ProFlowers review in Dallas, Texas: Automatically cancelled order

I ordered a bouquet from ProFlowers for my mother in law for Mothers Day only to get a surprise email 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered saying the order had been cancelled. I had to call the help line just to find out why. Supposedly all thelocal florists were overbooked. Yet, ProFlowers still took my $$ and cannot provide a refund for 3-5 business days. Which means I'm out a mothers day present AND $60. Thanks ProFlowers.. For nothing. I will never use you again. When I asked the customer service rep to be compensated in some way to use pro flowers again, he more or less scoffed at me. After ten minutes on hold I was told there was nothing else that could be done. Why can't ProFlowers check availability before accepting payment??

ProFlowers review in Portland, Oregon: Overcharged

I heard an advertisement on the radio station K103 for Proflowers.com, buy a 100 bloom bouquet for mothers day for $19.99. I went on line and purchase this bouquet with $12.99 standard shipping. I confirmed my order total of $32.98. A few minutes later I received my email confirmation/receipt and to my surprise the total was incorrect! They charged me for $14.99 "guarenteed delievery" and $2.99 "care & handling" in addition to the $32.98. I tried to cancel the order but was informed that the order was not able to be canceled due to the busy season. I complained to customer service and they offered $10 for my inconvience. I told them I would accept the $17.98 that they over charged my credit card. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS

My mom received my order of flowers for mothers day and they were all wilted and dead. worse part was seeing her trying to bend the stems and make them look nice in order to make me happy. i have been refunded my money but its crazy that proflowers can send something so different from their pictures on the sites. "100 Blooms" of love are 25 dead stems. the fact that they also sneakily include surcharges, shipping, handling, etc and provide such a terrible product is incredible. i think they also use fake accounts to boost their social media image because their fb page is getting bombarded with people saying negative things and suspicious users posting only positives.

My name is Louis Oreamuno and I placed an order under the Confirmation I/DS VJBMAA1LFRKX. I wanted this order canceled. I placed an order with your company yesterday & when I saw what the charge was I decided to cancel this today. I was unsuccessful as the Rep told me that it was impossible to cancel orders once reached at the distribution center. Nothing is impossible so cancel this order. I simply cannot use this order, so do me the favor of cancellin it ASAP. I also was told they dont have your address in Georgia, why not??? Louis Louis Oreamuno

I placed an order for roses for my mother for mothers day. I got a confirmation but it was not for my order. When I called all they could say was sorry we can place another order for you but it wont be there on mothers day. So I told them I would just use someone local and they told me that my credit card might get charged anyway and if it did it would take up to three months to get it taken care of. Then the lady was very rude when I told her that I would just call someone local instead of using them

Proflowers - Deceptive practice

this company is very misleading. On Friday May 10 I put in the order for 100 blooms with the free vasE, I was told shipping and handling was $12.99 I place the order and two hours later i recieved an email stating that my credit card was charged twice for shiping and handling and a third time for care and handling. this is a very deceptive practice on the part of pro flowers. Proflowers.com is the worst!

I ordered my mother-in-law a Mother's Day arrangement of flowers on May 7th to be delivered on May 10th. There is supposed to be a guaranteed delivery for that date, which is why I paid more, but according to ups the address is wrong, when it's the correct address where I have sent her everything for the past years! I contacted them because I need the arrangement delivered at the latest on Sunday the 13th for Mother's Day here, but I haven't had anybody get back to me! I will NEVER place an order from them ever again! This has turned a wonderful experience for her into a terrible Mother's Day!

ProFlowers review in Denver, Colorado: Best Customer Service????? That's a JOKE!

I ordered my mother, who lives in another state, azalea's for Mother's Day on May 7, 2013, for delivery on May 10, 2013. Today, I called my mom and asked her if she received a delivery and she said no. I went to Proflower's website and did the tracking on my order. The prepared the UPS label but never turned it in. I called their customer service who informed me that they had the best customer service in the county. I then told her well then you need to get these flowers to my mother before Mother's Day. She said we can't do that but we can give you a refund or a store credit. I said that's not what I ordered...I want the plant delivered to her. She then blamed UPS and I said it's not UPS' fault (although they are another company that annoys me). I said someone at Proflowers dropped the ball and she finally agreed with me but again told me repeatedly that they couldn't get the plant to my mother before May 21. I then got on the phone and called 7 other florists and found one in my mom's neighborhood in Oak Brook that will deliver to her by tomorrow. Very frustrating, I will NEVER EVER use Proflowers again. I didn't realize they had this many complaints!

ProFlowers review in San Francisco, California: They STEAL Money

Proflowers.com is the worst flower vendor online. Their prices are misleading. After filling out their long and drawn out (unnecessary) forms you get a surprise. You get charged for service fees up the *** and they even charged more than the item cost. They charged me $2 additional on my order. I called customer service and after 30 minutes the clueless customer service rep admitted that this was a fault on their system. Now it's not about the amount of money that they charged, it was only two dollars. It was the fact that it took me so long to get credited.
