ProFlowers review: Disappointed

I thought I ordered a bright, cheery bouquet of tulips for Easter week and they came half dead with missing petals on the blooms (if you could call them that). The picture they used certainly doesn't look like the flowers I received. I could have gotten a better arrangement on the street corner for a lot less money. The individual flowers are small. You can see the pistils inside the petels. I cannot desribe the level of disappointment. Thank God I didn't send these as a gift to anyone and just ordered them for myself. I am embarrassed to have these floweres sittig on my desk. The vase is the best part.

ProFlowers review in San Diego, California: Ripped Off

I ordered ProFlowers online, and got ripped off for 4 years by something in the small print called EZ saver to the tune of $14.95 hidden on my credit card every month. They don't make it obvious that you are signing up for it, it's a single small line on your credit card, and if you call them and try to get it cancelled, or removed from your car, they do nothing but argue about it, saying that you signed up for it. It took over an hour to get it cancelled (we think), and that was by going through our credit card, and then THEY got the company on line. I hate deceptive practices, and will NEVER use this company again!

Ordered flowers at 10:15am for someone's birthday the following day (Sunday) paid extra to get the flowers delivered on a sunday by 1pm. got a confirmation email that everything was set. 11:00 on Sunday recieved an email that they could not honor the delivery because "the florist in the area was not open". No time to get another gift.. what a joke. Called care to get refund. told it takes up to 5 days, still waiting to recieve the refund. How can a company advertise that they have delivery and not be able to find a florist. use at your own risk.. pro flowers is horrible

ProFlowers review in New York, New York: Awful Customer Service - completely ignored!

Horrrrrrible customer service. On Thursday morning (before 10am), I ordered flowers for same day delivery for a birthday. (I paid about $20 to get same day delivery.) Order was confirmed. At 4pm that afternoon, I had an email that they could not deliver my flowers that day. I was disappointed, but responded and said delivery the following day was fine. So ... I assumed my flowers were being delivered on Friday. Never heard anything again ... until Saturday morning, when I got a "cancelled order" email from ProFlowers saying that my order had been cancelled. What?! I responded to this email too ... but still have not heard a response. Ridiculous. Should have used a different company to start with. Will never use again, and will tell all of my friends not to use.

I placed two orders of one dozen red roses with a red vase from Proflowers and wasnt asking for much just that it looked classy like the picture. My Proflower arrangements didnt have a babybreaths and the arrangements themselves looked like they were just thrown together nothing seemed to be carefully put together. It looked like a mess when they arrived. People didnt comment much in the office it was humiliating. The pictures attached speak for themselves. I was humiliated and apologized to both individuals. Never ever again will I order from Proflowers. For $104 I expected at the very least to have a neatly put together arrangement with babybreaths not a bunch of stuff put together and sent out like food delivery.

Come to find out, they were at the right address but asking for my name instead of the girl I was sending the flowers! I cancelled the order and got a rull refund. Never again.

I paid extra money to have the flowers delivered to my friends place of work by 1:00 on a Friday. I gave them the company name and the Suite number which happened to be on the 10th floor. Completely ignoring the suite number, they simply walked in to the building and picked a random receptionist who had no idea who my friend was. The building has signs everywhere telling you where the company and suite is located. They did not tell me it wasn't delivered until I called at 6:30 that night. NO ONE called to tell me it wasn't delivered or ask questions. They called my friend at 7:30AM Monday morning to find out where she was, and of course she was at home and they didn't leave a return number. I WAS NEVER CALLED until Tuesday at 10AM to find out if they had the correct address, which of course they did. In the end, it was delivered on Tuesday and they gave me 15% off! It was unbelievable. It should have been free. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

For our first wedding anniversary I ordered flowers for my wife thru proflowers. Since our anniversary fell on a sunday I had to pay the regular shipping plus sunday shipping and since we had plans for the afternoon I paid for delivery before noon. Yes the price of delivery was more than the flowers but my wife is the love of my life and very worth it. I received the email confirmation stating the flowers would be delivered between nine am and noon. My wife wanted to pack up our newborn baby and go out to breakfast but I had to talk her out of it because I knew we had to be home when the flowers came. My wife gave me a very nice card and some other things around ten am and because I knew the flowers would be there soon I played a little dumb letting her think I had not done anything for her.....well noon rolls around and we still have not seen the flowers so I go outside and call proflowers. After twenty minutes on hold the lady I was talking to assures me the flowers will be at our house sometime in the afternoon. She said she spoke with the florist and they had opened later on sunday than proflowers had told me the flowers would arrive. Horrible communication on their part. They OFFERED to refund the price for early delivery. I told them to just make sure the flowers got there.....an hour and a half later I receive an email from proflowers an email not a phone call telling me the flowers can not be delivered at all on sunday now. I again call them back and spend another twenty minutes on hold waiting for a supervisor. She tells me there is no record of the previous phonecall and tells me the flowers will be there the next day. I tell her to give me the name of thr florist and I will go pick themnup myself. She tells me they have no way of knowing who the florist is and that I have to wait till monday. I told her to refund th money and that I would never use them again she said she would. When they refunded the early morning delivery fee I had an email confirmation in minutes it is noon on monday and they still have not refunded my money. I had to tell my wife everything because she was starting to get sad that I had not done anything for her. So she not only did not get her flowers we had to cancel our plans for the afternoon and ended up ordering pizza because we were still waiting on them.....thank you proflowers you have single handedly ruined our first anniversary and I am fairly sure we won't have another first...you are horrible with people and without your customers you WILL be out of business soon. Next ime I will use a local florist or ftd I have never had a single problem with either.

ProFlowers review: Not reliable

Two times now flowers were not delivered on the date promised. I was able to get a refund, but not in time to make an alternative purchase for a very important date. At first, they only wanted to refund shipping costs, because of course, they could get that money back themselves. One time I used their services and the flowers were lovely, and that's why I believed that the first bad delivery was an anomaly, but NEVER again. They are not reliable. I would definitely go elsewhere. Their prices look okay on the surface, but add in shipping, handling and taxes, and you are looking at almost double the cost advertised. It's better to just call a local florist in whatever city you want flowers delivered.

Hi, I ordered from Proflowers and I have been trying to get a hold of them I sent various messages and made various phone calls.No attempt was made to ge in contact with me or try to resolve my problem The flowers that I got delivered never bloomed and they were dying! I tried to send a message on facebook and posted pictures not only were my comments deleted I was not able to post on their page anymore. I can truly say that company is a scam and FRAUD. I believe they offer the worst service and quality flowers! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM IN MY LIFE!!

I earned 4 gift cards from bing rewards. The gift cards redeemable from bing for amazon are stackable. You add them up. I thought proflowers was the same. That was my mistake. I thought I could use 4 gift cards on one order. But it was not my mistake that proflowers redeemed $60 worth of gift cards from bing without ever completing an order. So now when I try to order flowers I can not even get a single $15 gift card applied because proflowers scammy website checkout says they are all used. How can they be used if my order was never completed? Never again proflowers.
