ProFlowers review in Washington, District Of Columbia: Flowers were broken and froze.

The flowers were delivered on time. They were so bunched together and broken off and the roses, and other flowers were frozen.I know valentine;s day is a busy day for florists, but Quality should be A priority.Especially for the PRICE.I could of done better at the gas station.Pro flowers is not what it look;s like over the internet. It was supposed to be a Special day for my woman. The only good thing was the vase and I paid I 9.99 for that,.Good thing it wasen;t broke. I will deal with my local florist next time.

ProFlowers review in Ashburn, Virginia: Valentine's Roses are awful

My husband sent me 24 muticolored roses from Pro-Flowers. They look nothing at all like they do on their site. My husband is mortified. He would have done better with street vendor flowers. Lesson learned. I would never recommend ProFlowers to anyone. The roses are tiny and wilted and just not all vibrant. So disappointing to know that they use false advertising and deceptive photos. Nothing at all that I would gift to anyone. My husband came back with much nicer roses from our local supermarket for one quarter of what he paid ProFlowers. I will definitely let all my freinds and family know not to be fooled.

ProFlowers is deceptive, will never use again

i ordered a tulip arrangment, that looked really great on proflowers.com. my wife brought them home and i was utterly embarassed. they were TINY. and some wilted. i would have been better off getting a ten buck arrangement at my local grocery store. i wish i would have read the reviews on this site and other before i purchased from proflowers. they were also delivered via UPS, not a hand delivery of flowers like you would expect. seriously? ups delivered in a box? never again proflowers. never again. my local shop or grocery store is the only option for me now...

ProFlowers UNDER delivers twice in 1 week!

I used ProFlowers for the first time by purchasing two separate arrangements this week; a $70 arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday and a $50 arrangement for my sister for Valentine's day (cost of arrangement alone). My first disappointment were all the "hidden fees" prior to check-out. I expected a $9.99 delivery fee, but then there was a $2.99 HANDLING FEE, and an additional $4.99 fee to guarantee delivery on V-day. REALLY? Now I have to pay to ensure they arrive on the correct date????! I assumed a local florist would deliver the flowers... but that is NOT THE CASE! The flowers are shipped in a box and delivered by UPS (WTH??). Yes, in a box; which means the recipient is responsible for putting the arrangement together. The flowers were wilted, lifeless, and in my Mother-in-Law's words "appeared beat up". There wasn't the emotion, greenery, or "fluff" that you would normally get by going through a florist. And it looked nothing like the flowers online. I have NEVER spent so much on such sad flowers (they actually look depressed looking)! I've seen both arrangements and I am so embarrassed. Neither were worth the money I spent. If you want flowers that represent you well, do not go through ProFlowers.

I ordered roses for my wife for Valentines Day to her place of work. I had it scheduled for the day prior.

She worked all day and actually over by 40 minutes and they never showed up. Even though the delivery was scheduled between 9 AM to 5 PM. She got the flowers the next day. When I got home and seen them I was embarrassed for what she got.

Very small flowers, I did not expect long stem but some stem and a medium size flower was expected at least what was seen on line. While filling out the survey I did complain. A week later a $20 gift card showed up . It clearly said gift card on the plastic credit card size card.

It had a apology letter. So, I gave them another chance in March, I ordered my wife a large bouquet of tulips, plus paid the extra amount for 50% more. While placing the order I tried to take advantage of the 20% savings offer bu inputting "HUGS20" on the promo line. I then attempted to redeem the Gift Card with no avail.

I had to call in and place the order. I paid with the Gift Card and then the balance with a charge card. I asked about the 20% off deal and was told that I already had a promo? I explained this was a Gift Card as it stated.

After being placed on hold for a few the order taker got back on and gave me 10%? So the flowers show up and yet again very disappointed in the condition and actual flower size.

Please spend wisely, I am not a complainer since my own job is handling complaints I hate all the extra grief.

I do not recommend Pro Flowers. I felt I was deceived multiple times on what they promised and received payment for.

ProFlowers review in Jackson, Mississippi: The Birdhead Special

I don't know if I'm more pissed at Pro Flowers or at my husband for ordering me this DO IT YOURSELF *** for Valentine's Day. This is something for your Bird Head Jump Off, NOT YOUR WIFE. I was expecting someone to come to my door and present me with flowers. Well, by the time I opened the door, the Fed Ex guy dropped the box at the door and was on his way. I had to take the flowers out of the box and flower the instructions(Wash the flowers, cut the flowers, pick leaves from ..etc). Pro Flowers gets 2 thumbs down.

Proflowers.com Stay Away.

OK, so I paid $83.53 for what I thought was a very special "hugs and kisses" arrangement in a glazed red vase. What I got delivered to my valentine was a a bunch of pre-assembly required flowers in sealed up box from UPS. They totally missed the cupid's mark on the meaning of valentine. Why couldn't they contract with a local florist to produce and delivery an open-arrangement order? No, they need to save a few bucks and so they contract with an out-of-town florist 300 miles away. My valentine (my wife of 13 years) gets a sealed-up UPS box at her office that is filled with dried out flowers and must be assembled. I will Never, Never, Never use their service again. Stay Away.

ProFlowers review in Riverside, California: Pro Flowers, if you like dead flowers!

My daughter ordered Asiatic Lillies for the anniversary of her brother's death. They arrived,(2/11/10) limp & near wilted. I thought I could revive them with cold water & water spray & placed them on my son's site @ cemetery. They have never been without water since receiving them, but, it was too late. When I went back to cemetery today (2/12/10)they were even worse, soft, drooping, blooms un-opened & clearly near death! When I return tomorrow I fully expect to find them as candidates for the trash barrel! I had heard negative things about Pro Flowers, but now I have first hand experience! Horrible business,do not use them!
