ProFlowers review - Dead, Wilted, Sad looking flowers
My boyfriend decided he was going to surprise me at work (which he never does) with roses on Valentines day. When the flowers arrived at my office I was so surprised and excited. That surprise and excitement turned into complete disappointment. Not only did I have to...

Anyone else pick up key words here? You said your boyfriend ordered them, then turned around and said "I'm demanding MY money back and I'M never ordering from them again " just confused on how you lost YOUR money when your "boyfriend" paid for them?

?? And you conveniently had a vase available for the "surprise" lol

My husband was so excited about these particular flowers that he purchased as a surprise delivery to me on valentines day morning. Now they did arrive on time but totally not what I expected. I had to assemble them myself and the tulips weren't even bloomed....

Anonymous,

Sorry about the frozen flowers. Please send me the order number and I will make it right. In regards to the tulips, sorry about the initial presentation. Our flowers are delivered in bud form to protect them in transit and for our 7 day freshness guarantee. Rest assured they will bloom to look just like the photo in 2-3 days.

ProFlowers review in Reedsville, Pennsylvania: Embarrassed at Work!!!

My husband ordered me a beautiful bouquet of 2 dozen of rainbow roses from ProFlowers. I received a box from FedEx at work (no gift box as described on website) I thought I could get over the way they were delivered not knowing the worse was yet to come! The 2 dozen of roses or shall I said broken rose buds with smashed leaves were no rounder than a coffee mug. I had to assemble them myself (also not mentioned on website) in which didn't even fill the vase! I was SO embarrassed in front of my co-workers as they laughed and joked "it's the thought that counts" I thanked my husband BUT told him to NEVER ORDER FROM PRO FLOWERS AGAIN! He understood once he saw the flowers!

ProFlowers review in Athens, Georgia: Happy with my purchase

Bought my wife pro-flowers on the 2-13-13 for Valentine she received it at the office the next day Feb 14th and she loved every bit of the surprise. I believe most people here giving a lot of negative comments here, maybe doing it just to ruin pro-flowers.Some story maybe true.Pro flowers should look into their complains and address them one by one.So people maybe looking for compensation or just want ruin pro-flowers who is their competitor.I maybe be wrong they may be genuine complains from costumers.Pro flowers did a good job for me a bit pricey dough

ProFlowers review in Los Angeles, California: Thanks for RUINING my Valentines Day!!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife and they never *** came! Are you kidding me??? Especially on freaking Valentines day? This company seriously ruined the entire day for me and my wife. I spent most of the day stalling and hanging around just to see if the flowers would shop up. What do you know, no onw ever showed. What a freaking drag. My wife was really upset - we were only going to get each other something small this valentines day and that was my gift to her - having nothing to give really sucks. I am going to do everything I can and post every review I can to hurt their business if they are going to *** with my relationship.

I paid 151.00 and my wife got old dead roses, unbelievable!! I was shocked when I saw them.

Is this some sort of a joke? I called them to complain and they offered more flowers. What? You want to send more dead flowers?

No Way! I am disputed the charge with the credit card company.

ProFlowers: What they promised is NOT what they delivered!

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend because I wanted her to have something special happen for her on V Day. So, I went on the ProFlowers website, found what I THOUGHT was a really nice bouquet. It was supposed to be a dozen roses: 4 red, 4 pink, and 4 yellow, and it was beautifully arranged. Plus, it came with a really nice vase, a small box of chocolates, and a personalized card, all at no extra charge. So I went ahead and came up with a nice message for the card, and ordered the bouquet. It was delivered to her today, but what she got was NOTHING like the photos on the website. The flowers were not arranged in the vase...the photos indicated that they would be. Instead, they came wrapped in a box with the vase and the chocolates. The card was not included in the box at all. Plus, the flowers themselves were as follows: 3 pink, 2 off-pink, 3 white, and 4 yellow/green. Clearly, that's not what was promised on the website. Had I known that the actual product was this *** I would have spent my money elsewhere! I'll be complaining to ProFlowers directly about this, and they have lost me as a customer.

ProFlowers review: Roses Are Red.... Oh Wait, THESE ARE TULIPS!!

I will definitely be using Proflowers.com again when April Fool's day rolls around because their flowers are a joke. Ordered 2 dozen Roses with Baby's Breath to my girlfiend for Valentine's day and they sent her a 1 dozen unbloomed Tulips with some large spinach-like leaves as filler. Bless her heart because she took a picture of them, posted it on Facebook, and thanked me for the beautiful flowers. I would rather she hadn't, her friends must think that I am either blind, a real cheapskate or a combination of both. I don't really want to get my money back. I would rather they just send my girlfriend the flowers I ordered, but I am afraid to find out what they may send her next time. I'm picturing a "Lucy in the Candy Factory" type atmosphere in the shipping department. After reading so many complaints on this board I am really wondering how much Proflowers paid for that J.D. Power & Associates award that they flaunt on their homepage. If Proflowers is a publically traded company I will be sure to short sell their stock in the morning because there is no way they can survive with the terrible service they provide. Happy Valentine's Day!

ProFlowers review in New York, New York: Dead flowers for Vday

What a joke - my long distance bf sent me Valentine's Day flowers and I got a bunch of limp dead and soggy flowers. What a waste of $80!!!!!!!!! They didn't include the vase he paid for either. I am so sad that this is how I will remember Valentine's Day this year. I spent the day alone and worked late and was really expecting something nice. We have ordered from them before but this experience was a total fail. I would recommend that you AVOID this e-tailer at all costs as special occasions are too precious to destroy for others!

ProFlowers review: Two strikes, you're out!!!!

Sent flowers for Valentines Day and they arrived yesterday, wilted. I called to complain and was offered a second delivery, another chance for them to get it right. They missed that one too. After promising delivery before noon on Valentines Day, they delivered several hours late, after her office had closed. She was understanding about the whole thing but it was still embarrassing and I can tell she was a little disappointed. Good job, ProFlowers. If you specialize in something, as in that's all you do, aren't you supposed to be good at it? I'll never do business with these people again.
