Never delivers on time

I gave them 4 weeks and paid $42 extra for shipping to deliver before lunch on a certain day. Guess what? That didn't happen, called customer service and they don't even care, it's a special day for my wife and I can't even get her flowers delivered. I will never use this joke of a company again. The only thing I recommend to anyone is order from somewhere else.

Overseas Customer Service

It seems customer service for ProFlowers is handled overseas. The people that answer the phones have NO idea what expectations US customers need and want.

The customer service agents sure do like to use the hold button and you wait forever for anything to be done. I am still waiting for replacement flowers. Talk about getting nowhere fast this is the place for that. I don't understand why ProFlowers would outsource their customer service.

OH, profits. ProFlowers is the middleman for your orders.

Think about what you pay in extra charges, it always doubles what the flowers actually cost. Makes no sense at all.

I called because I received a an email stating I would get a $15 credit toward a $29 purchase. I called because the credit was not being taken off, I spoke with a Rep that acted as though I was lying about the email I received. He took his lazy *** a ridiculous rate of time to create the order over the phone making the next day delivery obsolete. SO, because the Rep was slow as *** instead of a Saturday delivery, I have a Tuesday delivery and asked "is that ok?". As if a had a choice. He needs a new profession quickly, because he sucks really bad at this one. I AM Truly PISSED at the lack of customer focus!!!

Ordered flowers with guarantee delivery on valentines day for a friend who lost her husband. The website has false information and advertisement. They take all my information including phone number. Not one call to say they couldn't deliver. When I called they said they have to change the flowers and couldn't deliver for another 2 days. WTF. I would've used another company. I had to work late but got my own flowers and delivered them personally. Now I have to wait 5-7 buisness days for the money back. Also, kept me on hold 35minutes for a "supervisor " they said they would send free flowers to her only to wait 18 minutes on hold to be told they couldn't actually send them. I think they hoped I would just hang up. Never again. Should've read the reviews before I ordered.

There was a lot of advertisements for this company so I thought I give it a try. Here my experience. 1) Ordered flowers to be sent to 2 different people. I took around an hour because of a language barrier. Key letters got missed, such as t for p, etc. 2) After requesting to repeat the information, at least 3 times, somehow the delivery still went wrong. 3) Advertise Prices were not honor. 4) Execution of the cards were sloppy. 5) Fail to receive conformation number by email (see #1). 6) Calling back to clear it up did not go well (see #1). • Definitely a total disaster. Would suggest not wasting your valueable time and money with this process.

These idiots used a flower shop that was in a different time zone and almost 3 hours away. Now the Valentine's day flowers will not arrive until the 15th, which my wife will not be at the location of delivery due to her work schedule. They shipped at 3 am on the 13th, and I dully expect them to be wilted and dying due to sitting in a box for 3 days without water. They don't have a refund policy even though they basically stole money from me.

My husband ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my job for valentines day. I received half dead flowers and no strawberries. This was our first Valentine's Day as a married couple and it was ruined. He tried his best to make my day special since I had to work all day but proflowers really ruined it. They did refund him for the strawberries but I feel he should've gotten a full refund considering the flowers look horrible. We will never use proflowers again.

Worst customer service ever

Placed the order, paid extra for express shipping guess what my order never made it to destination. I called to find out what went wrong 1st person asked bunch of questions like, order #, recipient name, address, my name, put me on hold several times came back with no info. She said she'll transfer me to a "special department" to handle this issue and yes she hung up on me. Called back, another person answered, asked the same questions , came back with same answer, this time she said someone from a "special department" will call me. Waited 2 hours no one called. I called back and Deja vu nightmare, same questions, this time she said my order was canceled with no reason, I again asked to speak with a supervisor and she said "She can't do that" this time I lost it. I don't remember half of the things I said but I assure you wasn't good at all. And the end, I will never ever ever use this company again. I will let everyone know not to order anything from ProFlowers and just a suggestion they should change company name to Pro Screw-Up. Thank you

Dropped the ball

Placed order and driver could not locate the business . They had the business phone number and contact name and no one called the place of business just didn’t deliver the item. Didn’t call me or the business to find out any information.

Pro flowers Sucks

Pro Flowers charged me for a standard delivery, which is 14.90 and also charge me again in the amount of 14.90. because I wanted the flowers delivered at noon on Valentines day which suppose to be guaranteed.

Once the order was confirmed, a popup window of 15.00 dollar credit for you next order appears, but you have to become a member first. But that did not happen. The flowers got delivered a day after. What a joke with customer service too.

If I provide you with a confirmation number, just find the damn flowers you suppose to delivered on 2/14/18 instead of 2/15/18. Please do not order from Pro Flowers. WHAT A RIP OFF!! Just go to Wholes Food and pick up the flowers and deliver them yourself.

DO NOT !!!!!!!! MESS WITH PROFLOWERS
