ProFlowers should be sued for fraudulent advertising. The wilted flowers were not arranged in the vase. Instead they were wrapped in plastic with the stems inserted in mud-colored floral foam. The stems must be cut before the recipient can arrange the flowers in the vase. Adding insult to injury, the paltry assortment of flowers is dwarfed when placed in the vase. Buy these only if you are intending to insult the recipient. Otherwise, you are better off saving yourself some money by purchasing flowers at the grocery store.

Details
Ordered 18 long stem roses (4 days before delivery) to be delivered on 2/12/16. These were to be part of a Valentines evening out. On the 12th I am informed that they will be delivered on the 13th due to a miss handling with the shipping. Customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. They refused to refund the purchase price even though they could not deliver on the promised date. They even refused to have new flowers delivered via 1 day delivery.

Call back and talk to someone else. I have used proflowers a lot over the years and they stand behind their products.

I ordered this year too. One of my items went out of stock before they shipped. Stuff happens....but they make it right. We are only human.

I am not affiliated with theses people. Just a long time customer.

So just call back and talk to someone else. That rep must have had a bad day or something..:)

I ordered long-stem roses for my wife on 2/8/16 but what she received can only be called sweetheart- or petite roses. The longest ones were only 12 inches before trimming. That's a far cry from a long-stem rose (one source shows long-stem roses are 23"-24" long). And their bud size doesn't rate them as long-stem either. They don't look like much in a typical 10-inch-tall vase. This isn't the first quality problem I've had with Proflowers. Next time I'll try another flower vendor.

I just got flowers from this pathetic excuse for a company. Um sorry but WALMARTS roses are WAY cheaper and WAY better quality than these *** small roses in a box. I hope people wake up and they go out of business. Just think of all the womens Valentines day being ruined by these *** *** unromantic boxed flowers. What a disgrace. This company clearly doesn't look at what they send out to people so obviously its purely about THEIR profit rather than happy return customers. My husband deserves a REFUND.

Despite having sent them 3 emails w week ago, I have yet to hear back from anyone. They used to have great customer service-now even that is terrible.

I have used ProFlowers for years and was always very satisfied with the service. But now that FTD has taken over, they are terrible. I placed an order on a Friday for Sunday delivery to a friend whose brother had just passed away. I paid extra for a weekend delivery and waited on Sunday to get notification that it had been delivered. When I still hadn’t heard anything by Monday, I sent an email, asking what the status was of the order. When I didn’t get a response to that email, I called to find out what had happened. The first representative I spoke with couldn’t tell me anything and transferred to me to someone else. This representative could barely speak English and I had to repeat everything at least twice before she understood what I was saying. I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to hang up, it was that frustrating. She put me on hold repeatedly, she couldn’t find the order, she didn’t know what had happened to it, she couldn’t help me, etc. She offered an upgrade-I explained it already was a premium order, there was no upgrade to be had. Finally she called the florist and confirmed that it had just been delivered, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. No apology for being a day late, no offer of a refund of any kind, never mind the weekend delivery charge, nothing. I will never use them again and neither will my company.

I placed an order for Valentines day and took advantage of early delivery (to be delivered on 2/11). I have ordered many times before and thought it was strange that I did not receive an email today stating they were out for delivery. After I was not successful at tracking them I called your poor excuse for "customer service". I could not understand her, she was very rude, after a few minutes she tells me that the order as canceled. No, it was not canceled, I am the only one with access to this account. She insisted that it was and I was wrong. Is it possible that you made a mistake? If I canceled it you would think I would get a email stating it was canceled, or maybe a call? Terrible absolutely terrible customer service, She than proceeds to tell me that the next available delivery would be Feb. 16th. Really?! 5 days after my date and a day after valentines day! WTF! NO, thanks! I will take my business else where along with every possible bad review I can give you.

Unhappy Valentine's Day | ProFlowers review

I just received Valentine's flowers at work today from Pro Flowers. I'm just sick. They came out of the box frozen! The leave are so limp I had to just cut them off. I've never seen a more ugly bouquet of flowers in my life! They are just about dead and were delivered an hour ago. I would just throw them in the trash, but I'm taking them home to my husband so he can at least request a refund. Please don't ever use this company! You will be wasting your money.
