I just found $500 worth of charges dating back 33 months. Never received an email, receipt, invoice from "Easy Savers".

I still don't even know what easy savers is. I called the company and was credited 12 months of charges back to my account, and the balance is apparently going to be mailed.

I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB of MD, and make a police report if necessary. I will also join any class action suit I can find against these criminals!

easy saver 1-800-355-1837 going i to acct. with out me signing up for this how is this. i have to go and see how long they have been doing this to me another head ache i have to i called them they gave me old email that i have not used in 2 yrs so they have been taking $14.95 because i was ordering flower from pro-flower.so they will returning 16 payments to me at $14.95 i think iwill cancel with pro flower part of this is my fault but i never fill out flag that drops when ordering and not checking my checking acct. a lesson to learn

Three months ago I sent flowers to a friend who lost her mother in law. ProFlowers sent me a confirmation and then tried to get me to sign up for Easy Saver, some program that gives me discounts that I don't want. Three months later, I received a charged for $14.95 on my bank account from Easy Saver. I distinctly recall selecting No, I don't want to take advantage of any more offers. I just want to order flowers. I just called Easy Saver and was told that I selected Yes. While the online representative said she would happily refund my account, I wonder about all of the other people who are not watching their credit cards and bank accounts closely. Do not - I repeat - do not order from ProFlowers. Also Google Easy Saver and see who also partners with them and don't use those companies either. In this day and age when money is very tight, it is companies like these who should be hauled into court for ripping people off.

tried to order flowers on a saturday night for a funeral. Proflowers advertised a $29 arrangement , which I chose, after filling out quite a bit of info, my total for the $29 arrangement was over $60.

They lie, and are disingenuous, organizations who don't tell you the price of their product until you've spent quality time filling out payment forms should be boycotted. Never Use Proflowers.

BTW, a "next day" charge, for Tuesday delivery (on Saturday night) seals the deal. Never ever.

Monthly charges from Proflowers easysaver

Monthly charges from ProFlowers of $14.95 came about by agreeing to accept free shipping on suceeding orders. These charges aggregate $180.00 over a 12 month period for getting $10.00 in free shipping. When ordering flowers from ProFlowers, they will attempt to get you to agree to additional charges in order to get so-called "incentives". How does one go about having these bogus charges removed from their credit card account. See Lita Epstein's posting on AOL of 3/11/10 where she explicity ties such schemes to the ProFlowers group of companies. Thank you for your service.

ProFlowers/Easy-saver. Debited my credit card account for 6 months before we realized it. I placed the order over the phone with a live operator not on the Internet. So the usual excuses of "why" it happened didn't apply to me. ProFlowers eventually blamed the operator for being new and inexperienced and apologized profusely. All a scam. Between ProFlowers and American Express we were reimbursed our monies. We have stopped ordering on line or over the phone with ProFlowers, went back to FTD and local florist where we know there are no sneaky scams. Beware of ProFlowers and Easy-saver.

Buying flowers from Proflowers leads to $29 dollars a month extra charges

I bought flowers from Proflowers twice before I noticed I was being billed by two companies for membership to recieve discounts and free shipping on a monthly basis. I was tricked into accepting these offers by accepting a free shipment discount. If you have ordered flowers from this company check your bank statements and demand your money back. This is oone of the biggest frauds on the internet. The flowers and delivery are good, it's the charges afterward that turned me off. As consumers we should not have to go through a maze to make a purchase, I feel sorry for companies that resort to these types of tactics. I have begun to watch companies that offer great deals on the internet most are scam artists.

they are a rippoff. this company should be in jail. there is no freeshipping unleess you sign up for a membership in the program. it's 15.00 a month. what a farce. i called proflowers and they completely condone what they are doing. never deal with a shady company like proflowers. they are a scam operation that the us government let's get by. i would never recommend them to anyone. if you have a complaint, do not bother to call, as they do not care one bit. go to the ftc, or fcc, and file a complaint. if enough of us complain, the government will have to take action, and put a stop to these people

ProFlowers review in Salem, Oregon: Easy Saver Rewards and Sahalie have been stealing money for a year from my credit card account.

Easy Saver Rewards and Sahalie Rewards have been stealing money from my credit card account for at least a year! I never signed up for any program with either company. I ordered flowers from Proflower.com and that's how I got enrolled in Easy Saver although I never authorized it. I bought gifts from Sahalie and the same thing apparently happened. I never authorized an enrollment in any program that would charge me $14.95 per month for life for nothing! I will never order from these companies again. I will attempt to get reimbursed the charges. Just shows that you can't, after all, trust what seem to be normal companies on the web.

This is the email I sent to Pro Flowers: I have ordered from you several times. I got scammed by your associate-Easy Saver. I never joined or authorized my credit card to be charged every month by this Easy Saver bull *** company. How dare you share my credit card information!! I will NEVER order from Pro Flowers again and I can assure you that I will tell everyone that will listen to do the same. I was very pleased with Pro Flowers so it is a shame that you are associated with such a rip off company. As I'm sure you know there are may postings of complaints about this happening to others. YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS!!! What about that don't you GET????

The exact same thing happened to me. They emailed a discount coupon, which I didn't use, and didn't notice that they were automatically enrolling me in this Easy Saver Rewards program through Encore Marketing and started charging my credit card $14.95 every month.

The CSR tried to say that I had agreed to it but I did not and it happened by default. They did agree to refund four months of charges but I feel that they are very dishonest and will not do business with them again, ever.

ProFlowers is Not the Best Choice for the Money

I have heard a lot about ProFlowers.com recently and chose them to handle floral arrangements for my Aunt's viewing. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered to the funeral home by 1pm. I paid the extra $4.99 expedited fee on top of other "shipping charges" in order to have the arrangements there by 1pm. The flower arrangements were not to the funeral home on time. I called and spoke to a ProFlowers Representative and advised her of my situation. She said that I would be credited the expedite fee for both arrangements. I then had to ask her to contact the florist to find out what time my arrangements were to make it to the funeral home. I held for about 5 minutes. The representative came back on the line and said the florist can have them to the funeral home by 5. Explained that was unacceptable that I wanted both arrangements at the funeral home by 3pm or I want a full refund. At 3pm I was advised by my family that only 1 arrangement arrived. Called ProFlowers again and advised that only one of my orders arrived to cancel the second, issue a full refund, and that I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. This made the loss of my Aunt much worse. I am home bound with a broken pelvis and was unable to attend any of the services. I wanted to at least let my Uncle know I was thinking of him and my Aunt, but that did not happen thanks to ProFlowers. (The other arrangement was from my Grandmother thankfully her flowers arrived.)
