Proflowers - Flowers Review from Kalamazoo, Michigan

Ordered flowers and my credit card was charged. 3 hours later i get a call that they can't deliver flowers to the address i gave them when i placed the order. Here's the kicker, my card won't be credited back for 5 to 7 business days. So i am out the $50.00 i had to spend on a Mother's day present. When i asked them what they could do for me the customer service rep. replied and i quote. ..nothing. I will tell anyone who will listen to me not to ever use this company. HORRIBLE! !

ProFlowers review in Albuquerque, New Mexico: Horrible flowers, hidden costs, total ripoff

Mother's Day is approaching and I see ads for ProFlowers scrolling by on my Yahoo page. I wouldn't order them if they were free. I used them twice (because I'm evidently a slow learner) to send loved ones flowers on important occasions (because I couldn't be there) and both times they received absolute junk. I was so embarrassed. The flowers were NOTHING like the photo of what I ordered. Customer service is obviously used to complaints and spend their time offering ridiculous tokens to appease angry customers. I would recommend calling the hospital and having someone from the gift shop deliver something to a patient, or maybe call a local florist. This place uses the cheapest florists possible and the person you are sending flowers to will end up with junk. Also, watch all the sneaky hidden fees. Ridiculous.

ProFlowers review in Stuart, Florida: Over bearing advertising almost to the point of brain washing

I wouldn't by flowers off of you ever. You have worn me thin with this constant barage of ads on my yahoo account and I will recommend to anyone that will listen not to deal with you as well. That is nothing but brain washing. Why do you think that constantly seeing your redundant ads makes any want your products more. You have let me with such a sour taste in my mouth that I refuse to ever use your services. It seems that you are on the *** of a precipice and are close to going out of business because of the desperate attempt to get people to buy your products. Shame on you!! I hope you go out of business!!!

ProFlowers review in Elgin, Illinois: Flowers were almost dead when delivered - not location specific.

3.0
Details
I have both sent and received floral arrangements from ProFlowers.com. Not once have the delivered flowers been in good condition. After the fourth experience of flowers in this condition I decided to ask friends if they had any similar experiences. ALL HAD! In every case ProFlowers graciously apologized and offered to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacements arrived in the same dead-like condition. This issue was not location specific. The floral arrangements were delivered in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, and Indiana. This makes me wonder if the local florists choose the worst flowers in the shop to send, so that you call then directly for any future orders. I have since switched to ordering online fruit arrangements. Each fruit arrangement has arrived punctually and in excellent condition.

ProFlowers review in Chicago, Illinois: Flower doesn't look the same as advertised

I was sending flowers to one my friend's 60s birthday. She thanks me by sending a picture of the flower that she received. It made me feel so embarrassed. The flowers arrangement was terrible and was much less flowers than they showed on the picture. I won't mind the flowers less but at least they made it looks nice. Obviously, the worker that they hired didn't look like professional or have any taste. Simply put whole brunch of flowers together. I won't order from this place anymore and I won't recommend this place to anybody. You are wasting your money.

ProFlowers review: Misrepresentation of Prices

Do not use this company. I ordered and internet special of Roses for my wife. The price was 29.99 all inclusive when I completed my order. They offered options and I opted for the 2.99 attached card. I went through the entire process of giving them my name, address, credit card, DOB, and life history. When I proceeded to checkout there was not pricing before confirming order. I confirmed order and when I reviewed it (after paying) I saw the following extra charges not included on initial order: Standard Deliv: 12.99 Guaranteed Same Day delivery: 4.99 Care and Handling: 2.99 Tax: 2.97 (ok I can get this one but it should have been noted before) total cost for 29.99 order was $56.92 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

ProFlowers review in Ashburn, Virginia: SNEAKY CHARGES WEBSITE

1.4
Details
This is one of the sneakiest websites I've been on. The charges they slip in on you at the end of the order are hidden on the far right, lower corner. And in the process of ordering they expect the CUSTOMER to put 2+2 together to realize they are opting for "Rush Charges" based on color coded dates on the calendar when you select your delivery date. But they COULD put those rush charges more conveniently on the NEXT page when they ask if you want your order delivered by noon the next day. That would be a perfect place to put those next day rush charges -- but as I said, they sneak it in and expect the customer to take note of the fact that next day numbers are green, not blue that would NOT have the extra charge, but thereby automatically incurring an extra $4.99 charge. Then there are the extra handling charges that show up at the end, not to mention taxes for an out of state order. My order went from $42 to over $55! It's also a rip off company because I've sent flowers from them to a funeral home that were not even in bloom! Who expects to show up at a funeral/wake and see closed up lilies?! I was mortified when I saw my name on the card in the funeral home. Totally embarrassing.

ProFlowers review in New Milford, Connecticut: 3-29-2015 Biggest rip-off ever. What was advertised as a 19.99 ends up 35.00. They hide shipping. What a scam.

During the checkout on line they tell you you will be able to view shipping costs.Standard shipping is 14.99! Give me a break! These flowers are not even that nice. We have received them before from these jerks, and they never make it more than a few days. My wife just got out of the hospital and got flowers that were picked up at a local supermarket for 6.99 and three weeks later they are still hanging in there. Think again people. Pro-Flowers is really just taking your money and running. If in a case where you could do something nice for someone this is not the place to throw your earned money to. Pick another source if you must send flowers.

ProFlowers review in Redlands, California: False Advertising!!!

Details
I ordered the "Deluxe" Full of Love bouquet as a "thank you" for a friend @ $49.95 plus service charges, which brought the total to $70.93. The arrangement received looked like it cost about $10.00! When I expressed my extreme disappointment to ProFlowers, their "solution" was to offer 40% off a future order!?! Why on earth would I want to do business with these people again after being ripped off the first time I used them?!!! Unfortunately, I trusted the review at "Top 10 Reviews" found at http://online-flowers-delivery-review.toptenreviews.com/proflowers-review.html , which rated ProFlowers at 9.7 out of 10!????? From my experience, ProFlowers equals FALSE ADVERTISING! What a scam!!!!

NON DELIVERY by Proflowers and Blumex

I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Thursday March 12th for delivery on Saturday March 14th in Toronto (I'm in LA.) In spite of hours on the phone to Proflowers, their affiliate Blumex in Toronto, and with the Concierge at the hotel where the flowers were to be delivered, NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED. In fact, in spite of the fact that the hotel's Concierge told me that no flowers were delivered, Proflowers and Blumex refuse to make good on AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS RELATED CLIENT DELIVERY from a person connected with and sent on behalf of CBS Productions. (At this point I would rather not name names but will do so in the future.)
