OMG!! I had no CLUE they did this until I seem my Card Statement. Now I will NEVER order from ProFlowers again due to just this. I filled out the CANCEL my NOT MEMBERSHIP that I never seen coming!! Now I will NEVER order from ProFlowers again due to just this. Do you think I will get my money back...ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Guess I beter wise up and watch what I'm doing when buying someone Flowers. Go figure...Now the Jokes on me...LOL ha LOL ha LOL ha LOL ha Mesa AZ.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered on a Friday to her work address. When they had not arrived by 5pm, their deadline, I called Pro Flowers. I was told after being placed on hold that the local florist was unable to fill the order and they had just received notice of this 45 minutes prior (but still well after the 5pm deadline and more than 24 hours afer I had placed by overnight order). I was offered an upgrade for delivery the next day which was a pathetic offer of accomodation and impractical. I am completely disgusted at their level of customer srevice. If they were unable to fill the order, they should havenotified me in a timely fashion so that I could make appropriate accomodations. Instead, I only found out when I called (!) and was offered the most pathetic accomodation ever. Why would I possible want an upgraded arrangement delivered too late by the same people that couldnot manage to get it right the first time? If you need something on a specific date, do not use Pro Flowers. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

ProFlowers review in Washington, District Of Columbia: NOT IMPRESSED! WILL NEVER, EVER USE AGAIN!

I ordered flowers two days before Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday 5/8/10. I received a confirmation email stating that the flowers would be delivered on 5/8/10 between 9 am and 6 pm. When I called my mother Saturday night, the day of delivery, the flowers never showed, no phone and no email. At 8:30 pm that same night, I called their 1-888 number and was told the flowers could not be delivered because there was not a local florist able to handle the order. They had two days to figure this out and out of courtesy, they could have called or emailed to let me know so I could make other arrangements. I demanded a full refund ASAP and then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Upon filing my complaint with the BBB, there were numerous other complaints against this company; I wish I would have done some research beforehand. I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I refer anyone I know to them. This is a scam company all the way around! I hope and pray in this economy, their doors will be permanently shut.

Same thing, they keep offering to deliver the flowers at a discount and with an upgrade... They still can't seem to get the flowers delivered! Is there a consumer group or agency I can call about this?

How is it that proflowers.com can advertise that if you order flowers for mothers day, that they will give you FREE Truffles for $10 more? I might be crazy but how do they get away with stating that on radio nationwide AND how do they do it with a straight face? FREE Truffles with an additional $10.00 payment! I'm sorry but although I wasn't the best in math in school, am I missing something here or is this just a very blunt rip off and slap in the face of consumers? Anyways, if someone can explain to me how this isn't a rip off I'd love to hear it.

Waste of money. If you going to advertise something. Make sure that's what we get then some ugly *** flowers. It looks like the flowers are already dying and 90% of the vase was steam. You can't even see the flowers. Plus, don't leave it by the door step anyone can steal it ***. Mother thought that the local flower shop was better than Pro flowers. Warning to all customer run will you still can. There just a scam. Nothing good at all about them. Rating give them a Zero out of a billion. Pro flower sucks don't waste your time or money

The way to go about this, and I have worked for the Freeshipping.com company, is to call their customer service number, provide your last name and zip code so the agent can lookup your account, and tell them you will be filing a complaine with the BBB and filing a dispute with your bank. These are their "magic words" where they will FULLY REFUND YOU.

You should then request a complete refund of every charge they ever made to your card and they will send a "ticket" to the people in Wethersfield, and they will completely refund you! Good luck!

ProFlowers review in Fairbanks, Alaska: Pro Flowers has me worried

Just ordered some flowers for somebody the other day from Pro Flowers online. I was shopping around for the best deal online, and the name sounded familiar to me, ... perhaps I'd heard it before on a radio advertisement? This is my first time doing business with Pro Flowers. After placing the order, I was redirected to a suspicious page that promised "Free Shipping," if I would just provide them with my credit card number, "for your protection." I didn't just fall off the turnip truck, okay? An internet search about this offer revealed that there would be no shipping discount unless a membership fee was paid. Furthermore, there were a lot of complaints by people who appear to have been auto-enrolled in the program. Nowhere on the webpage that I was re-directed to was there any mention of a membership fee. The credit card information was requested for "protection," purposes and I did not provide it. I'm receiving junk mail (spam) now, from companies affiliated with Pro Flowers; Gee Whiz, I really, really hope the person I sent the flowers to isn't getting it, too. I now see there are numerous, numerous complaints about Pro Flowers on sites like this one all over the Internet. There are a few postings that have positive things to say about Pro Flowers, that are in defense of Pro Flowers, but they have the suspicious appearance of being posted by the business itself and not a legitimate customer. I'm really worried now that my personal and credit card information might have been compromised by this transaction. Another thing I found annoying, though of lesser concern, is that I was assessed shipping charges, which I expected, but then when the transaction went through, there was also seperate "handling" charges, and "tax," (even though this was an out-of-state sale.)

I wonder why these people are still allowed to process credit cards, the proof is just too overwhelming: they are helping easy saver steal from customers, who was bought off to keep them from being brought up on fraud charges? Where is the American Express and Visa fraud departments on this?

I just placed 2 orders on ProFlowers.com for the week prior to Mother's Day. After I placed the order I looked up the reviews, and the positive reviews are VERY minimal.

After reading so many negative reviews, I am really worried that the flowers will not be delivered, or they will look bad. I ordered flowers for my mom, and my boyfriend's mom.

At this point, I'm just hoping the flowers are delivered on time. I will deal with the condition of the flowers once they arrive (if they do =/).

they did this to me too!! They purposefully make it hard to finish your online order without getting involved in the BS subscription. It's coldly calculated that you'll click on something you don't want.

I had to call up to cancel whatever it was that charged me extra $15, I went to 1800flowers for Mothers Day gift this year.
