I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday . They never delivered them , They have me calling them 4 days in a row, they offer me 4.99 off What? You didnt send anything. ok how about 50 % off, NO how about my money refunded! Now Not later. This company has gone down hill will never use them again an i will spread this word of mouth. Let me remind you of customer service , customers are always right , fix the problem. I didn't get anything from you no service at all just lame excuses.what you did do was ruin my mothers birthday thanks Jack---.

the flowers i paid 60.00 dollars for ended up looking like i paid 10.00 for them not a happy camper will never buy flowers from them again they just didn't look like the picture that i saw on the web site and they were only to cost 19.99 with all the hidden cost it ended up being 60.00 had no choice but to get them because i was running out of time this is how these companies get you i don't order things off the internet because of this i have been cheated before i will never order anything again off the net

It is appalling what ProFlowers delivered to my mum especially considering it was meant to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of my grandfather. The watering can shown on website is pastel cheery yellow one, much finer and daintier than the piece of scrapyard junk you sent to my mum as pictured - both shown here for comparison. I will think twice about ordering anything else from ProFlowers or ProPlants FOR SURE!!!! The glorified photo of what I thought I ordered turned out to be the most horrific misrepresentation and disaster especially considering the sentimental significance of this order!!

I ordered flowers as a surprise for my mother-in-law. Red roses. Not only did they NEVER bloom....but they died in 3 days. THREE DAYS?! Their shipping fees are beyond ridiculous of "Holiday Charges" to order and produce a product that does not perform. I could have bought SEVERAL bouquets from a local grocery store that would have not only bloomed, but last more than 3 days. Did I file a complaint on their Web site? Absolutely!! The only response I've received is coupons offering a "GOOD PRICE" to say "Thank You" for my order. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

My adult kids love to show their love and appreciation for me for my special day - my birthday and Mother's Day on the same day. This year they sent me 12 roses from ProFlowers. The packaged was delivered from CA to AZ via UPS. I opened them and followed the enclosed directions to the "T". The next day 5 of the 12 roses never even opened and bent over. Within the next two days all of the roses were dead. I called ProFlowers and they apologized and said they would send another bunch. I was going on vacation the next day so I delayed the sending until I returned. Almost the same thing happened again but this time one of the flowers did actual open. NONE of the flowers had a scent of a rose. I don't know how you can grow such poor quality roses - no scent and so skimpy - not many petals. I guess I could have called again and complained and would keep getting dead roses, but I thought twice was enough! I recommend NEVER USING THIS SERVICE for any occasion - it's not worth the money you spend. At least I got the sentiment out of the thought of sending me flowers for my special day!

I ordered 2 dozen roses for my mom for Mother's Day. The order was on time, but only 1 dozen roses arrived and they were almost dead. The first time I ordered from proflowers the order arrived a day late, meaning they didn't arrive for the actual birthday date. I emailed them a complaint, I never heard back from them. Never again!!! There are other companies out there guys. I think to be treated so badly, especially after I recieved emails that they want to make it up to me for messing up my first order, and still this bad taste in business is not what we deserve. We all order flowers when we want it to matter. How disappointing. Shame on you proflowers!

ProFlowers review in Seattle, Washington: Never delivered my order, never called me back

I ordered flowers for both my Mother and my Stepmother for Mothers Day a week ahead of time and paid extra for Saturday delivery to make sure they got there ahead of the big day. Imagine my surprise when neither ordered was delivered. I called customer service and they said they could either refund my order or refund the shipping charges (but not the "care and handling"), but couldn't guarantee that the flowers hadn't been sitting in a warehouse for a week. I asked them to have a manager call me back. A week went by and I received no call and the flowers were still not delivered. I called back and got a refund, but was never given any explanation for what happened. If you want to get something delivered on time, DO NOT USE Proflowers. I know they had similar problems on Valentine's day as well. I guess if you don't care if something gets there within 2 weeks of the scheduled time YOU PAID EXTRA for, go ahead.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother, for Mother's Day. I paid the extra amount to have them delivered on Saturday, because I knew that she would be out all day on Sunday. The flowers arrived at her doorstep late Sunday evening, and she said they were a mess. She said, of course, that it was the thought that counts, but she actually told me that the flowers were mangled and broken, and they were not even in the pot properly. She had to put extra work towards trying to salvage them, but said that she ended up just tossing them out. I called the company to complain. They were kind enough, and offered to resend the flowers. I agreed, and asked them to send the same arrangement on Friday the following week. It is Sunday, and the flowers have still not arrived! I will never use the company again.
