ProFlowers - What an absorbant waste of money.
These idiots used a flower shop that was in a different time zone and almost 3 hours away. Now the Valentine's day flowers will not arrive until the 15th, which my wife will not be at the location of delivery due to her work schedule. They shipped at 3 am on the 13th, and I dully expect them to be wilted and dying due to sitting in a box for 3 days without water. They don't have a refund policy even though they basically stole money from me.

Flowers showed up on Valentine’s Day, however none of the flowers were open! Never ordering from them again!

Paid for guaranteed morning delivery and they don’t even show. Contacted multiple times and only resolution is to replace fo next day. Who wants flowers on feb 15th

ProFlowers - Never delivers on time
I gave them 4 weeks and paid $42 extra for shipping to deliver before lunch on a certain day. Guess what? That didn't happen, called customer service and they don't even care, it's a special day for my wife and I can't even get her flowers delivered. I will never use this joke of a company again. The only thing I recommend to anyone is order from somewhere else.
