ProFlowers review in Spokane, Washington: Ditto I know I did not sign up for this program

While proflowers is a good company, the easy saver side kick is bad news. I know I did not sign up for this. I even called to complain about the continuous attempts to sign me up. I get bugged via email even. It is very annoying, very. I think they have a bug in the software so when you buy flowers the email must get passed to easy saver whether you want it or not. I called and complained and they claim I will be refunded for all seven times they have hit my account. We'll see. I suggested they get rid of easy saver as this is going to taint Proflowers' reputation. Why would a good company get themselves tied up with such a shady sidekick, I can't imagine.

ProFlowers review in Pensacola, Florida: ProFlower and Easy Saver Scam

Two months ago I ordered flowers for my mother through ProFlower to be delivered in another state. The bill was unexpectedly higher than anticipated or was stated by the ProFlowers sales representative because of additional "fuel fees." Then, for the past two months, I have been billed $14.95 on my credit card for an Easy Saver service that I know nothing about nor authorized. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for a fraud scam and working toward getting a full refund. I highly recommend anyone against using ProFlowers for their "services." It is a rip-off!

ProFlowers review in Richmond, Virginia: Same complaint... tired of having to double and triple check

I'm actually decently content with ProFlowers but this *** with Easy Savers and fine print...please, just put it out in the open that you're going to charge us. Don't hide it under $15 off, or 20% off or free whatever. Some of us try to save money while still making someone happy with fresh flowers. This just ruins it. Now I have to take my time to try and get a hold of someone in some office and get this cleared up which I'm sure is going to involve lots of recorded options and being put on hold and transferred all over. Not a good way to end my final interaction with ProFlowers. ProFlowers, just do what you're good at and send gorgeous flowers to those we love. Don't get into this scamming ***.

I talked about this in another forum, please search for proflower ezsvr and find the other forum, I feel we need to band together and get our money back and put them out of business and stop this from happening to others!!!!

PROFLOWERS AND EASY SAVER

I purchased two flowers arrangements in May/2008 from ProFlowers for mother's day a had a charge for $1.95 from Easy Saver for using the company. That is fine no problem however I am now being fraudelently charged $14.95 a month for an apparent membership to EasySaver and ProFlowers. Becareful do not purchase from them they are theives I have had to place a dispute with my CC company and all. What a hassel if I would have known I would have never purchased from ProFlowers. I also read other negative reviews on other sites about them.

ProFlowers review in Des Moines, Iowa: Ezsver stole $61.75 from me

I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Mother's day on March 21, 2008, from Proflowers.com. On March 24, ezsver took the "membership enrollment fee" out of my account. They are as quick as cockroaches. I finaly had time to try to find out who ezsver was yesterday. When I looked them up on the internet all I can find are posting from very upset people. I am now one of them. I just called to get my name removed from their "memberhsip roll" and was told I would be removed immediately and the customer service reps are authorized to credit back 2 charges. Woo hoo. I'll take that over nothing, but I will never buy flowers from Proflowers or any of their family brands, Cherry Moon Farms, Secret Spoon Sweets, and Shari's Berries, ever again. I also think a report to the the Iowa Attorney General and Better Business Bureau are in order. My one piece of advice to anyone making a purchase off the internet is read the websites policy carefully. Ange Des Moines, IA

Don't call them! They are the thieves!!

Call the fraud department of your credit card. You'll get all the money back.

Same thing happened to me. I called my credit card company to dispute. I heard the girl kind of giggle and say something to another employee. I ask her "have you had this problem with Proflowers and Easy Saver before"? She stated that they had a "shortcut" on her screen for this complaint it was so common. Say no to Proflowers! I got my money back. Called Easy Saver and they said there "system was down" and they would have to call me back. Did I ever hear from them? Of course not. Crooks and liars if you ask me!

ProFlowers review in Plano, Texas: Read the fine print

I have been reading all of these complaints about the easy saver program. I too was charged for there service...1.95 for the first month. If you would read the fine print before you submit something people wouldnt have this problem. It amazes me how many people complain about something that is their own fault. When you sign up for the 10 or 15% off your next order, you are agreeing to their services and terms. I have never had a problem with proflowers and I used them often. I used my coupon and then cancled my subscription before I was charged again

Very disappointed with ProFlowers

I order flowers through ProFlowers to be delivered that evening with a shipping charge of about 20.00. I get a call the next day saying the flowers were never delivered; they would send a letter apoligizing along with an upgrade. The next day i call to try to get a refund for the same day shipping i paid for. I found the flowers were never delivered because the florist needs gas money? They told me they would give me 10 percent back? Horrible Service- This was for a women who just lost her husband; so sad. I warn anyone who needs flowers to actually arrive! I will never use ProFlowers again.

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM PROFLOWERS.COM!!!!! They sold a pathetic 2 dozen red roses bouquet to my husband for Valentine's Day for me.

I received them on Friday and Tuesday (today), half of them are dead. They arrived in a box, I had to arrange them myself, the leaves were torn up from thorn scratches, no baby's breath or ANY kind of filler, the roses were the smallest roses I've seen in my life.

And their solution is to give him credit to buy another pathetic bouquet from them. They will not credit his money back despite their "satisfaction guarnatee." I am absolutely disgusted.

Are they have relationship? It is ridiculous. I got the same experience. I think proflower is backing easysaver otherwise, why they partner with rip-off company? It is even funny to see that proflower sent me survey about whether I satisfied with its purchase. I carefully participated in survey and scored them terrible. Rip-off company send customer satisfcation surveys? ???/? I don't get it. I also experienced several scam which charge my credit card couple of times. How come this kind of company exists in the US? nobody sue them???? Please don't buy flowers from proflower.com. scam.
