Delivered on wrong day, lame flowers

Paid $15 for flowers to be delivered ON valentines day for my Girlfriend. I'm over at her house on the 13th when the doorbell rings, I hop up and get the door only to open it and see her "PROflowers" laying there a day early so now she has nothing to open on actual Valentines day. I'm already upset and then she opens them and they're not only the wrong the flowers and vase but these flowers are pathetic, they're tiny tiny little roses. Dollar Tree sells better roses! This is the second time they've sent me the wrong flowers, safe to say I will NO longer be using their "pro" flower service

Proflowers - Roses Review from Denver, Colorado

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Approximately 150.00 for long steed roses. My husband sent me 3 dz long stemmed roses. 11 of the roses stems were so severely crushed by packing and rubber bands that the rose came away from the stem. Delivery was left by UPS on door stoop. Apparently no signature was required. Theses were without a doubt the ugliest roses and hideous vase I have ever seen for the money spent. ProFlowers is the McDonald's of florist. Cheap and poorly shipped. Never again will we use ProFlowers and I will make a point of telling friends, family and business associates.

Live Plant/Flowers send for delivery at door in sub freezing temps. without requiring a person to receive them

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We found our flowers delivered on our door step in Michigan on Thursday Dec 11th at approximately 8 am when we got up in the morning and opened the blinds. The tracking order from UPS says they were delivered at 11:02 am on Wednesday Dec 10. So they had been sitting in sub freezing temperatures for over 20 hours. It is of note that we were home at 11:02 am, so the UPS likely didn't even try to get us to come to the door. Our doorbell works. The fault is this company's choice of delivery service "This is a shipper release package and may be released without obtaining a signature at any delivery location including apartments, condos, and commercial addresses" The customer thinks he is getting super service by paying for UPS Next Day Air Saver®. It got delivered over night, but received frozen 2 days later

24 broken roses

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
For valentines my husband had Proflowers deliver 2 dz red roses. 21 were broken. they were more black than red and they smelled terrible. I called and the they acted like "oh well". They offered a gift card to spend on their website. I said NO THANKS. You just delivered 21 broke, rotten flowers and you think I want MORE? I did get a refund but they didn't act surprised at all. It was like " on to the next call". Last summer for anv the I received had gone through a heat. All wilted. They sent "fresh" ones. Wilted again. Do Not Use Them.

NON DELIVERY by Proflowers and Blumex

I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Thursday March 12th for delivery on Saturday March 14th in Toronto (I'm in LA.) In spite of hours on the phone to Proflowers, their affiliate Blumex in Toronto, and with the Concierge at the hotel where the flowers were to be delivered, NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED. In fact, in spite of the fact that the hotel's Concierge told me that no flowers were delivered, Proflowers and Blumex refuse to make good on AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS RELATED CLIENT DELIVERY from a person connected with and sent on behalf of CBS Productions. (At this point I would rather not name names but will do so in the future.)

Promo Code Won't Work and Can't Cancel Order

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I Paid $15 for a $30 credit for Proflowers and went through the ordering process at their website. Proflowers website claimed the credit would be applied at check out. Never happened. I Called them two days prior to delivery to cancel the order and the kept my on the line for over 20 minutes. They ended up delivering the flowers anyway after they said they would cancel my order. Definitely not worth the $90 I paid for the arrangement. Don't be fooled by their promo ads. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this company.

Flower were already losing petals when they were delivered

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The tulips that I ordered were already losing petals when I got them from the UPS man. As you know when tulips lose petals, there is nothing left. The leaves were also all torn up like they had been terribly mishandled. Why did I pay good money for this mess?! I do not think I will ever use pro flowers again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not use you either. I would appreciate a full refund from you, but I will be surprised if I I get one. Any reputable company would never send flowers in the shape that these were in. I am so disappointed... And you should be really ashamed.

Deceptive Pricing

I ordered the flowers online and the pictures of the flowers were great and the price was reasonable, however when the bill came they charged a "Delivery Charge" A "Handling Charge" & "Saturday Shipping" in addition to taxes. This company employs bait and switch and deceptive practices when you order from then. Then when you receive the flowers they die after only 2 days. Two days? Walmart flowers last longer than these!! You would think that they would tell you up front about all of these charges and maybe if I ready the 2 font print I would have seen all of the conditions, however I will never ever buy flowers from these people again. Good Deal, & its just a RIP OFF!! #FreeVaseNotSoFree

I ordered flowers for my mom for valentines day it was a sweetheart roses bouquet for 19.99 plus shipping it said with free chocolates and a free vase. When I placed the order it didn't show me all the charges. I recieved a detailed invoice via email it went from 19.99 to 49.98. They charged me 19.99 for the flowers, -9.99 for the "FREE" vase 12.99 for standard shipping, 9.99 for Saturday shipping and 2.99 for care and handling, plus tax. So my Saturday shipping fee covered the price of the vase that I actually paid for!! this web site is a joke very misleading wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!! I don't understand why I was charged twice for shipping Saturday or not .

Proflowers - Long Stem Roses Review from New York, New York

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The price advertised was 39.99 for 12 long stem roses and a ruby red vase. When I submitted the order it came out to 76 dollars which I did not notice until after it was submitted. They charged 15 for standard delivery, 10 for Saturday delivery, and 5 for care and handling and then tax. When I received the roses none were bloomed and half of them had rotten spots all over them. This place is the worst will never use them again

Hidden charges and deceptive pricing

I find it very interesting how your slick hidden charges work. I ordered 2 items supposedly at 29.99. bottom line after asking for morning delivery, I get charged for standard AND morning delivery -$30.00 each order, then the slick 2.99 "care and handling" bs. Final order cost: 174.51. For 2 dozen roses…. I Called "customer care" # and was told, "well it's expensive this time of year”. Seriously???? I went back and re-ordered, again price in e-mail was $29.99..After re-ordering the price was suddenly $39.99 ea plus all the other bs. But good news is now the order is $107.60….Hmmmm a $67.00 “savings” *** poor pr and "care” IMHO. My order number is just in case…110596****73 I know you won’t care, but I will never order from you or this site again, and will verbally "spread the word" about your deceptive bs. Last year I ordered 2 gifts. They arrived "wilted" and the chocolates were melted and inedible. I was promised this would never happen again. You wanted my opinion and comments, well, there they are. I am waiting with Bated breath to hear your "professional" response and your "customer care" A very dissatisfied client, I remain, Scott Reeves President Select wood floors A+ Rated by the BBB This is the e-mail you sent me. ♥ Cupid Approved ♥ One dozen long stemmed roses With square glass vase Was 69.97-was 39.99 Extra 25% off: 29.99

My GF recieved a bundle of grass!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They said there would be "some" closed buds which is ideal - but the product she received was embarrassing to say the least. They looked like absolute *** tightly closed buds no color at all. If you want your date to be underwhelmed, please use this service - or send it to yourself-- wait a week, then give her the finished product. Their price quoting is tough to follow and they don't give you the total until your CC info is completely in. Pay up and use LOCAL florists. Can't believe ProFlowers is still in business! I will never use them again - and they have prob ruined business for their peers as well.

Shame on the radio personalities for endorsing ProFlowers!!

Unfortunately, I didn't seek out online reviews BEFORE placing my online order for Valentine's Day. I purchased because of the radio promos on Rush and Hannity (surely they would never endorse a LOSER company, right?!). First, disappointment, the delivery fee and 'handling' charges amounted to nearly as much as the flowers! The order arrived as scheduled, but looked NOTHING like the picture on the website - which shows a full and colorful bouquet of fresh flowers. Like others reviewers, my flowers arrived bruised and bunched together. Four days later, after following the water/feeding directions, they still look awful. The buds have opened slightly, but all of the flowers have a brown, dried, bruised appearance. This is my first and last ProFlowers purchase. I'll fight the crowds next time and go to the florist in the local supermarket - better prices, better flowers.

Proflowers Flowers Review

Flowers were a gift to have arrived on Friday- Friday,no flowers arrived. Flowers were on UPS truck until they arrived frozen on Monday. Even unfrozen these were the cheapest smallest crummiest most pathetic flowers; they in no way resembled the website photo. Avoid this company they ship garbage flowers.
