I don't know if I'm more pissed at Pro Flowers or at my husband for ordering me this DO IT YOURSELF *** for Valentine's Day. This is something for your Bird Head Jump Off, NOT YOUR WIFE. I was expecting someone to come to my door and present me with flowers. Well, by the time I opened the door, the Fed Ex guy dropped the box at the door and was on his way. I had to take the flowers out of the box and flower the instructions(Wash the flowers, cut the flowers,pick leaves from ..etc). Pro Flowers gets 2 thumbs down.

Proflowers is a scam artist!!

My husband just had Proflowers delivered to me for Valentine's day and I'm about in tears!!! They are HORRIBLY wilted and look like I picked them from my own garden......3 days ago!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!! Your signifigant other will NOT be pleased!! I know my husband thought he was getting what he normally buys for me....which is beautiful, beautiful flowers....but this is just an insane rip off! I feel bad for him because I couldn't hide the disappointment! So NOW, proflowers has ruined not only my valentine's day, but his as well!!!

Salle, thanks but no thanks. Believe me, he called and we got our money back for the flowers only.

Still had to pay for the vase and candy!

And the candy was STALE!! Suffice to say that will be the one and ONLY time that we use Proflowers!!

Proflowers.com Stay Away.

OK, so I paid $83.53 for what I thought was a very special "hugs and kisses" arrangement in a glazed red vase. What I got delivered to my valentine was a a bunch of pre-assembly required flowers in sealed up box from UPS. They totally missed the cupid's mark on the meaning of valentine. Why couldn't they contract with a local florist to produce and delivery an open-arrangement order? No, they need to save a few bucks and so they contract with an out-of-town florist 300 miles away. My valentine (my wife of 13 years) gets a sealed-up UPS box at her office that is filled with dried out flowers and must be assembled. I will Never, Never, Never use their service again. Stay Away.

Terrible company, will never use again, I will pay for a local florist for look up one in the area I am sending to! Sent flowers that started out at 19.95 free vase, ended up paying 48.99..you do the math!

My daughter ordered Asiatic Lillies for the anniversary of her brother's death.They arrived,(2/11/10) limp & near wilted. I thought I could revive them with cold water & water spray & placed them on my son's site @ cemetery.They have never been without water since receiving them,but, it was too late. When I went back to cemetery today (2/12/10)they were even worse, soft, drooping, blooms un-opened & clearly near death! When I return tomorrow I fully expect to find them as candidates for the trash barrel! I had heard negative things about Pro Flowers, but now I have first hand experience! Horrible business,do not use them!

Proflowers is ripping people off as the local flower shops they use in the buyers area.

Proflowers and their florist delivery are ripping people off. I just got 85 dollars worth of flowers that probably cost them 10 dollars. Gennarelli's florist in Binghamton, NY and Proflowers Suck!!!!!!!!I will try to hit every website I can to put a bad review in about Proflowers and Gennarelli's flower shop in Binghamton, NY as I can if it saves one person of being ripped off like I was.If yuo like to waste your hard earned cash buy from Proflowers. I have never been so embarrased in my whole life to see the flowers that where delivered. SHAME ON YOU>

Two times using these turkeys, first and last! They promote a dozen roses for $29.95, yet the charges to my credit card was $49.98.plus $11.99 delievery charges and handling(whatever that is ) So my $29.95 ended up $64.96 + that *** Restaurant coupon is a scam to get you to spend over $100.00 at the restaurant, plus an 18% tip to be added. Good deal? I don't think so! I will take my chances with Walgreen's or Sam's Club in the future for half the cost and twice the quality. PM-Pelham

Proflowers Overcharges. Deceptive advertising

Pro flowers should be called "try to *** over" flowers. Their internet advertising is very deceptive and certainly does not show you all the charges you will receive! Then when I got Customer no service on the phone and tried to correct them and cancel the order they said "oh you will not be charged". BS ....charge has shown up and no credit. I know they advertise on Drudge and I think I heard Rush doing an ad for them the other day. I would hope these folks have enough morals not to accept any more of their advertising money. DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS!

Pro-Flowers scams | ProFlowers review from Dearborn, Michigan

Pro Flowers got me too! They do not show you the final charges until it is too late. They will not cancel order- even on the same day! Items purchased in the home are supposed to have 3 days recission- per law, however PF apparently disregards. I am going to cancel purchase through my credit card and see what happens. PF refused to cancel even though I explained I was going to cancel charge! They advertise on so many radio programs, but they never explain how they will try to ***!!!! Why not, Bob and Tom?!?!?!? Or george Noory!?

The flowers were delivered to my fiance's office by UPS in a BOX!!!with all the flowers and vase wrapped in plastic. Not hand delivered to her.

I'm really disappointed considering I ended up paying twice the price with all those additional extra hidden charges. Shady advertisement. People should know about this.

I would not order my flowers from proflowers.com ever again, ups delivered my flowers and i never got them, someone was home no door rang, and now neither company can own up to the missing package and it was a valentine and birthday gift for my mother. I have been on hold with proflowers, they asked me to get a refund from ups and than i call ups they have me on hold neither company is willing to work with me. So as a consumer i have no product and i have been charged the day before my mom birthday and 3 days before Valentine and nothing i can do.

Pro Flowers...Watch out! | ProFlowers review from Revere, Massachusetts

This looked really convenient, and I had heard them advertised on the radio. What you have to watch out for is they don't tell you the final price until the very end of the order proces....AFTER you've entered your CC information, written the card, and told them where to deliver it! You might think the price is reasonable, however when you get to the final page, you will see charges for fuel surcharge, delivery fees, taxes, etc., etc. What startedout as a reasonable price more than doubled by the final confirmation! Watch out! You don't want to be surprised by the bill!
