ProFlowers is Not the Best Choice for the Money

I have heard a lot about ProFlowers.com recently and chose them to handle floral arrangements for my Aunt's viewing. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered to the funeral home by 1pm. I paid the extra $4.99 expedited fee on top of other "shipping charges" in order to have the arrangements there by 1pm. The flower arrangements were not to the funeral home on time. I called and spoke to a ProFlowers Representative and advised her of my situation. She said that I would be credited the expedite fee for both arrangements. I then had to ask her to contact the florist to find out what time my arrangements were to make it to the funeral home. I held for about 5 minutes. The representative came back on the line and said the florist can have them to the funeral home by 5. Explained that was unacceptable that I wanted both arrangements at the funeral home by 3pm or I want a full refund. At 3pm I was advised by my family that only 1 arrangement arrived. Called ProFlowers again and advised that only one of my orders arrived to cancel the second, issue a full refund, and that I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. This made the loss of my Aunt much worse. I am home bound with a broken pelvis and was unable to attend any of the services. I wanted to at least let my Uncle know I was thinking of him and my Aunt, but that did not happen thanks to ProFlowers. (The other arrangement was from my Grandmother thankfully her flowers arrived.)

ProFlowers in Maynard, Massachusetts - Use a local florist instead for a bigger WOW factor.

Although I rarely order flowers for my wife, I decided to do so this Valentine's day after hearing about Proflower's specials on the radio. Usually I'd called a local florist who are near my wife's place of employment and they would deliver them....great. With Proflowers I thought I'd get a better deal... but by the time you add shipping, and pay their "care and handling" fee, I ended up paying just as much as I would pay locally...and that was with delivery 4 days before the holiday! Holiday delivery fees were much higher. (And there's no way I'm going to join some buying club just to get a rebate on the shipping fee.) Anyway, I ordered them on Monday for Thursday delivery. They were not delivered until Friday via Fedex. (The local florist would always deliver on the scheduled day). Flowers were delivered in a cardboard box... not the most attractive presentation (and a far cry from the beautiful presentation the local florist provides). And the flowers were not yet open. Proflowers likes to advertise that by shipping the flowers before they open, they last longer. Maybe true, but do you think my wife was proudly showing off a bunch of unopened buds to her coworkers? She just left them in the box and brought them home. (By way of contrast, the local florist would deliver a fresh flower arrangement that look beautiful from day one). In conclusion, Proflowers didn't provide the bargain the advertisements promised... even with the "special offer code." I will not use them again, but stick with a local florist, so future deliveries will have that WOW factor you pay for. Unopened flowers delivered a day late in a cardboard box... no thanks.

ProFlowers Never Delivered

ProFlowers ruined my Valentine's Day. They failed to deliver my PREPAID flowers for my wife and my six-year-old daughter... the love of my life. They offered to refund the shipping charges (only) for flowers delivered AFTER Valentine's Day that had been sitting on a freezing truck for four days. What JERKS! They advertise 24-hour customer service, but wouldn't even tell me how they intended to cheat me until I'd sent 10 emails over the course of 36 hours. (I'm deaf, so I couldn't call, which I'm sure they appreciated). I guarantee they'll get none of my money and the Attorney General's Office will hear about these scammers!

Proflowers gave my credit info to easy saver rewards billed 14.95

Ordered from proflowers. On checkout when got to info that I would be billed for the free shipping, I backed out and started over. No free shipping but charged a month later for 14.95 for easy saver rewards. Am pissed at easy saver and proflowers for being part of the scam. No more proflowers orders for me. I have not been able to get in touch with easy saver and I know nothing about their paren company Encore. Will research it more later. I cannot believe that proflowers continues to be associated with them. I am trying to do all that I can to get proflowers to dissassociate.
