Unhappy with the flowers for Mothers day

May 09,2012 Mys son Herb Bohley which lives in Johnsonburg,Pa.had Proflowers send some Irises ,blue and a off color.They are terrible and never bloomed.This is the first time that I 'm not happy with yor mail order flowers.Sorry I can't identify the order # it was voided opening the box. I never had problems with Proflowers therefore I never thought that I would have complains . Proflowers not good customer service

I placed an order with proflowers and gave the CSR my husbands card number and his name on the card, they never sent an invoice to the e-mail, I called and they would not speak to me today they wanted to speak to my husband, so it was ok for them to take the money from his card without him being there to verify his identity and now they will not give me the information I want. I guess will have to wait until my husband can call them and after I get my invoice I wont be ordering from them again.

Mothers day

They took my money and didn't deliver 100 flowers that I ordered. Maybe 25 flowers if I lucky. Will tell EVERYONE never to buy from this rip off company. They should be put on the list of worst companies and I am embarrassed that this is an American company. Shame on you for ripping people off of their hard earned money. None of my friends or their friends and their friends will ever buy from this company. I will even call the radio station that I heard this on and tell them to cancel the advertisment and tell them what they have done to people.

Rush Limbaugh has consistently shown disrespect for the President of the United States by the many derogatory remarks he makes that appeal to a small number of Americans not the ones that buys your flowers but you continued to support him. Now he has disrespected womanhood all over the world recently regarding the Georgetown student who is studying to become a lawyer. He has shown the world that he can disrespect anyone and you will still support him. Rushbaugh does not deserve your support. All of my friends approve this message; Please help us to get him off the air.

No more proflowers for been a customer over twenty years

Not what I ordered,AT ALL!

I helped my son select flowers for his gf for Valentines Day 2012. We looked at the site and found the ones we liked, selected the regular delivery, not the guaranteed delivery. I would assume when I order something, that would guarantee it's delivery! When the flowers were delivered, they were half gone, not arranged at all, he was charged for that guaranteed delivery $14.95! Extra. He was quoted $49 when he paid and checked out but when the bill came thru his bank it was $69! They did redeliver the same bouquet the next week, not any better. Would not issue any refund. My son was embarrassed by the flowers and then mad at being overcharged. NEVER again use Pro Flowers. Ugliest, crummy flowers, unprofessional company. Discounts advertised are a lie. Do not use Pro Flowers. Be warned! Plus, they love Rush Limbaugh. They will be back on his show, when the heat dies down. They LIE!

Pro Flowers Didn't Deliver The Flowers Twice

Yes I decided to take advantage of the "special offer" advertised by Pro Flowers by ordering an arrangement to be delivered by Pro Flowers for my Mother's birthday. Needless to say when I called my mother on her birthday I inquired about the flowers only to find out that the florist doing the delivery had called and informed my mother that they were sorry but that they would be unable to deliver until several days later. When I called Pro Flowers they apologized stating that it was a supply error that rarely happens and offered a discount for my next purchase. Well... I ordered again deciding to take advantage of the discount only to have the same thing happen. If you expect to have you flowers delivered on time DO NOT order from Pro Flowers. I guess I should have followed the old saying "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me".

Horrible company Pro Flowers

Will not support Proflowers because they PULLED their advertising from Rush Limbaugh. I respect him, and do not respect their choice. shame on you Proflowers. I refuse to purchase from you. Does the truth hurt? She is low class. She's not a student, she's a sex machine. Proflowers support that type of person, and not one that speaks the truth. I will not use Proflowers and will let all my family and friends know not to use them also. Rush Limbaug speaks the truth and some idiots don't know how to handle it. Yea to Rush Limbaugh.

Huge disappoitment from ProFlowers

I ordered flowers for an employees 33 years of service. They were never delievered. When I called to find out what happened I was told that they would upgrade my selection due to the inconvinence. I told them No I wasn't paying for them as they were not delievered as promised. The rep was rude and unhelpful she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then came back and said she couldn't get in touch with the florist regarding the delivery. I said I didn't care I did't want the flowers. When I sent an email got the same response. I ended up calling my credit card and did a charge back. Will never use ProFlowers again.

Proflowers is a fraud!

For 3 times in a row now, proflowers has completely failed to even imitate a flower delivery service. First time, the flowers showed up a day late with no warning nor explanation. Second time, they sent to the wrong flowers TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Then today, they take an order online this morning, for delivery today, an option they offered for an extra fee, then called me at 4:30 pm to tell me "sorry, can't do". Their excuse is that they couldn't find a florist who could deliver today. With an entire day's notice. In one of the most affluent areas of the country. With over 200 florists within a 10 mile radius. They are a FRAUD! Avoid them like the plague. Your flowers, as ordered, will not be delivered. This company should be investigated for wire fraud. I will never use them again.

Beware of proflowers double charges

I placed a same day order with proflower this past march. I just want buyers to beware before placing an order with them.

I place 1 order and they process two. I never authorized two orders. Since the same flowers with the same messages were delivered, there was nothing that could be done. I called proflowers customer service and they said that i placed two when I never did.

It shamefull that proflower is doing this to their customer. It was my first and last time ordering from them so before you order from them make sure that you call them first not to be billed twice.

Pro Flowers the flowers were wilted

I ordered flowers in a vase to be sent to Funeral home for my friend who passed away. I spotted the flowers rught away. The money I spent should have been a large bouquet of flowers in the vase instead there were some ugly purple flowers and some wilted tulips just a ugly bouqet. What kind of a florist would present their product for the public to observe in such a solemn setting. I was so ashamed that our name was even on the Sympathy card...Shame Shame Never again will I order anything from Proflowers...I paid good money for this,,,fool that I was.. Mary Story Auburn Maine

ProFlowers - ugly and lifeless flowers

On April 26, 2012, I received an unexpected package from ProFlowers. My surprise turned to dismay when I opened the box. The group of flowers - I can't call it a bouquet - was hideous. The $4.99 flowers in the grocery are much more attractive. Not only were the flowers wilted - the colors clashed - 2 red roses, 2 orange roses, 2 white roses and burgundy filler flowers that looked almost like weeds. The sender would have been appalled if she had seen them. To their credit, when I called to complain they offered to send another bouquet or credit the account. We'll see...

OFFERS SAVINGS BUT DOESN'T DELIVER

ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE FROM PRO-FLOWERS UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT I WOULD RECIEVE A 15% DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT. IT DID NOT HAPPEN, INSTEAD THE WEB SITE OFFERED ME AN OPTION TO CLICK FOR FREE SHIPPING, TOOK ME TO ANOTHER WEB SITE AND WANTED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE "FREE" SHIPPING.

WHEN I COMPLETED THE ORDER I NEVER RECIEVED THE 15% SAVINGS. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT SOMETIMES HAPPENS AND SHE WOULD EMAIL ME A CREDIT. I RECIEVED THE "CREDIT" EMAIL TWO DAYS LATER STATING THAT WHEN I SPEND MORE MONEY I GET 20% OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE. WHAT A JOKE!

I FIGURED I WOULD JUST NOT USE THEM AGAIN, THEN WE HAD A DEATH IN OUR EXTENDED FAMILY IN ANOTHER STATE. SO I CLICKED ON THE LINK FROM THE EMAIL TO PRO-FLOWERS AND IT TELLS ME THAT I GET 20% OFF ANY PRICES ON THE WEB SITE AT CHECKOUT. I GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN AND AT CHECK OUT IT DOES NOT GIVE THE SAVINGS. SO I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT IS BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS GOING THROUGH AN AFFILIATE OF PRO-FLOWERS, SHE WAS SORRY, NO HELP, BUT SORRY IF THAT HELPS.

I PICKED UP THE PHONE CALLED A LOCAL FLORIST SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON WHO PUT TOGETHER A WONDERFUL ARRANGEMENT THAT COST LESS AND WAS THANKFUL FOR MY BUSINESS. THE LOCAL FLORIST TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD MAKE SURE THE FLOWER ARRANGMENT WAS PERFECT AND OFFERED HER CONDOLENCES TO OUR FAMILY.

NOW THAT'S A REAL PRO. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND USE THE PHONE TO CALL A LOCAL FLORIST AND SAVE TIME, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

We're sorry about the difficulty you had with our online order process. Unfortunately, specials offered on ProFlowers.com cannot be applied to orders placed through FloristExpress.net, our sister company, because the products on Florist Express are contracted through local florists and as such have to be sold at the prices agreed to by those florist shops.

Orders placed on ProFlowers.com are filled using fresh flowers obtained directly from the growers by ProFlowers, hand packed, and sent overnight to ensure fresh, beautiful flowers guaranteed to last at least a week. However, if your original ProFlowers.com order was supposed to receive a discount, and the site did not give it to you, we will always honor it.

Check it out - Proflowers has a discount coupon site for Rush supporters. This is the response email I received from the concerning Rush's tirade: " Thank you for your feedback. We spend our advertising dollars across a wide spectrum of media channels. The views and opinions of the media outlets and personalities we advertise with are not necessarily those of our company. We simply wish to delight our customers with fresh and unique gifting products, and that will continue to happen to the best of our abilities. " How ironic that a company that is primary focused with bringing " delight " to moms, daughters, sisters, wives and partners secretly hates women.

By choosing to continue advertising on his show, they are accountable. It is not good enough for them to say it not their problem and that his views are not theirs.

If they don't agree with his views, they should demonstrate their reluctance to be associated with them by removing their patronage. If they don't, they should suffer the backlash of people voting to buy from less apathetic suppliers.
