ProFlowers review: Roses Are Red.... Oh Wait, THESE ARE TULIPS!!

I will definitely be using Proflowers.com again when April Fool's day rolls around because their flowers are a joke. Ordered 2 dozen Roses with Baby's Breath to my girlfiend for Valentine's day and they sent her a 1 dozen unbloomed Tulips with some large spinach-like leaves as filler. Bless her heart because she took a picture of them, posted it on Facebook, and thanked me for the beautiful flowers. I would rather she hadn't, her friends must think that I am either blind, a real cheapskate or a combination of both. I don't really want to get my money back. I would rather they just send my girlfriend the flowers I ordered, but I am afraid to find out what they may send her next time. I'm picturing a "Lucy in the Candy Factory" type atmosphere in the shipping department. After reading so many complaints on this board I am really wondering how much Proflowers paid for that J.D. Power & Associates award that they flaunt on their homepage. If Proflowers is a publically traded company I will be sure to short sell their stock in the morning because there is no way they can survive with the terrible service they provide. ProFlowers review in New York, New York: Dead flowers for Vday

What a joke - my long distance bf sent me Valentine's Day flowers and I got a bunch of limp dead and soggy flowers. What a waste of $80!!!!!!!!! They didn't include the vase he paid for either. I am so sad that this is how I will remember Valentine's Day this year. I spent the day alone and worked late and was really expecting something nice. We have ordered from them before but this experience was a total fail. I would recommend that you AVOID this e-tailer at all costs as special occasions are too precious to destroy for others!

ProFlowers review: Two strikes, you're out!!!!

Sent flowers for Valentines Day and they arrived yesterday, wilted. I called to complain and was offered a second delivery, another chance for them to get it right. They missed that one too. After promising delivery before noon on Valentines Day, they delivered several hours late, after her office had closed. She was understanding about the whole thing but it was still embarrassing and I can tell she was a little disappointed. Good job, ProFlowers. If you specialize in something, as in that's all you do, aren't you supposed to be good at it? I'll never do business with these people again.

I tried to order flowers for a sunday delivery ($120 worth). I paid all the extra surcharges to make sure they were there in the morning and would be something to make her day (she's only on site for 3 days) the delivery was to be before 12:00 noon on sunday. At 10:30am sunday they sent me an e-mail messages (which i didn't get until the evening) that they couldn't deliver the flowers that day and please pick another day.

This was after going through them in detail and confirming they could make the delivery. I was prommised that they would be delivered 1st thing monday morning, then when they weren't their by noon that they would be there in the next hour, then when they still weren't there that they would be there as soon as possible.

Even though their mail message indicate one Doug Chaplin is the head of customer service nobody seems to know who he is or how to reach him. Very convenient.

If you need flowers on a given day this organization is a SCAM with continuous bait and switch tactics.

I would recommend that no-one orders from them again.

ProFlowers.com... More Like NoFlowers.com

Well, what happened is Pro Flowers.com ruined my girlfriends valentines day. Orders a nice boquet, but thats not what showed up. In fact it looked nothing like what was pictured on their web site. What showed up was a box full of semi-wilted stems that had yet to bloom and a vase that she had to unpackage, and then put the onsomble together herself. I am extremely disappointed with the company, and what they market is not what they deliver. As someone who is in the advertising industry, I think they will have a class action law suit coming their way very soon if this is their standard operating procedure. What a rip off, I filed a complaint with the company well see how good their customer service department is.

ProFlowers review in Savannah, Georgia: Worst Valentine ever!!!

My wonderful husband had flowers delivered today as he has very Valentine's Day, the difference was that these were left at my door in a box!!! My and husband and I were at home and heard the doorbell ring, upon opening the door was a box. My husband thought I had ordered something until he read the label and boy was he mad!!! It was the bouquet he ordered that he thought would be delivered by a person and already arranged. Received them around 3EST, fast forward 8 hours later, no blooms have opened!!!! ProFlowers should let the consumer know how they will deliver their product on the same page with that item, had my husband known this he would not have ordered from them and he will not in the future!!!

I ordered my girlfriend a bouquet of flowers (ROMANTIC)n she got them on time but when i went to her job to pick her up i saw them and they looked nothing at all like they did online and what they guarantee.!! they were pretty much dead and limped over very upset i was embaressed my girlfriend say its ok but she saying that not to hurt my feeling but i was pissed NEVER GO THERE AGAIN i couldnt believe they advertise on tv that the flowers will look good for at least a week and my girlfriend didnt evan get to enjoy them for a day what they advertise is wrong and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Try to explain to your two children that the chocolate cake you ordered from ProFlowers did not arrive on Valentines Day and ProFlowers can't explain what happened. When you call at 10:00p.m. and the customer service person says, "I have good news for you, I can offer you a full refund" of $71.00 for the chocolate cake". Wow, how exciting is that? There was no explanation as to what happened. Escalated to a supervisor and still nothing other than a robotic response. Terrible customer service and a total "we don't give a ***" attitude. This will be the last time this company gets my business.

ProFlowers review in Raleigh, North Carolina: Flowers promised but NOT delivered on Valentine's Day

We ordered flowers on 02/13/13 and we were promised they would be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were never delivered although we called twice and both times the agent said to give it another hour. At the end of the day all the customer service agent could say was that he was sorry they wouldn't be delivered after all. He was very matter of fact, like it was not a problem for him and it happened all the time. He did say there would be a refund but we have not seen it yet. Unfortunately, there was no time to order from another company and get flowers delivered on Valentine's Day. This company should not make promises it cannot keep and it should be more sympathetic and genuine when something goes wrong.
