ProFlowers review: Old bad flowers
Delivered Bad flowers and on complain they sent the replacement order which was bad again; they say discount but then charge you multiple times in different ways hiking up the cost to more than reasonable; don't know how they got JD power..... JD power should re assess them and take back their reward / title. else JD power itself will lose it's credit for giving it to just any worthless *** also proflowers keeps on sending these useless promotional e-mails and do not stop it even after requesting for the same. worst flower people ever. flowers are mean to make us happy and not pissed.

ProFlowers review: Sad, sad flowers
I received a dozen red roses today at work from Proflowers. While I was thrilled to get flowers, these are the saddest looking little roses I have ever seen. They look like the ones the "real florists" throw away. Wal-Mart flowers are prettier than these and a heck of a better deal. Nice big glass vase with teeny little flowers. Of course I will tell the sender how wonderful they are but I am now convinced you should but from a reputable florist. Pre-internet companies like FTD and Tele-flora would be shaking in their boots. They don't ship them from who-knows-where but has a local florist arrange and deliver the flowers so they are fresh and have to meet a certain standard. These might last 2 days. The dozen yellow roses I got last year were three times the size, lasted 3 weeks and cost about the same. Tsk tsk.

I ordered a funeral arrangement from this sleazy outfit. $275 and they sent what should have been a cross but was missing a limb. The flowers were wilted and almost dead. I was embarrassed and shocked by the condition. Someone actually had the nerve to let it out the...

ProFlowers review in Springfield, Missouri: Ordered a Flower Arrangement - Got a plant with Fake Flowers in it
One of our employees had a death in the family and we ordered a flower arrangement from ProFlowers. They called me the day of the delivery to see if they could switch it to a plant instead of the flowers. I said No, I didnt order a plant, I didnt want a plant I wanted the flowers that I had ordered. Today when my employee gets back to work she brings a thank you card for the plant. I was really upset and apologized to her as it was suppose to be flowers and she then tells me that the plant also had fake flowers stuck in to the plant. I am beyond shocked and livid that they would think that this is okay. When I called them they said sorry for the inconvenience and we can give you 50% off your next order. I explained that I would not be using their services again and that a 50% discount would not do any good. PLEASE do not use ProFlowers unless you dislike the person you are sending flowers to or the way they look makes no difference to you.

ProFlowers review in Belford, New Jersey: Free shipping!!!
I ordered flowers back in 2010 and neglected to read that I was going to be charged monthly 12.97 a month for my one order. So I have been charged that amount for almost two years now. Partly my fault for not seeing that on my statement. I am appalled and disgusted by my neglect and pro flowers taking advantage of consumers by offering the so called "Free Shipping". I will post and tell everyone I know of this so that it doesn't happen to them. I will never order flowers on line from any company again! They should be ashamed of themselves! Apparently I am not the only person that has been taken in by this.

ProFlowers review in Cincinnati, Ohio: Tiny dead plant sent to my friend's funeral!!!
I paid $55.00 for a planter basket to be sent to the funeral home for my friend that passed away. It looked very pretty online. I saw it last night at the wake...it was very very small and the plant was dead. They didnt even put it with the other flowers and plants at the funeral home. Needless to say I was so embarrassed. It looked like a dead ***. I emailed Customer Service and guess what...no response!! Imagine that!! I will NEVER order from them again and recommend that no one else does either!!! Unless you want to send garbage weeds and be embarrassed.

ProFlowers review in Austin, Texas: Arrangement Looked NOTHING like what I ordered!!
The photographs below speak for themselves!! The arrangement that was delivered looked like a 2yr. old put it together. It only had 6 roses vs. the dozen + that were supposed to be in it. What a joke. I will never order from ProFlowers/Florist Express AGAIN. Nor should you! // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // // /// // // // / /// / /// / /// / / /// / /// / / /// /// // // // // // // // // / /// / // /

I ordered a Grande Gourmet Fruit Basket for my daughter. The basket was high priced but included a ceramic teapot for "brewing up a cup of happiness" and an assortment of 15 gourmet products. As my daughter loves tea, this seemed an appropriate birthday/house warming...

ProFlowers review in Miami, Florida: Complement (if it's welcome on this site)
I want to tell everyone about a wonderful costumer service experience I had today. I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law's 87th birthday. It was due to arrive yesterday. The Fed-Ex ticket said that it did but she never saw it and was home all day. When I called to inquire Virginia at Proflowers was very professional-genuinely sympathetic and after discussing with her supervisor arranged for there sister company to deliver a comparable arrangement which they upgraded and delivered to her door in less than 3 hours. They sent follow-up emails and were in all VERY impressive. they took responsibility for what was probably a FedEx mistake and fixed it as well or better than I could have expected! Kudos to ProFlowers! you've got a customer for life!

ProFlowers review in Rowley, Massachusetts: Funeral Flowers NOT Delivered
I was traveling to my Mother In Law's funeral of which is what I ordered the flowers for. I ordered them through Florist Express because of the ease during this travel and grief and because they guarantee... I spent nearly $300 on three flowers. 30 minutes before the funeral i received a call stating they would not be able to deliver ANY! I was floored at the inability to provide customer service as well as the non-existence of their guarantee. I was able to get two of the three flowers delivered within moments of the service starting, but the third most important flower were never delivered. They suggested that I have it delivered to the family home. What would that do for me??? It was ordered for the service. It wouldn’t have even made it to the burial. I am appalled that your company would treat a family processing through such a time of immense grief with disregard. I will not recommend ProFlowers to anyone and I intend to start a very wide Social Media Campaign to make sure anyone I know, or knows people I know, will go out of their way to use someone else! What could be worse then funeral flowers not being delivered..... Only a wedding. UGH!
