Do NOT trust Proflowers! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. We waited ALL DAY, having received an email at 6:00 AM saying the local florist was working on the order. NO FLOWERS! I kept checking the order status. It was "In Progress" ALL DAY. I finally called at 5:30 PM. They apologized but they WERE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER. No one called. No one emailed. No one called my daughter -- NOTHING. This was my first and last time and I'm writing this so that you can save yourselves.

ProFlowers - FRAUD

HOW CAN ONE PERSON ORDER FLOWERS SEND TO ANOTHER PERSON IN ANOTHER STATE. USE SOMEONE ELSE CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND THERE IS NO WORKING NUMBER TO STOP THESE ORDERS FROM GOING OUT. THIS IS SO WRONG!!!!!

I have called and emailed them for 4 days straight. They cant even find my order but guess what they found my CC number and kindly charged it! Amazing, dead flowers for mothers day for my wife and mom, charged me $200 and they dont want to refund it because they cant find the order?

My son ordered flowers for my wife for mothers day to be delivered on Saturday day before mothers day. Never arrived. Finally arrived on Monday. Dead. My son spent a entire afternoon on the phone with their customer service. Person was unable to speak English. Do not use this company!

Update: I received an email stating I would receive a full refund in the next 7 days. I still DO NOT recommend this company EVER.

I will hopefully get my money back sooner. I ordered from a local florist in my moms area instead.

ProFlowers - The worst

I ordered flowers they were for mother day and when I went to get my mother I saw the flowers she got Friday and on sat they were dead or dying and that was in less than 24 hours not even mothers day I called them and waited to talk to someone then in 22 minutes the help person could not really even speak English and I got jacked around till I gave up and hung up They took my money and didn't care I will never deal with them again.....
