I checked my bank account and saw a fee from proflowers that I never made and they refused to help me with my claim. This Company is irresponsible they will let charges go through if you are experiancing fraud on your account and when you call them you deal with rude and unprofessional people that give you the run around. Watch out for this company they tell you that they will take care of it and that you have to talk to your bank it would have probably been easier to cancel the order than explain to them I am going through fraud.

I wanted to order flowers for my wife and mother. 1st order on line... Started at $39.99 with free vase.. Ended up at $75.72!! Called in (Almost an Hour on this call) Price reduced to $62.74 (under protest for this still inflated price) Assured the first order would be deleted. Placed 2nd onder at this time (had to repeat my credit card Aprox. 5-6 times) This order for my mother. $29.00 turned into $51.92. Whatever... Fine --Call ended-- E-mail conformation reflects charges for 3 orders. I call back and complain. (This call lasts 20+ minutes) I am told a mistake was made and my $75.72 will be credited to my account in 5-7 days, but I will have to do a 3 way call with Pro Flowers and my bank... I stated this was unacceptable and if this was the case, I would cancel all of my orders. I was told that was the way thier company did it..... I asked to have my orders canceled. They said OK.. I now complained of the $160.00+ of my money tied up.. I was told I would get a call the next day to do the 3 way call with my bank....And the money would be released to my bank within 24 hours.. -----Hmmm we'll see
