ProFlowers review in San Bernardino, California: Pro Flowers - for wilted flowers

I ordered flowers for Valentines day. I heard about them on the radio. There was an offer for about $30 for a bouquet. Then the extra charges: They charge 9.99 delivery PLUS 7.99 for Valentines Day delivery PLUS 2.99 HANDLING FEE! I would be cool with that if they were delivered by a flower shop. They got there - in a Fed Ex box, wilted. My wife pulled the dead flowers out and salvaged the rest. Over $50 for a dead bouquet and a free vase. What a rip off. Pro Flowers sucks - I will never use them again. EVER -Derek

Proflowers wilted and missing mums on valentine's day

my dad and brother ordered a vase of mums for my mom and his wife.only when my mom's mums arrived they were broken,wilted, and missing the mums.i would not recommend this company to anybody else because they ruined a good day for my parents,my parents live on a fixed income and its not often they can do this for each other.i dont know if are gonna read this blog but if so you guys suck at your job!and your consumer service gives you the run around.so we will not be a repeat consumer

ProFlowers... Disappointing! Never Again!

I received flowers (tulips)@ work today from my husband from Proflowers and was so disappointed! I usually receive gorgeous flowers from him and I could barely hide my utter disappointment when it came boxed, wilted, droopy and barely standing up. I almost choked and was teary-eyed for getting these sorry looking flowers while my coworkers were getting their beautiful florist fresh Valentine flowers. When I got home, one look at my face & the flowers had my husband on the phone complaining about ProFlowers' deceiving & false advertisement. He will never again order from them .. but they have already ruined the day for us. If you are planning to order from them, PLEASE read the reviews first!!! My husband failed to check their reputation first and it ruined our Valentine's Day. I know it's the thought that counts but this is just a RIP OFF!!! Flowers from the grocers are much better than theirs.

i feel your pain. and i'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with proflowers.

i am not in the united states as i am currently away on a business trip. i thought it would be a good idea to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday by sending her flowers.

i placed the order 2-3 days before (there was an additional outrageous shipping fee for "guaranteed" delivery by 8 am on her birthady - but i opted not to since they said that it would get there on the day itself). they charged me extra for something called "monday delivery" in addition to the shipping and handling charges. no idea what that is. so a total of $15 for shipping. i thought this was a little pricy, but hey, why not spend a few extra dollars to make someone's day?

a day before her birthday, i checked the fedex tracking site. it said that it had left the origin of shipping and was recieved at some other office in the same city. i'm nervous at this point, but did not think much of it as they had not updated the information yet.

her birthday arrives, i track the package, hoping that she would have received them - the day passed. no news. no updates on where the package might be. status on the site was the same as the day before.

the day after her birthday, they finally updated the site and it said that it had just left the fedex location! a whole day after her birthday. what were flowers doing sitting at a fedex center for a day?

i was very disappointed that she did not get the flowers on time. one special day for her, and they ruin it! just imagine, how many days have they ruined because of their incompetency! if i were in the country, i would have definintely gone to a local grocery store and bought flowers from there instead. they are cheaper, fresh and that way, i support my local community too!

just really disappointed and saddened that my girlfriend was not able to get those flowers on time.

they've definitely lost this customer!

ProFlowers: Never again

Don't use ProFlowers. It's Valentine's Day, so timing is everything, right? Your flowers will arrive late -- via UPS, which they don't make clear on the order -- and those flowers have been sitting on a truck since at least 4:00 a.m. No wonder they look bad. Technically, they say they have until 9 pm so I'm the *** for not reading the fine print. I'd just like to make sure others DO read it. THis was not a good experience and there are too many honest local florists to mess with this crew. Awful. Will never use again.

Proflowers Ruined Valentines Day

Theres nothing worse or more embarrassing than opening a box of roses in front of coworkers and finding them all wilted and half dead. I received two dozen roses and out of twenty-four flowers, only about 2 of them were acceptable. I would have rather received nothing for Valentines Day than dead flowers. I tried calling them for a refund and they only will resend the flowers. I was so humiliated the first time that I do not want to take a chance on this unreliable company again. They advertise much better products than they actually send. Proflowers is terrible!!!!

ProFlowers review in Olathe, Kansas: Did not deliver

Chose delivery for valentines day. Did not arrive before my wife buisness closed. Found out after the fact that they actually consider 8pm the close of the buisness day. Were in honduras? Attempted to contact them got recording as well as not being able to contact whoever they hired to deliver them. I will not use them again and suggest that no one else does as well. Could not give any information about why they failed to deliver the package or even figure out what to do since her business that she works at is closed. I am only guessing that they will try tommorrow if they get around to it.

ProFlowers review in Washington, District Of Columbia: Flowers were broken and froze.

The flowers were delivered on time.They were so bunched together and broken off and the roses, and other flowers were frozen.I know valentine;s day is a busy day for florists, but Quality should be A priority.Especially for the PRICE.I could of done better at the gas station.Pro flowers is not what it look;s like over the internet.It was supposed to be a Special day for my woman.The only good thing was the vase and I paid I 9.99 for that,.Good thing it wasen;t broke. I will deal with my local florist next time.

ProFlowers review in Ashburn, Virginia: Valentine's Roses are awful

My husband sent me 24 muticolored roses from Pro-Flowers. They look nothing at all like they do on their site. My husband is mortified. He would have done better with street vendor flowers. Lesson learned. I would never recommend ProFlowers to anyone. The roses are tiny and wilted and just not all vibrant. So disappointing to know that they use false advertising and deceptive photos. Nothing at all that I would gift to anyone. My husband came back with much nicer roses from our local supermarket for one quarter of what he paid ProFlowers. I will definitely let all my freinds and family know not to be fooled.

AS VALENTINES DAY IS HERE AND ALMOST GONE, MY WIFE NEVER RECIEVED HER FLOWERS, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED THESE FLOWERS A WEEK AGO, I WOULD HAVE WENT TO MY LOCAL FLORIST AND HAD THEM DELIVER IF I KNEW THIS IS HOW THIS WAS GOING TO END UP, I ALSO CALLED THEM AND THEY GAVE ME A FED EX TRACKING NUMBER, IN WHICH I WENT ON TO FED EX AND NO SUCH NUMBER, I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT USE PRO FLOWERS ,INSTEAD, THEY SHOULD BE CALLED NO FLOWERS!!!!!!
