Read the fine print | ProFlowers review from Plano, Texas

I have been reading all of these complaints about the easy saver program. I too was charged for there service...1.95 for the first month. If you would read the fine print before you submit something people wouldnt have this problem. It amazes me how many people complain about something that is their own fault. When you sign up for the 10 or 15% off your next order, you are agreeing to their services and terms. I have never had a problem with proflowers and I used them often. I used my coupon and then cancled my subscription before I was charged again

Very disappointed with ProFlowers

I order flowers through ProFlowers to be delivered that evening with a shipping charge of about 20.00. I get a call the next day saying the flowers were never delivered; they would send a letter apoligizing along with an upgrade. The next day i call to try to get a refund for the same day shipping i paid for. I found the flowers were never delivered because the florist needs gas money? They told me they would give me 10 percent back? Horrible Service- This was for a women who just lost her husband; so sad. I warn anyone who needs flowers to actually arrive! I will never use ProFlowers again.

This crummy company offered a coupon while completing an order on ProFlowers.com. They apparently were able to get my account number via ProFlowers website. I have been charged 3 times without my authoritization. I think it is pretty poor of ProFlowers to be...

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM PROFLOWERS.COM!!!!! They sold a pathetic 2 dozen red roses bouquet to my husband for Valentine's Day for me.

I received them on Friday and Tuesday (today), half of them are dead. They arrived in a box, I had to arrange them myself, the leaves were torn up from thorn scratches, no baby's breath or ANY kind of filler, the roses were the smallest roses I've seen in my life.

And their solution is to give him credit to buy another pathetic bouquet from them. They will not credit his money back despite their "satisfaction guarnatee." I am absolutely disgusted.

Proflwoer and easysaver | ProFlowers review from El Segundo, California

Are they have relationship? It is ridiculous. I got the same experience. I think proflower is backing easysaver otherwise, why they partner with rip-off company? It is even funny to see that proflower sent me survey about whether I satisfied with its purchase. I carefully participated in survey and scored them terrible. Rip-off company send customer satisfcation surveys? ???/? I don't get it. I also experienced several scam which charge my credit card couple of times. How come this kind of company exists in the US? nobody sue them???? Please don't buy flowers from proflower.com. scam.

ProFlowers sucks. Never delivered order for Mother's Day

Proflowers sent me an email on Mothers Day telling me they would not be delivering my mother's flowers. No reason. They just didn't bother to deliver them. They had the gall to ask me what they could do to make me happy. What follows is our email exchange. Dear Sherry, Unfortunately, we have some bad news. Due to a delay with our delivery partner, which we accept full responsibility for, your recent order (#P----) to Patricia was not delivered in time for Mother's Day. Based on the online tracking information of your order, we have not seen the expected confirmation that your order has been delivered. We tried everything in our power to make it happen, and we're terribly sorry we couldn't come through for you. We hope that there is still time for you to make another arrangement. Please let us make this right for you. Call us today at 1-800-PROFLOWERS (776-3569) or email us at wecare@proflowers.com and let us know what we can do. We will do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your entire ProFlowers experience. Additionally, I want to personally assure you on behalf of the entire team here at ProFlowers that we're working to get to the root cause of these problems you experienced—and any problem that stops us from meeting your expectations. When mistakes happen, it's disheartening for all of us, because it means we've let you down. And our whole goal, our entire purpose, is to serve you and help you make the special people in your life feel all the more special. If you have already spoken with a customer service representative about this, disregard this email and—more importantly—rest assured any arrangements you have already made will be honored. Sincerely,Bill Strauss, CEO ProFlowers.com 1-800-PROFLOWERS - 24 hours, 7 days a week -----Original Message-----From: Sherry ()Sent: May 11, 2008 11:01:06 PMSubject: FW: Important Update About Your ProFlowers Order (#---) You can refund my money. All of it. It was shady the way you offered a ten dollar discount and then tacked on the extra ten dollars for Saturday deliveryto begin with. The only reason I ordered from you is because of the discount advertised on Breuer Unleashed. I will be letting them know that you never delivered the order and encouraging them to not participate in promotions withyour company again. You didn't deliver MOTHERS DAY flowers. Any other day might have been acceptable. This was not. Further, you should have CALLED me so that I couldmake other arrangements, rather than taking the cowardly way out and sending me an email which I did not get until just now. Thanks for nothing. I will look forward to my complete refund on the creditcard. Sherry P___Dear Sherry,, Order Number P---- Thank you for contacting ProFlowers.com. Please accept our sincere apologiesfor your disappointment with your recnet order. We have applied a refund of58.19 to your account as requested. This credit will interface with your creditcard company in approximately 5-7 business days. As your satisfaction is extremely important to us, we are more than happy toissue this refund. Again, please accept our apologies for any disappointmentwith this order. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. I just ordered roses for my wife on valentines day. The delivery was fine but the roses were horrible.

Some of them were starting to wither and 90% of them were grossly undersized. I'll never order from ProFlowers again

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day a week ahead of time. Come delivery day, no flowers, yet I get an email stating proudly " Your flowers have been delivered." They were, to the wrong State.

I called them and was told "Don't worry, it was a shipper error and your order will be delivered by 8 PM guaranteed". No flowers delivered. Called them again and was told "we are sorry, we will issue a refund", as though that is going to correct the situation. Cannot find an email address for CEO Bill Strauss.

This is just a short synopsis of the screwup.

I will never ever use them again as their guarantee is worthless. :(

These idiots delivered a bouquet (for my niece who just delivered my grand nephew) AT THE SECURITY GUARD DESK OF THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT THE HOSPITAL!!!! Only *** would not deliver the flowers to the front desk to be taken to a new mother. They also charged me double of the listed price for "next day delivery", "Saturday delivery", etc., etc.

They take money but send no flowers | ProFlowers review from Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I placed an order online on Proflowers for mother's day on May 1. Well yesterday the flowers didn't come. They say that their was a "problem" with my credit card. Well the money was charged and is taken out of my bank account, I even showed them a copy of the transaction line on my account. They are telling me that they never charge unless they ship them. Now I am out the $50 and have no flowers to show for it. They say they have no record of ever charging my account. What a crock. What else can I do to get my money back?

Ripped Off by Easy Saver/ Proflowers

After ordering Mother's Day flowers for my wife w/ Proflowers I was charged $1.95 by Easy Savers, After checking I discovered that this company has a link w/ proflowers offering "Free Shipping". I only clicked on the link to see what it was about. THATS ALL! I never filled anything out or clicked any button to "Agree" to any terms. This is Fraud by any account and charges need to be filed or Proflowers may find a class action law suit filed against them and Easy Saver. Providing my charge infornation makes them Quilty. STOP THE FRAUD PROFLOWERS

If you signed up to get the shipping refund that's when you get screwed on the easy savers thing. If you read it states by clicking you will be enrolled in said program and will be charged. My husband did the same thing he called because a thing came up on the screen and said that he had just enrolled in easy savers. I am generally ok with proflowers but i do think that it is super sneaky of them to throw that in at the end. I have also been overcharged for certain orders as well. I'm not a fan to say the least.

ProFlowers & Easy Saver Rewards

Had a horrible experience with proflowers.com today concerning the passing of my personal information to one (or possibly more) of their partners. Read ProFlowers.com's privacy statement: they are now passing privacy information to partners such as Easy Saver Rewards including, name, address, phone, and credit card info. This occurred when I clicked on a button to get fifteen dollars off my next purchase. That button brought me to a page that said welcome to Easy Saver Rewards. Easy Saver Rewards (easysaverrewards.com) promptly charged me a 'nominal fee' for joining their club. Long time customer jumping ship - thanks but no thanks.

Easy Saver using crdit card info from ProFlowers

Feb 6, 2008 I ordered Valentine Flowers from PROFLOWERS.COM I paid $39.99 for the flowers & candy $3.40 Tax $9.99 Delivery $9.99 Guaranteed Feb 14 Delivery $63.37 TOTAL I was offered free delivery if I joined the “Insider Club” and I would be billed $5.99 per month. I rejected the offer and paid the full $63.37. I was billed to my Capital One credit card on Feb 14, 2008 I received unwanted Spam from Cherry Moon, Secret Spoon and ProFlower I have received a Charge from Easy Saver on My Capital One credit card. Easy Saver is affiliated with the other three firms (Cherry Moon, Secret Spoon and ProFlowers) I was billed $1.95 on Feb. 7; $14.95 on Mar.7; $14.95 on Apr. 4; and $14.95 on May. 3 I never had any business with “EASY SAVER” .I never gave “EASY SAVER” my credit card number. I assume they got it from ProFlowers which is the only of these firms with which I did any business. This is totally fraudulent and the $46.80 which they charged was totally illegal

I have read a lot of these Easy Saver issues and there are many posts defending their practices, all mention "read the contract..." and many use a condescending tone. The bottom line is that both companies use decptive practices to lure unsuspecting consumers into bogus recurring charges.

I say both companies because Proflowers is just as much to blame for subjecting their customers to this stealing. How much does Proflowers make for every "chump" that signs up for the "free" offer? Wanna bet that the owners of both companies are somehow connected? All I can say is what goes around comes around and payback is a ***.

You Easysaver employees that post here, you know whats going on and you choose to be there. You have to live with yourselves, thats the worst punishment.
