ProFlowers is NOT what you expect
I wanted to have ProFlowers send something to my wife who was in the hospital over Thanksgiving. When it didn't show up on the desired date, I checked my email to find that they couldn't make the delivery date and wanted to know if I wanted to change it. Being it the Thanksgiving, I called the special number and spoke to a "Customer Service Rep." After they took the replacement order the made the promise (and they should never do this) that it would be there the next morning at the hospital. I was hoping for the best. The next day came and went, so I called the hospital front desk to see if the flowers were delivered and there was nothing there. I then checked my order online and found that NO ONE had picked up the ProFlowers Order for delivery. I immediately called and cancelled the order. Then on top of it all, they claim that they would only credit me a partial refund for a waiting period. So I called again and got the runaround. Eventually, I did get the full refund, but I will NEVER, and I mean NEVER use ProFlowers again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are horrible!! I ordered flowers for my friend whose MOTHER DIED!!! I paid $100 for the flowers to be delivered that same day. They sent a confirming email about my order. The next day...I received an email saying that I needed to pick a new delivery day. Ok, fine. Picked a new delivery day right away. The next day (2 days after my friend's mom died) I get another email to pick a NEW delivery day...fine...click on the link to select a new delivery date...it has new dates BUT it also says that the DO NOT CARRY the specific arrangement I wanted which is the only reason I used their company in the first place!!! These specific flowers that no one else had (they were my friend's FAVORITE) and I wanted to send them to my grieving friend! And now all of a sudden they don't have them??!!!????? I sent a scathing email (because the phone number I called is looped and just kept asking for my phone number or confirmation number, would state my name, and then ask for my phone/confirmation number again) asking what they were going to do to fix this?! Immediately! I received an email 3 days after I placed my order stating that they had delivered my order to my friend successfully. I texted my friend the next day (4 days after I ordered) to make sure she received the flowers...NOPE!!! She said she didn't have anything from me...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!! How can you send a confirming email about delivering flowers when the recipient doesn't have them??!!! I'm ridiculously furious and offended!!!!! As I can see from other reviews, this company just does not care about it customers!!!! What a horrific company!!!!! Total rip off!!! (I ordered my friend's flowers--not her favorite--from another company and they were delivered same day)

I ordered a birthday arrangement of flowers for a friends birthday. The arrangement was to be delivered on her birthday as a surprise. Her birthday came but the flowers did not. I called ProFlowers to try to figure out why they were not delivered. They asked for my order confirmation number and confirmed my address along with the recipients address. This means that they had record of the order. However, they claimed they do not know what happened to the order but it was not in their system. I then submitted a complaint through Google's Trusted Stores. ProFlowers claimed we had come to an agreement on a resolution, however, their proposed resolution was "xxxxxx". I certainly never agreed on whatever that means. I then called ProFlowers again. This time I went straight to a manager who informed me that my account was under review. She made this sound like a bad thing but she would not tell me what it meant. She also still had no information about where my order went. In addition, a form was supposed to be submitted to look into where my order got lost. I was informed that no such form was submitted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PROFLOWERS!!! They appear to be running some sort of shady business.

They dont help Proflowers sucks
I order flowers for a funeral and want them delivered the day before just incase and you still cant get them there ontime. Then when I call in the day of the funeral you wont tell me the name of the florist then put me on hold for a supervisor for over 20min. There is no due overs with a funeral. Then you send me this email saying here's a refund? ProFlowers review: Company is a rip off!!!
This company is a total scam! I bought an on-line coupon that should have saved me $15, instead I find that not only is delivery a $15 charge (higher than most), but the pictures shown do not represent the arrangement you buy without being charged more, AND you have PAY for even a simple vase. And then, an additional $3 for "care and handling" (um, for WHAT) and then they want another $2 for a card (which I did not buy). So my $30 of flowers for $15 (coupon) cost me nearly SEVENTY DOLLARS. Had I not already paid for the coupon I most certainly would have never used this company. If I hadn't been in such a hurry when I bought the coupon and done some on-line review research I would have certainly seen the many bad reviews. I hope, like many others have posted, that the flowers my newly widowed mother receives are not as pathetic as others have noted. This company needs to get its act together and quit scamming people! Use a local florist – like I should have done!

I was charged for same day delivery an no one notified me that they weren't going to deliver that day but still having to pay extra. Call company and on hold for 45 MINUTES And they still didn't want to give a full refund . this company is a scam and will never use or say anything good about proflower

Proflowers.com. You fleece hard working people of their money, trust and time. You make promises of a delivery of beautiful flowers by baiting us with a wonderful picture... A picture of a full and colorful and ARRANGED vase of flowers. Unfortunately you end up charging a BUNDLE for a box of plain Jane flowers and a vase. TADA! Have fun cutting them and setting up the vase and arranging the flowers and throwing away the huge box. Then...as Proflower.com will explain to you "of course, it will take at least two days for them to fill out". Never again.

When you call a lot of these places first of all they are NOT A FLORIST!!!!! Do you seriously want to talk to someone sitting in a cubical taking orders all day long? They don't make flower arrangements. They then turn around and call local florist in the area in which you want the arrangement sent to get a them to send the flowers you ordered at a lower cost than what you paid. Search online and forget the deals because you will be paying delivery and service fees much higher than a florist. TALK TO A REAL FLORIST and avoid these call centers. You will get what you pay for. Support REAL FLORISTS not call centers!

At least they're alive and look halfway healthy. There's no way a florist could do that many flowers for $40 and they didn't get $40 after ProFlowers took their cut.

ProFlowers still has not taken care of the billing refund of this issue. They tried to send a bouquet (that wasn't anything like I ordered) as an "We're Sorry" answer. It was lousy.
