I ordered a very expensive orchid plant from Pro Flowers as a thank you gift for a high end client that has given me hundreds of dollars of business. At the time of the call I was assured the plant would have a good ratio of buds and blooms. (Once bloomed the plant...

ProFlowers review in Orlando, Florida: Do Not Order!!!!!

I have received flowers from this company on MULTIPLE occasions from this company from different family members who live in other states. I'm a mom, grandma, sister and aunt. I don't have the heart to tell my family members how terrible the deliveries have been. This has ranged from receiving "buds" that never flower, to dead flowers, lasting only a day or two at MOST, to being the wrong order all together. I've actually had to go to a local florist and try to duplicate the flowers because my daughter wanted pictures...shame on ME actually. I actually told my daughter the last time to contact the company and tell them she wanted her money back, which she did, but of course no response there. Stay away...buyer beware!!!

ProFlowers review - Daughters 16th Birthday Flower Arrangement Late and DOA
We placed an order from Pro Flowers on Wednesday and the flowers were suppose to arrive on Friday. Friday came and went and the box of flowers (that is being generous that I am calling it flowers) ended up arriving at 6:45pm Saturday night. The entire arrangement was...

I received a floral arrangement of white lilies and purple irises at my workplace today from my boss for my 10 year work anniversary (they were not left outside on delivery) and the flowers were all frozen and browned. The tips on the lillies were also all bent, not...

ProFlowers review in Houston, Texas: Flower arrangement delivered looked nothing like photo on website

Do not order flowers from Proflowers.com. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a local funeral home for a loved ones funeral. The flowers were delivered but looked nothing at all like the photo online. I upgraded the arrangement to Deluxe, but there were less flowers in the vase than the Standard. It does say on the website that the flowers may differ somewhat from the photo, but this was beyond imagination. I have seen flower arrangements at Krogers that were nicer for a whole lot less money. I should have done my homework before ordering from this company.

yes you should have. Rarely do the on line flower sites live up to what is promised......mostly because they sub the job out to local florists with limited resources or no resources as what was pictured.....

I own a domain and use if for email, so I can make as many unique emails and they all forward them to me (costco@mybusiness, proflowers@mybusiness, etc.) So I'm completely certain that proflowers sold my info, not to some harmless company, but to a credit card...

Yep same here. I requested all my personal info that I have on record about myself from LexusNexus. My Purchase Activity Record show a purchase that I cross-referenced via the date and amount and sure enough ProFlowers sold my info to a company called Ibehavior Inc, who in turn sold it to LexusNexus.

ProFlowers review in Longview, Texas: Order placed was not what was received

Ordered one dozen roses in a ruby vase. Sent as a special birthday gift. Flowers were delivered by FedEx and all she got was a dozen roses in a box, no arrangement in a vase as ordered. Just a dozen roses in a box! Will not be a repeat customer. Called customer service and got an overly sympathetic rep. Seemed only concerned that the roses were delivered and no concern for the fact that they totally screwed up my plan to have my significant other receive a beautiful arrangement as portrayed in photo. No vase, just a box of roses. Totally blew what I had planned to be very special day, as I was having roses delivered out of state. How embarrassing.

ProFlowers review: Fluctuating price and excessive costs

I purchased a Living Social deal which was supposed to give me $30 to spend at ProFlowers. I know that all online florists have changing prices depending upon how you sign in but this was particularly bad. There were coupons all over the internet for free vase or discounts and the costs to order fluctuated on the same site. Then, when using the "deal" I had purchased, I had to pay the highest price, noticeably more than the average consumer. Then, figuring I could do without the free vase, I tried to check out only to be shocked that my $39 bouquet in a plain glass vase was going to cost over $70. Given the credit for the $30, I would have to charge $40 in addition to the $15 I already paid for the deal for a net total to me of $55. I requested a refund of my deal, looked up a florist in the town where I was sending the gift, and ordered a lovely bouquet by phone that would be hand-delivered for a total of $40.

ProFlowers review: Pro Flowers Ruined my Mother's Day and Birthday!!!

For Mother's Day, Pro Flowers delivered half dead lilies. Most appeared to be those ugly yellowish orange ones that grow wild along the road. They included a card from someone named Shawn. My son's name is Chris. When I called them, they read the card my Chris had sent me. They refused to send me the correct card. I save the flower cards from my son. Yesterday was my birthday. I waited all day for the red roses my son said he had sent. They never arrived. My son called them. They said the Fed Ex driver could not find my subdivision and did not want to use his personal cell phone to call for directions. The roses arrived today. Today is NOT my birthday. My son received a refund. Well good for him and all of the other customers I read about that got screwed by Pro Flowers. With all of those refunds, I hope Pro Flowers goes bankrupt! They could give a flying S about insulting and hurting feelings. They are a sorry organization.
