ProFlowers review in Baltimore, Maryland: Pro Flower does not deliver on time maybe not at all!!!!!!!

I ordered a dozen roses with extras from Pro Flowers on 2/10, for delivery on Saturday 2/13. It is now 2/14 noon and still no flowers. I spoke with customer service Saturday at 6:30pm and was told to wait till 8:00pm no delivery. I called again this morning at 8:00am and was told they would refund my shipping charges, I still have not received the flowers and now customer service is not answering the phones. I guess they are dealing with all their happy customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRO FLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use your local flower shop.

I agree .. we had flowers coming on 2/13 and the customer service said it was a Fedex problem.

They only offered shipping refund. A month ago with no snow on the ground same thing.

Not worth the worry, I agree call a local shop! :cry

ProFlowers Never Delivered

ProFlowers ruined my Valentine's Day. They failed to deliver my PREPAID flowers for my wife and my six-year-old daughter... the love of my life. They offered to refund the shipping charges (only) for flowers delivered AFTER Valentine's Day that had been sitting on a freezing truck for four days. What JERKS! They advertise 24-hour customer service, but wouldn't even tell me how they intended to cheat me until I'd sent 10 emails over the course of 36 hours. (I'm deaf, so I couldn't call, which I'm sure they appreciated). I guarantee they'll get none of my money and the Attorney General's Office will hear about these scammers!

Proflowers gave my credit info to easy saver rewards billed 14.95

Ordered from proflowers. On checkout when got to info that I would be billed for the free shipping, I backed out and started over. No free shipping but charged a month later for 14.95 for easy saver rewards. Am pissed at easy saver and proflowers for being part of the scam. No more proflowers orders for me. I have not been able to get in touch with easy saver and I know nothing about their paren company Encore. Will research it more later. I cannot believe that proflowers continues to be associated with them. I am trying to do all that I can to get proflowers to dissassociate.

ProFlowers review in Miami, Florida: Delivered only eleven roses- not twelve!!!!!

I ordered a dozen red roses and upon delivery there was ONLY ELEVEN red roses and I was CHARGED for a dozen. ISN'T a dozen TWELVE???? I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!! I could have went to my local supermarket and gotten a dozen roses and recieved all 12 flowers, exactally what I paid for, even a roadside vendor would not "RIP" you off, especially here at Valentines Day! And the quality of the roses are "POOR" several of them have black tips on the pedals upon arrival. YOU SUCK PRO FLOWERS!!!! YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR NAME TO "PO FLOWERS" that would be more suitable for the quality of flowers and count.YOU SUCK< YOU SUCK!!!!!

record, UKMan, since you're clearly such a "grammar whiz", there should be a comma after "remember the little rule", not a period, and also, the word "But" never starts a new sentence! However, you're from UK, so you we have to make allowances! ;

Pity the complainant can't spell or even use grammar. You can't 'went' to the supermarket but you could have 'gone' there.

Received is spelt wrong.....remember the little rule.

i before e except after c. But I guess he's American so you have to make allowances ;-)

I checked my bank account and saw a fee from proflowers that I never made and they refused to help me with my claim. This Company is irresponsible they will let charges go through if you are experiancing fraud on your account and when you call them you deal with rude and unprofessional people that give you the run around. Watch out for this company they tell you that they will take care of it and that you have to talk to your bank it would have probably been easier to cancel the order than explain to them I am going through fraud.

Do not order anything from this internet business. I ordered what they said was $19.99 Valentines flowers and candy. The delivery charge was $15.00,plus $10.00 handling. Wound up costing me $50.00 for a $19.00 order. Needless to say I AM PISSED. I am reporting this...

ProFlowers review in Dekalb, Illinois: Ripped me off never a member

I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers one time. I never joined Easy Saver Rewards or any other program, yet they bill me $14.95 a month. And a I receive nothing for this charge. The first month there was a charge of $1.95 with no explanation. It has been $14.95 a month every month ever since. I will never buy from Pro Flowers again and neither will any member of my family. This is a complete ripoff. They charge people who buy flowers $15 a month but offer no good or services. Even the government gives you something for your money.

ProFlowers review in Austin, Texas: Scamed with false prices,Double charged, etc

I wanted to order flowers for my wife and mother. 1st order on line... Started at $39.99 with free vase.. Ended up at $75.72!! Called in (Almost an Hour on this call) Price reduced to $62.74 (under protest for this still inflated price) Assured the first order would be deleted. Placed 2nd onder at this time (had to repeat my credit card Aprox. 5-6 times) This order for my mother. $29.00 turned into $51.92. Whatever... Fine --Call ended-- E-mail conformation reflects charges for 3 orders. I call back and complain. (This call lasts 20+ minutes) I am told a mistake was made and my $75.72 will be credited to my account in 5-7 days, but I will have to do a 3 way call with Pro Flowers and my bank... I stated this was unacceptable and if this was the case, I would cancel all of my orders. I was told that was the way thier company did it..... I asked to have my orders canceled. They said OK.. I now complained of the $160.00+ of my money tied up.. I was told I would get a call the next day to do the 3 way call with my bank....And the money would be released to my bank within 24 hours.. -----Hmmm we'll see

ProFlowers review in Concord, North Carolina: *** arrangement..that's what!!!

I ordered the Christmas Tree Lights Roses Arrangement..Arrived as buds and 85% of them did'nt open..I was so embarrassed as this was a Christmas Gift to my Sister..their solution was a 10% off discount coupon on my next purchase..are they kidding me? a whopping 10% off of a $50.00 arrangement? Needless to say, with customer service like this..there won't be another purchase..I responded to their CEO's survey..guess he doesn't care either. I guess Proflowers doesn't need repeat customers..Oh the power of word of mouth advertising..can make you or break you.

You should always use a local florist! Do a little research and find a reputable in the area that you are sending to and call them directly.

The large internet flower sites are merely order gatherers. Half of them drop ship flowers in boxes via FedEx or UPS. This means that the recipient has to arrange the flowers themselves. Imagine how embarrassing that is when you send one of these "arrangements" to a funeral service.

I know a funeral director that has had to arrange many of these in the back room of the funeral home. When a deal seems too good to be true, then it probably is.

So true, they also add lot of hidden charges. Luckily after a couple of bad experiences with proflowers and the likes, I have now switched to Flora2000. It does not have any hidden taxes or charges.

Love,

Swati
