I heard an ad on radio and tv about $19.99 flowers, tried 3 times to order and they ended up being $37+. Never again, cannot stand dishonesty! I bought a gift card from a local store! They can't be in biss for long! Rest in peace! What ever happened to integrity and honesty? Word of mouth is the greatest ad in the world, and I expect that I will tell at least a thousand people about this, then it turns into an unspades cat. Good luck! I will make sure that no one I know will ever do biss with this company!

ProFlowers.com Ripoff

I placed an order for flowers costing $19.99 and it turns out to be over $50?? I was told that I would get a vase for $6.99 and they charge me $12.99 - $3.00?? and since when do you have to pay extra for a vase? other sites are much better and don't try to hide their prices in the small print, they tell you up front how much you flowers will cost. This is a ridiculous site and its a rip off!! I would not waste you time ordering through ProFlowers.com you money is better spent somewhere else.

I made 4 orders paid $50.00 for beautiful flowers on their advertising page. 1 order arrived was about $10.00 bouquet of flowers looked nothing like what I paid for.

The second was delivered to an address the doesn't even exist.

I'm scared what gojng to happen on the other 2...customer service was nice but I wanted those beautiful flowers not a refund...its Christmas and they are gifts!! very disappointing!!

ProFlowers review in Deer Park, New York: Card sentiment was wrong

The sentiment on the card was not what was requested on a funeral arrangement card which and it did not make sense Also the words were cut off so half of a word was on one line and rest of the word on the next line including someones name. It was humiliating to read the card and seem *** and insensitive. It was a one day event so there was no fixing it I just had to remove the card. They acknowledged the mistake and the response was to refund me $10 or give it to me in credit towards something else. I would never use the service again

2 times I have ordered morning delivery. the first time they reimbursed when they failed. Second time they had no excuse they said "sorry the florist is closed. they were ordered 7am did not arrive until 630pm. Too bad my girl does not work 7-7. I called they kept me on hold 10 min. Lady answered immediately sent me to supervisor without even asking the problem. Supervisor was pissed haha. Unreliable company because they don't take responsibility for their product. Go local or don't go at all. Especially if your trying to say I love your for a fight. Thx Proflowers ***

ProFlowers review in Portland, Oregon: Rudest most unreliable business ever!!!

THE WORST FLOWER SERVICE EVER!!!! I paid for same day delivery for my cousins new baby and they never got sent. They promised me they would be sent the next day and they never were and my cousin got discharged from hospital before they could even bring them! Then I changed the address to have them bring them to her house and they screwed it up and brought them to the hospital after she had already left. When I call the guy named TIM was such a ***!!! He said that he didn't see an address change and it must be my fault for not tell them the new address. I told I am was promised by the last lady I talked to that they changed the address. He said it wasn't his problem and the only thing he could do was deliver another day or cancel the order. I told him I was going to write a bad review and his said "have fun" REALLY?!!!!!! I am left in tears because I just wanted my cousin to get some flowers in the hospital after having her baby. Now I have 60 dollars tied up in pending refunds and transactions and no flowers were sent. What a joke..

I had the same problem. I ordered flowers from these incompetents for my cousins funeral.

I asked for a late delivery the evening before the service. I called the morning of to make sure they were there and was told the flowers are on the deliver truck!! They actually told me the florist decided to deliver the flowers the morning of. Since when does a FLORIST get to override the specifics of my PAID IN ADVANCE service?

They had the audacity to offer me a Pro Flowers credit...as if I was interested in bringing them ore business.

Bunch of incompetents. I got a credit to my credit card, but I was mortified, furious and totally hurt.

Ordered the "hugs and kisses" bouquet for my fiancée for Valentines day. When the "bouquet" arrived amount if flowers they sent vs the amount pictured on the website was laughable. Couldn't even call it a bouquet. The leaves were broken and wilted. Paid over 80$ for this. Inexcusable. This company is fraudulent with their pictures. Their attitude when I called to complain was " whatever, want a refund?". I don't know how these crooks stay in business. Never using them again. Going to local florist who knows what they are doing from now on. Do not use Proflowers! Horrible products, fraudulent advertising and bad customer service.

ProFlowers review in Washington, District Of Columbia: Unbelievable HORRID Experience!

Don't bother with paying for next day AND extra for morning delivery unless you have 45 minutes to WASTE on the phone while they follow up with whatever florist they are using and frustrate the heck out of you. The customer service rep first. 1. Requested confirm delivery - the flowers had been delivered...on the porch of a legitimate business! (btw no porch at the location)(wait 18 min) 2. The flowers had in fact NOT been delivered and they could not guarantee delivery time.(wait 10 min) 3. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the rep left me on hold for 25 min. I had to use my other line to call back and explain how furious I was. Total hold time 54 min. What a Crock!!!

I called the 800 line to ask why I have not received and EMail from Proflowers. I have used Proflowers for a number of years.The last time I placed a order was in Feb this year. The service agent (salesman) said he could activate my account but it would take a few hours or days to receive E Mail from Proflowers. Three days later; and no EMail from the company. What is with these people ? Is PROflowers going out of business? Do they not want to service their past customers? I thought Proflowers was a good company now they seem to have problems with their Sales staff.
