ProFlowers review in North Hollywood, California: Order got deleted or canceled

Ordered flowers for my Mom for mother's day, got confirmation # then my credit card wasn't charged? So I called 800# they confirmed my order and it would be delivered on time, order never arrived! They told me my order some how got canceled or deleted, I never did no such thing! Now my Mom has no flowers for mother's day! I'm a very disappointed customer .. all they had to do was, when order got deleted they should of let me know and I could of confirmed that no I didn't delete my order, and none of this would of happened! I spent all day crying to my Mom, she deserves flowers on mother's day! They didn't even tell me they could deliver flowers tomorrow, I would of been good with that.

Sent same bouquet to mom & mom-in-law. They arrived Friday and when I called each today to wish them Happy Mother's Day, they confided that most of the roses were dead on arrival or dead and wilted now... after only 2 days. Now they have both received *** gifts and wife is unhappy that I spent all that money for dead flowers. Proflowers rep says there is not much they can do about it other than a refund, or send out more of same. If I get a refund, I still have to send more flowers or something to make it right, and its belated at best. If I ask for replacement... am I jeopardizing my future risking that???

ProFlowers review in Laramie, Wyoming: Saturday Delivery not accomplished for Mothers Day

I ordered flowers on Wednesday from ProFlowers.com. I paid extra for Saturday deliver for Mothers Day. Flowers were not delivered yesterday and will now be delivered Monday according to Fedex tracking. This is the first time I used this site and the last time I will ever use an online florist. I am very disappointed and feel I am due a refund. I will be sharing my disappointing experience with everyone I can. Also, I work in shipping and receiving and I know that Fedex is garbage compared to UPS. Not sure who is responsible here Fedex or Proflowers.

ProFlowers review in Cicero, Illinois: Garbage

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet of a dozen roses. The flowers arrived, anemic, dying, and with several broken stems. This is the second time I have used them and the second time I've been disappointed. Shame on me for trying them again. FTD has done a much better job. When I contacted customer service, all they offered was a replacement bouquet at an equal or lesser value. I would much rather have had my $50 back. They also offered a return customer discount. They can take that discount and shove it. Stay away from Proflowers at all costs! You will thank me later.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day to be delivered on the Thursday before. I knew my mom would be out of town on Sunday they gave me a window of Thursday and friday to deliver. Sunday she left at3 am and she still hadn't received them. They told me they would resend only thing they would do. but Mother's Day is over I paid a premium price to make sure they were delivered. I have contacted them multiple times they hust keep saying we understand that is unacceptable. Nothing about a refund or anything like that. Poor,poor,poor customer service

The flowers that you receive from pro flowers are not what you will see in the picture on line. They are definitely of very poor quality. You are better off getting some from the grocery store. The tulips were small and a pale almost sickly beige color. The iris were the tiniest I have seen. This huge vase was with them that would swallow up the flowers. They are extemely the worst flowers and would not even bother sending them to anyone. Especially for mother's day. So the bottom line is do not buy from pro flowers.com as they are a rip off.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday and paid for Saturday delivery.The flowers ended up over 300 miles to the south of where the delivery address was.According to Fed-Ex, pro-flowers new they were going to the wrong address Thursday plenty of time to re-route.but choose not to and did not bother to notify me of the problem.This was the 2nd time they have screwed my order up, and will be the last. the rude Bi--h at there customer service did not want to be much help.At first,I let her know that she had a very Pissed of customer. After about 10 min she was gracious enough to offer me store credit. That was the last thing I needed to hear, after telling her she Will put the money back on my credit, her reply was we do not do that.I told the lady I would have my card company just deny payment, her reply was you have that right. I told her if they were any kind of reputable company she would not put me in that position.This went back and forth for at least 4 min.Finally after putting me on hold for 6 min ( I timed it, 6 min)she came back on the phone and very rudely said we will put the money back on your card.There customer service SUCKS as do They.A GOOD company would hae fixed the problem on Thursday or Friday when there was still time to get the *** Flowers to my wife on-time. SAVE YOUR MONEY do not use Pro- Flowers..They claim to be J D Power best in service, they promise to have your purchase on time THEY LIE

I recently purchased 2 flowers to be shipped to two different address's on may 6 to be derived on may 11 (saturday), one was for my mom and the other for my wife. my moms flower got there but, my wife's never arrived, The only reason i gave these guys a try was because, I've been working long hours and the most convenient way to get them both something and save time was shopping online big mistake proflowers has ruined mother day and put a strain on my marriage. how am i going to explain it to my wife i got my mom something and her something last minute. STAY AWAY FROM proflower they should be disappoint flowers. never shopping with them again

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement a week before Mother's Day to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day. I received a email message that my order was picked up by FedEx. Late Saturday, the day my order was supposed to be delivered, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered due to an inventory issue. What's going on here? Either explanation is not acceptable. If there was an true inventory issue, they could have let me know earlier so I could make alternate arrangements. How could FedEx receive the order and not deliver? Yes, I'm pissed off

FLowers delivered looked nothing like the picture. I was overcharged, flowers arrived wilted, and only 6 STEMS ! Their Customer Service is worthless ! When I called their Customer Service number, their representative verbally fought with me over what I received. Her comment was that I should have known the order was for stems not flowers. I ordered 7 STEMS ! I received only 6 wilted, worthless flowers which are in the trash in one day. I just purchased replacement flowers for my wife at a local Conroy's. They would have charged $9 for what ProFlowers had charged more than $40 ! I have been ripped off and I am ticked ! I will NEVER order from ProFlowers again.
