A rose was missing some petals and there was a spot on another can u do anything I would really appreciate it if u guys can help me out here I mean this was the first time I ever ordered flowers and look what happened my grandmother would of complains but she had a emergency out of town so she can't complain I couldn't get a pic at the time because I had lost my phone THANKS ALOT FOR THE EMBARRASSMENT. I ordered flowers and candy to be sent on the 17th of May. It was my daughter's 25th Birthday! When I ordered I made sure that they were available to be delivered on Friday. I live in Minnesota my daughter lives in Florida. I was at work Friday until 5:30pm. I get off work and there is a message on my phone that her address is wrong. I call the # and verify her address which was correct. So she said that Fedx could not find her address so when I was told that I ask them what are they going to do. I was told that she could go pick them up! Wrong I told her I paid for there services. So I asked can you deliver them tomorrow ,I was told the next delivery date would be the 21st of May. SO Pro flowers would have Fedx deliver the Flowers that would be sitting at there facility from the 17 of May until the 21st and deliver those same flowers. So I am already upset because I am not with her on her birthday I tried to do something special that she would not expect and this happens. I asked if they could send her new flowers and the answer was they Pro flowers does not do that. It was not there fault that Fedx could not find her address. So weird to their wise do not get flowers from them. BIRTHDAY SURPRISE RUINED!Thanks Pro Flowers Thanks Fedx Maude you should invest in GPS!Had them credit my account!

ProFlowers review in Herndon, Virginia: Worst Online Florist

I placed an order on ProFlowers the Tuesday before Mother’s Day with a delivery date set for Friday. Friday at 5pm I received an email saying that my order would not be processed because of an "inventory issue" and they were only crediting me back a portion of my order. It took me an hour on the phone and 4 representatives to get the rest of money back for the order that was not delivered. On the second try to get the flowers delivered the vase got broken. Its not acceptable for flowers to be late on special occasions. I will never order from ProFlowers again. Additionally a few years ago when I ordered from ProFlowers the same thing happened delivery cancelled the day of. Not sure why I ever ordered after that occurrence. Surprising this company hasn’t gone bankrupt yet as this seems to happen all the time.

ProFlowers review in Sacramento, California: Horrible experience

I ordered a nice arrangement of flowers for my mom from pro flowers to be delivered for mothers day. She never got it! I inquired two times the second time I just cancelled it all together. Way overpriced anyways when I could get more for my money putting together my own bouquets as well. It is hard because she lives three hours away. I will never order flowers online again Horrible customer service and they don't care about the customer either. The service representatives on the phone are very monotone and don't seem to care either way how you feel.

ProFlowers review in Sauk Centre, Minnesota: Dead!

I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day and they were beautiful! 4 days after she received them they all died. Not one of them opened up. She read the directions to make sure they lasted since she has an avid green thumb is always looking for new ways to keep her beautiful flowers as long as she can. It ruined the excitement of getting the flowers in the mail and I'm now against ordering flowers from any online source. I'm sad and disappointed in myself for thinking that it for once work out. I will b going to a local florist from now on!

I wasted $79 on flowers for my grandma and spent a whole week trying to pick out the perfect bunch on their website... just to have a box arrive full of limp roses and leaves!

They were literally squished together when she took them out some of the rose petals started falling off.

I was beyond upset and felt as though her special day was ruined by their lack of PROfessional service. Long story short, Do NOT waste your time and money with these scammers!

ProFlowers review: Pro flowers ha!!! more like amature flowers

i ordered flowers and chocolate strawberrys for my wife, for mothers day from pro flowers and it was the worst thing i could have done. flowers arrived dead, red roses were black, and the strawberrys were roten under the chocolate. they charged me for the vase of the flowers and they came in what is suposed to be the free vase. i will never order from pro flowers again neather should you. they should call them selves amature flowers. i spent over a hundred dollars and all i gat for it was dead roses and roten straw berrys.i ordered flowers and chocolate strawberrys for my wife, for mothers day from pro flowers and it was the worst thing i could have done. flowers arrived dead, red roses were black, and the strawberrys were roten under the chocolate. they charged me for the vase of the flowers and they came in what is suposed to be the free vase. i will never order from pro flowers again neather should you. they should call them selves amature flowers.

So embarresed, i ordered a 50.00 dollar flower arrangement that look beautiful on the website at Pro Flowers. When my mom recieved them they were almost DEAD, petals almost ALL falling off!! i can't believe how terriable they looked. Plus the Chocolate (ROCKY MOUNTAIN) was hard and gross. I will never order from Pro Flowers again.....Where ever you people get your flowers from, you def. should not get them from there anymore!How can or could any company be sending almost all dead flowers to any one any where in the first place, unreal. - Angry in Rochester Ny.

did you phone them for a replacement? They will replace, but instead off complaining here, call THEM.

Think about the holiday you are calling during. This is typical when ordering flowers on line during a big flower holiday. They will send a replacement, but you have to give them a chance to fix it.

Yeah i just got my 64 dollar bouquet and some flowers were replaced with the cheap purple things and carnations. The two large roses where replaced with Sun flowers. I have seen better looking arrangements at walmart husband got scammed
