My husband tried to be a nice guy and send flowers for our anniversary. He did not realize that he was enrolling with easy savers and definitely did not receive any type of discount. After mos. of charges @$14.95 I finally reached someone by phone (800-355-1837- do not...

ProFlowers.com Scammers

ProFlowers.com will scam you! Buyers beware! I ordered some roses for Valentines Day and later discovered that I also had a $1.95 recurring monthly charge to my credit card via EZSVER.com. Proflowers told me this occurred when I received an email from them pledging to give me 20% off of future orders. I accepted this offer and proflowers provided ezsver.com with my credit card information. Evidently somewhere in the user agreement, which no one reads, it says you will be charged for this service. You have to call this shady company in order to get the recurring charges taken off. Call 1-800-355-1837 to reach them.I have read of many people having this exact problem. Do not trust either one of these misleading companies

ProFlowers Customer Service?

ProFlowers Customer Service?
I've tried to contact ProFlowers by email several times (I work nights and haven't been able to call yet). The flowers I ordered for my wife arrived in poor condition and missing the card! ProFlowers ships directly from the grower and through UPS or FedEx. The flowers I ordered arrived missing several bulbs, broken stems, and after placing in the window took 3 days for the attached bulbs to bloom. I expected a $50 flower order to arrive and put a smile on the wife's face. What I got was a *** poor attempt at a product which looked nothing like the picture on their website. Lost a customer!

Proflowers/Easty Saver Scam

Just realized that I have been charged for Easy Saver since Jan. Never signed up for this. I looked at it, but I never signed up for it and I have not received any emails or other information about this program that I supposedly signed up for. I take full responsibility for not noticing the charge on my bill(we had some pressing family issues this summer), but I know that I would never have signed up for something like this. I will never by anything from Proflowers or any of its affiliates again and I guarantee that everyone will know about this scam.

This is the scam they are pulling--they lure you in with a coupon to buying more flowers and when you click on it--you are signed up by putting in your zip. One would think that with my montly $14.95 charge, I would get mail or an email telling me about the benefits...

ProFlowers in Lakeland, Florida - Pro-flowers/oncore marketing international scam

I to have been scammed, just from ordering flowers from pro-flowers, a company called oncore marketing international, along with pro-flowers, have been deducting $14.95 a month out of my account since september 25th, 2007. I just caught this friday, october 3rd, 2008, why I didn't catch it sooner, is my fault, they say this is for something called "easy-saver rewards", news to me, but yet they got my money, and I see nothing in return, this is a big scam, and they need to be stopped, whoever reads this please contact clarkhoward.com and he will put a stop to this, the more complaints to clark, the better chance we have of getting our money back...
