ProFlowers review: Quality of product

Within 3 days all the roses were limp. When I open them up to put them in the vase all the greens of the flowers fell off. I contacted ProFlowers and they refunded my shipping and promised to send out another order at no charge . After one week of waiting I still have not received the new flowers . I have used them before and had the same results and promised myself never to use them again but for some reason I did and regret it . It is a shame when radio personalities recommend a company say they've used him but I cannot believe that because the quality is extremely poor .

Lilies opened beautifully. Iris buds drie and dropped. Customer service replaced next dsy but agent off shore and very difficult to understand!!

Order the Sunshine and Smiles Bouquet and upgraded to deluxe. Deluxe???? It didn't even look like the non-deluxe Bouquet! I'm extremely disappointed. The first picture is what I ordered and the second what she received. Not happy especially for the amount I paid!!

I am so unbelievably disappointed in the flowers and plant I ordered from your company. Both items arrived with dead flowers. The flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture and half the flowers we already dead. Plus my note was not included in the package. I was appalled to even have to tell the person I sent them to that they were from me. They were horrible and are already all dead. The plant was a bit better but not by much it did come blooming but half the flowers needed to be removed they were wilted and looked horrible. I thought I was doing something nice for the mother's in my life but I ended up disappointed and out almost a $100.00 for horrible looking arrangements and a plant near the end of it's life. I will not recommend your company to anyone nor will I ever use your service again.

I ordered flowers for mothers day and birthday (both of which were 5/14). I paid extra for Sunday delivery. They never arrived. I called last night and was told they would be delivered bh 8pm....NOT....called this morning and was told my order had never been processed, but my card was charged last week.

i ordered them for my mother for mothers day. She got them on the 11 May 2017 . The flowers looked like a baby bunch. Counted and there were 40 flowers in the bunch. Not counting the dead ones in the bunch. And there were a lot of dead ones. This is my second time to order from Proflowers. First time was Tulips and that was Mothers Day as well. the Tulips were a mess and was not pleased with it. But now the 100 flowers and i get dead and maybe 40 . Snd then they say will send them.back out but wont deliver them until Monday , a day after Mothers Day. It really sucks that you offer a service and you cant deliver on it. Its just disappointing that it happens on a day like Mothers Day.

Flowers and chocolates delivered on time but nothing like online pictures. Flowers limp and lifeless. Arrangement empty and not exciting. How embarrassing to send these flowers to my mother on mother's day? I would not recommend this company to anybody. Spend ypur money else where. I am so dissapointed with this purchase.

ProFlowers review: Pro Flowers and truth in advertising

I wish I had found this website before I ordered from Pro Flowers for Mother's day. These guys are apparently repeat offenders when it comes to advertising one thing and effectively doubling the price. Where is the AG's office on companies like this? I tried to Yelp them, but got nowhere as they are not listed. Apparently Yelp is just for local businesses and with these guys being national, they aren't out there the majority of people would check on such things. What's the deal with the 100 word minimum for writing a review on this site? It's almost as much of a pain as the internet is at my hotel.
