Husband bought dozen rainbow flowers came with red mason jar amd candy. Roses already turning brown. Didnt even last 24 hours. And charged him 50.29. Ive bought flowers from walmart that has lasted longer!

ProFlowers review: Took money, never delivered
i pre ordered [5 days in advance] flowers for a valentines day delivery, never got delivered, of course using fed ex was their first mistake. now, any delivery is moot, as the day is over. i will never order again from them, and i will leave the most vile reviews possible whenever possible and wherever possible ..........blah blah blah , i have to enter atleast 100 words, but this company is only worth 2 words f u , you figure it out, this company also has alot of add on charges, delivery [expected] , special care ??? processing ??? just more rip off

ProFlowers review in Vista, California: Really feel they rip you off. Do not buy from these folks!
Wife'sValentine flowers arrived as scheduled on Saturday. Narcissus with a few small Tulips in a vase. They also included a small box of candy and a small Teddy Bear. I had bought their advertised 39.00dollar special online. Today my Paypal account was debited in the amount of 71.61. They explained that the extra charges were due to delivery plus Saturday delivery, plus tax. Here in Southern California we are surrounded by local flower vendors who sell similar bouquets for about 12 to 15 dollars. I really feel I got screwed like never before. Tell your friends , do not buy from these people!

ProFlowers review in Fairfax, Virginia: Poor Flower Quality and Delivery Service
This is the second time I used this service and was severely disappointed. The first time a few years ago my Valentine's Day flowers were never delivered. I was refunded the next day, however this missing delivery ruined my girlfriend's entire day. This time, flowers were delivered on time as promised, however were of sub-par quality. Three of the twelve roses were bent/did not stand tall, and every flower in the dozen had already started browning/wilting. Delivery looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be using ProFlowers again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I need to update this post, because Proflowers made up for my bad experience. I sent an honest and friendly email to them explaining how my flowers arrived with pictures attached.
They were more than apologetic, and were very fast to resolve the issue. They offered...

I didn't even RECEIVE my flowers from pro flowers for Valentine's Day today from my husband which he paid extra for. He called to complain and they said they will be here on TUESDAY!!
They didn't give him anything for the inconvenience, no refund, no discount, no extra flowers, nothing. No more pro flowers ever AGAIN!!

Second time using, second major issues with delivery, never again!! They had flowers for valentines day sent via fedex!! Really!! Do you know what happens to flowers that are packed in a box in, thrown into the back of a truck when its 10 degrees outside and driven around for hours? Apparently they don't really care cause they already got my 75 dollars. They charge 10 for delivery, then another 15 cause its Saturday (Valentines Day)...from a fedex driver. They charged me more to insure the flowers would arrive limp and not stand in a vase. Most of the flowers don't stand in vase and lay limp in vase. Their solution is to give me a discount on my next order...dont EVER use Proflowers.

Proflowers - Long Stem Roses Review from New York, New York
The price advertised was 39.99 for 12 long stem roses and a ruby red vase. When I submitted the order it came out to 76 dollars which I did not notice until after it was submitted. They charged 15 for standard delivery, 10 for Saturday delivery, and 5 for care and handling and then tax. When I received the roses none were bloomed and half of them had rotten spots all over them. This place is the worst will never use them again

Flower box arrived with no flowers...its valentines.....they can't fix this.....I hate proflowers....they did give me a refund but my wife didn't like the empty box....I am trying to make this 100 wordsa a a a a a a a a a and and and and *** is this 100 words yet? I give this is a joke I have to have 100 by now.......oh my gosh this is dumb so how is everyone else doing today? I hope good.. I hope this is 100 words by now it has to be or I am going to give up soon
