To busy to talk to me | ProFlowers review from Tulsa, Oklahoma

Christmas flowers were not delivered to my sister. Upon calling pro flowers they called the responsible florist and I was advised that the florist was to busy to talk to me about the mis delivery although they have had my money since December 12th. They will wish they had talked to me and not make me wait. This is the end with Pro Flowers. I am truly sorry as they had been real good in the past. Not today! If I need a florist out of town from here on it will be simple to find a local florist on the net and not pay for Pro Flowers to be the middle man.

Pfui | ProFlowers review from Tucson, Arizona

It was an order for Anniversary flowers. My wife and I got unneeded aggravation. I was told the vase would be free and I got charged 12.99. The flowers were shown to have brides breath. What we got had nothing more than short stemmed roses in a vase that was our of proportion. Ad showed a nice proportioned order. My wife called and was told we would get full refund. Checked my email for confirmation of refund. Still have not gotten same. No longer will use proflowers for anything. Buyer Beware! It also failed to provide packet for extending life of flowers. When my wife complained she was told to use vinegar and sugar.

Waste of money | ProFlowers review from Tamarac, Florida

The first shipment arrived missing the note and the vase. The green clay to hold the flowers was all broken up into little pieces and the flowers lasted a day before they fell apart.    We complained and the second shipment came with the same broken up clay, two of twelve stems broken, dried out leaves and a vase that was way too large to hold/display the flowers.     Lousy company. The rest of this review is to fill the 100 word requirement this site has. Apparently brevity and concise communications is lost to these people. Oh, still need more words.

Avoid ProFlowers at any cost!

There are times in your life when you throughly regret making some decisions. Choosing ProFlowers to send my bouquet was one of them. I never write customer service reviews, but I thought of doing this to save you from the trauma I went through the last week. ProFlowers cheats you right from the word go. They advertise a beautiful bouquet on their website which "qualifies for a shipping rebate". What they don't tell you is to claim your shipping rebate, you must go to their (equally ***) shipping partner: freeshipping.com and fill out everything again including your credit card info. The shipping partner then asks you to fill in your ProFlowers order # to get a Shipping rebate Claim #. Then you mail all these documents in hard copy to their Connecticut head quarters and then you wait for 3 to 6 weeks to get your rebate. Meanwhile, you'll be charged $13 / month on your credit card (remember you filled the # yourself) as premium member fees for freeshipping.com. One free advice: Forget your shipping rebate. I endured this hoping that the flowers would reach on time. Alas, the bouquet reached the destination 36 Hours after the day it was supposed to reach. Yeah, that's "ProFlowers" for you! I cant and nobody can make up the damage caused by delay…even if I send a bouquet for next 364 days to my kin. Alright, they cheated on pricing and timing, but the experience was just reaching its climax! My sister (recipient of the bouquet) gives me a call (36 Hours after her birthday) and says that white flowers seem a bit weird choice for a birthday…WHITE!!! I could not believe her. So she sent me a photograph of the bouquet and sure enough 98% of the flowers were white (the rest 2% were purple). Poles apart from what they advertised. Also, the bouquet which they sent had leaves to flowers ratio of 4:1. Perhaps, ProFlowers should be read as ProLeaves. I plan to fly 3000 miles and cross the country in an attempt to make up for the damages made by ProFlowers. If you want to keep your relations intact avoid ProFlowers at any cost!

ProFlowers is linked to a scammer who will charge you 14.95/month forever after first order.

ProFlowers is linked to a scammer, Encore Marketing, who will charge you 14.95/month forever,or until cancelled, after first order. I took a really close look at my credit card statement and noticed the charge. When I called American Express to dispute it they indicated I've been getting that charge monthly for over 1 year. Usually I pick these things up in the fine print but they slid this one in and I missed it. Judging from other comments on this site they successfully pull this off hundreds of thousands of times. Sounds like a class action lawsuit would be appropriate.

Didn't keep flowers moist received wilted | ProFlowers review from San Antonio, Texas

Ordered flowers for my wife Wednesday Oct 20.2010 for Friday shippment. Didn't have a problem with the delivery. They arrived on time. Just when you all shipped them you usually ship them with something to keep the flowers moist. When I wife got them at work there was nothing with them to prevent wilting. Paid over $57 for wilted flowers. Not to happy. You all usually take good care of the flowers before shipping. But don't know what happened this time. Don't know if I'll use your company again when I order flowers. And I've used you all quite a few times a year.

I too am a victim! I have been billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA) for $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com in May for mothers day. I just now discovered I was charged 5 (times) by that company for $ 14.95 because the way...

Right now db easy saver owes me almost $500 due to fraud. I have been told where the monies are to be deposited and if not, I will not hesitate to file state and federal fraud charges.

I have also contacted ProFlowers and let them know that they will be held accountable as well.

They are also responsible for easy saver and need to be held accountable. I would not doubt in a heartbeat that they didn't receive a kick back from all of our misery.

ProFlowers EZrewards - scammed

Unfortunately I didn't notice the $14.95 a month charges on my credit card statement. ProFlowers has set up ordering flowers with this scam attached to their ordering sequence. Do not use ProFlowers. I am aware that these traps are all over the internet, but this one was better concealed than most of the others I've seen. This kind of scam should not be allowed, and our consumer affairs department certainly isn't doing its job. With all the schemes going on, one would think that some enforcement of this type of rip off would be in place.

Anyone in this situation should call Freed & Weiss to join a building class action against the company behind this scam. (It's pretty easy, just call them and tell them your story).

Help stop this scam: they need to hear from you!

Trilegiant is the company behind this abuse. They use bogus marketing tactics to get people to unknowingly sign up for memberships and then people are charged every month, again and again.

Call Freed & Weiss! Toll free: 866.799.9610. They need to hear from you so that they can move the class action forward and put a stop to this terrible customer abuse.

I have considered using Pro Flowers but will NOT because of this EZ Saver deal. I hate you had to deal with this but appreciate you warning others.

Proflowers overcharge scam

Proflowers order ended up costing me over 50% more than advertised. They lure customers with "discounts" and "promotions", but what they don't say is that at the end they will recoup their money with all kinds of charges that DO NOT SHOW until the last page, where the total amount you will be charged for you order could skyrocket (mine was over 50%!). Many of their options and extras do not have a tag price when they are being offered, leading you to assume they are part of the deal, but in the end you will pay for everything.

This is absolutely true... To bad I didn't read it until after I ordered flowers.

They had flowers for $19 and $9 for vase, after hidden charges and options that wasn't clearly displayed my final invoice topped out at $68 dollars. And to think I was watching very closely at the site and still fell for the scam....

Same thing happened with my order. Everything was adding up fine, shipping, flowers, vase - subtotal $26.86.

So I figured near the end of my transaction they'd show a tax or something.

Suddenly, after my credit card info was entered BAM I was charged $50 and some odd cents for additional shipping charges and a handling fee that were NEVER mentioned prior to the credit card page OR after to approve these charges. I could live the rest of my life without ever ordering from them again.

I got charged for 3 different deliveries for the same bouquet of flowers:

Standard Delivery:$9.98

Rush Delivery:$4.99

Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery:$4.99

Care & Handling:$2.99

I only asked for Standard Delivery!

I wish I had read your post first. I just ordered some flowers and they ended up being 30 dollars more because they added on stuff and didn't give me the vase for free like they said. I called and they deleted it immediately or so I hope

ProFlowers.com purchase resulted in unauthorized charges

Beware of Pro-Flowers.com Nice website promises field fresh flowers delivered to the door. While submitting my second order, I clicked on a POP-UP thinking that I was getting 15% off of my second order, apparently that click was all that was needed to authorize an affiliate company, EZ Saver, to debit my account in the amount of $14.95 per month until I noticed the charges on my bank statement. Additionally, $800.00 worth of charges from EZ Saver showed up on my credit card statementlast month for sporting events and dinners. I disputed those charges and they were resolved. Total personal time spent, chasing down these charges, calling EZ saver, Proflowers, my bank and my credit card company-5 hours of my free time. I am going to spen additional time filing a complaint with the Btter Bsiness Bureau and the Attorney General's office-Pro Flowers is based in San Diego, California. Beware, do not use them!

I was double charged for my Valentine's day order.

I was also overcharged for the order I did want.

When I called to correct the situation:

I was told that they could not give me any type of confirmation number or even an email.

totally unacceptable

horrible business

I have had this happen also. I know for a fact I did not provide addl info and agree to the terms and conditions knowingly.

If closing a pop-up or forgetting to uncheck a box authorizes these charges there is a problem. I will go to the State of Ohio Atty General with this one.
