ProFlowers review: ProFlower Service (Horrible)
Flowers never got delivered on Valentine's day and not even the second day. Total waste of time and occasion. On top of that their customer service sucks big time. ProFlowers review in Omaha, Nebraska: Completely a waste of money
My husband ordered me flowers for Valentines Day. He had them delivered to the office 2 days early so that I could enjoy them for the week. When they arrived about half of the flowers showed signs of wilting, looking more than half dead. I followed the instructions with water and the packet, in hopes to help perk them up. But it did not help. By the next day most were half dead and by Valentines day it was embarrassing. A complete waste of money. He has used other services before which we have had great luck with and I will definately tell him not to use this one again.

ProFlowers review in Sacramento, California: DID NOT DELIVERY - RUINED Valentines Day Surprise
On Feb. 13, 2013 I called in to ProFlowers.com Flowers Express to talk to a representative about a special arrangement that included Roses and Tulips since I couldn't find one on the ProFlowers.com website. The representative was able to find one offered through Flowers Express but would be a bit more expensive but that the order would be delivered by a local florist pre-arranged in a vase rather than their normal delivery where they come in a box and the recipient would have to arrange them. She verified that Valentines Day delivery was still available in my area. This was suppose to be a surprise but since I didn't hear from my wife by 3:00pm I decided to call her to feel it out. She informed me that she was planning to leave early at 4:00pm and we ended our conversation... I tried to track the delivery even called in but not only were they not able to track them, they insured me that they were guaranteed delivery by 5pm. As it got closer to 4pm I called my wife to thank her for my delivery of chocolate covered strawberries but still no mention of the flowers... so I asked if she received anything and as I figured the answer was 'No'. I asked her to stay til 5pm because something was coming for her. By 5:10pm she had been looking for a delivery for over an hour and still nothing. Since we had plans for the evening she couldn't wait any longer, her office was closed for the day also so no other deliveries could be made for the day. On my way home I tried calling them again and they put me through to Flowers Express who kept me on hold for 20 minutes before I decided to hang up and call back. On my second call, the representative put in for a call back because they were too busy... I didn't receive a call back. At 12:00noon Feb. 15, I called in again this time getting an excuse that Flowers Express' phones are down and that they will put in for a call back and notated that I wanted a refund but that it could take 5-7 days to refund my credit card. Not only did they ruin my wifes Valentines Day surprise but 5-7 days to get refunded on product and services that were never rendered just doesn't cut it. My advice to anyone that wants to have flowers delivered to their loved one for a special occasion... Don't use ProFlowers Flowers Express. I won't ever again. Flowers delivered $114.40 cost of looking like you don't care enough, then having to ask her to wait around for something that will never come and asking her coworkers if something was delivered for her... PRICELESS.

ProFlowers review in Muskogee, Oklahoma: Valentines Day Mistake
I ordered 2 dozen roses and had them delivered to my wifes work. I paid a lot of money to get them there and have everything right but what she got was a box with fowers and no card. I filled out the card online to be sent with the arrangement but it never made it to her. I emailed Porflowers and got a *** auto response that simply said the flowers were signed for. I have used porflowers many times before but I can assure you NEVER again and I will tell everyone I know not to use this company

ProFlowers review in South Burlington, Vermont: Poor Quality
I received a dozen roses for Valentine's Day at my place of business. Immediately the roses were carefully removed from the box and placed in the vase according to the instructions. The stem of one rose was broken prior to opening of the box. Also, 3 roses arrived already wilting. Within 14 hours, all roses were wilted and drooping. My partner contacted customer service who did not seem to understand the problem but assured him a credit should be seen on his card within 5-7 days. I greatly appreciated his effort, but my suggestion to my partner for the future was to use a local florist.

ProFlowers review in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota: *** Valentine's Flowers
Ordered what in the picture looked like a great arrangement for partner for Valentine's Day. What was delivered was a joke; a bunch of closed buds that never opened. I also contacted ProFlowers about this, and never got a response. It's embarassing and humiliating to use an online service for something as important as this and then have it backfire on you. I hope everyone will look elsewhere for there online floral needs. I know that as of right now I will certainly not use ProFlowers again, and I hope that others won't also. A word to the wise should suffice.

ProFlowers review in West Jordan, Utah: Customer service totally unsympathetic. Horrible Company!
I have used Pro Flowers quite a few times in the past without much problem. I ordered Valentine's flowers and a teddy bear for my girlfriend a week ahead of time to be delivered to her college. 3 days before Valentine's, she told me classes would be out by noon on Valentine's Day so I called the next morning to change shipping to "guaranteed delivery before noon". They told me it was too late to change delivery options. WTF? That's absurd, the flowers were still in Boise and had not been shipped, there was plenty of time to change to expedited shipping. They wouldn't budge. Long story short, the flowers did not arrive before classes were out and we had to make a special trip later that afternoon to get the flowers. The tulips were dry and they are not responding well after putting in a vase and adding the included plant food. After complaining to Customer Service, they basically told me "tough, they were delivered the same day". They didn't ask me about anything concerning the order. This is the last time I will use Pro Flowers. I will buy locally from now on. Pro Flowers could not care less about customer satisfaction.

ProFlowers review in Los Angeles, California: A very sad Valentines Day
My husband is not romantic at all but he but he made an effort and ordered $100+ tulip arrangement with a red vase, teddy, and chocolates. The flowers arrived wilted and although I immediately put them in water they never perked up ( 15 hrs in water) It takes less than 10 min to walk into a flower shop and order beautiful flowers. Husbands and boyfriends, please take those 10 min because if you are unromantic the rest of the year then Valentines flowers mean a world of happiness.I keep saying its the thought that counts but Pro flowers, you really suck!!

ProFlowers review in Denver, Colorado: Valentine's Day Flowers
I was very excited to get flowers at work. My boyfriend spent a lot of money on them. When I got them I had to assemble it, which was fine. However, some flowers were limp and dead when they arrived. This morning, only 12 hours later, 75% of my flowers are limp and dying. I had cut them, put them in water right when they arrived, along with everything else you do to take care of flowers.... I am not happy, they should last longer than 12 hours, especially when you spend so much money on them! I will not use pro flowers again.

ProFlowers review in Jacksonville, Florida: The worst flowers ever ! ! ! ! !
I ordered three seperate orders of roses and flowers from Proflowers. After seeing them , These were by far the worst flowers and roses I have ever seen.some of the roses were just in bad shape and did not look like quality roses. For the money spent I was at least expecting beautiful healthy roses and flowers ...lessoned learned. I have used online flower companies before but this was by far the worst.I will give them credit for the deliveries being on time, however the roses were a big dissapointment and let down. I will Order roses locally from a florist I can depend on in the future.......
