I paid to express ship. The funeral happened on Saturday and flowers would be delivered Tuesday.I never was told why they were not delivered. Would not use proflowers.

Never got a call regarding my mother's non-delivery.

If using proflowers.com, make sure it doesn't go to proflowersexpress. Getting full refund for two botched deliveries.

Emailed ProFlowers with my complaint. They REFUNDED the entire purchase price, along with an apology. I will try them again because the customer service was very good.

ProFlowers "Fragrant Gardenia Topiary" looks like cheap junk. Ordered for a funeral. We are extremely disappointed in the size of the topiary. It is very small. The card was almost half the size of the plant. There is one opened bloom which is already almost dead (there are several buds). It looks like a cheap plant just stuck in a pot. We will not order from ProFlowers again. Definitely not worth the $50 price tag ($75.55 with shipping and tax). Also, we were unable to obtain shipping costs until nearly all ordering steps were completed. Positive: The plant arrived when requested.

I don't think I have ever written a bad review before, but ProFlowers/Florist Express is the ABSOLUTE WORST FLOWER SERVICE...EVER!!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Just a warning out there to others that may try to order this way. Most funeral homes will not display boxes from proflowers, and most directors will not arrange the flowers to put out for the family.

After the service the box of flowers will be given to the family. Remember flowers need water so if they were delivered to the funeral home a few days before the service they will sit in the back until after the service.

The best thing to do is order direct from a florist in the area you are needing the flowers for. Even if you pay a little more then what you would through proflowers you have a much better chance in getting what you want, when you need it.

PROFLOWERS makes for a tacky gift/sympathy

I work at a funeral home and we see people send Proflowers occasionally. Do the people who send these realize that they come jammed in a box and the person that received them now has to try to arrange them? Families should not have to arrange the flowers someone sent to their loved ones service!!! Some come dead especially in the winter. Please, just call your local florist they will set you up even if its out of town. Unless the person getting the flowers is a florist they arent going to now how to arrange them and so they will look horrible. Funeral directors do not make for good florist either and the box comes addressed to the family so we cant open it anyway. Some times it sits for 2 days in that box. If people knew how these looked sitting amongst all the professionally arranged flowers they would be terribly embarrassed.

Proflowers ripped me off...five times!!

My husband and I have moved to Australia (from the United States). For Mother's Day we had bouquets delivered to our two mothers and one grandmother. I ordered the bouquets that came with a free vase. When I hit "order" I was charged for vases on each order (the rip off count is up to three). However, I felt, "that must have been my fault somehow" and decided to ignore it. A month later...we have two bonsai trees sent to our fathers for Father's Day. We were running late on this order so I asked for Saturday delivery and was fine with the 14.99 Saturday Delivery charge. Instead. I hit order and was charged for Saturday Delivery as well as Standard Delivery...on both orders! The rip off count is now to five. I sent two emails to ProFlowers customer service. No response as yet. Surprising since the second you order something your email is inundated with shipping updates and new offers. I am pissed. What is that saying? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. The only thing I look forward to now is sharing my experience with everyone.
