Proflowers Arrangement

ProFlowers review in Washington, District Of Columbia: Never again

ProFlowers review - Never again
I was actually EARLY this year for planning my wife's flowers for Valentines Day and made a Proflowers order 10 days prior to V-Day. I took off work on V-Day and was home when the flowers arrived. Much to my dismay, I didn't receive any "flowers" but a bunch of green stems and unopened buds. Not a single flower bloom was to be seen in the entire arrangement. In the few hours I had before my wife came home, I cut the stems, put water and the plant food in the vase and put the whole thing near a window top hopefully coax the buds to open up. By the time she got home, half the buds had just started to open, but still, I had no "flowers" to give her. I understand that online florists have to take a bit of a risk and have a local florist supply the actual product. Part of this involves preparing bouquets of "young" flowers in the expectation that they will have bloomed by arrival. But Proflowers plus whatever local vendor they used did a HORRIBLE job - ruined my whole day. This bouquet may turn out to be OK in the next day or so, but that completely misses the point. Who the *** wants to get so-called flowers on Valentines Day and then sit and wait?? Take a look for yourself at the arrangement and you be the judge on whether or not this was worth the price (or any price).

ProFlowers review in Cincinnati, Ohio: VERY PISSED OFF

I ORDERED MY WIFE SOME FLOWERS FOR VALENTINES DAY TO BE SENT TO HER OFFICE,WHEN THE FLOWERS ARRIVED THEY WHERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED,I HAD ORDERED THE 2 DOZEN RAINBOW ROSES AND ONLY GOT 20 ROSES AND HALF OF THE ROSES WAS DEAD IN THE BOX, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY COULD REPLACE THEM IN A DAY OR SO AND I TOLD THEM THAT ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND AND THEY SAID THAT WOULD TAKE UP TO TEN DAYS WHICH I THINK IS REDICULOUS TO HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG FOR A REFUND WHEN THEY TAKE THERE MONEY OUT AS SOON AS YOU OREDER

Proflowers.com Is a Rip-Off -Liars - Fraud

My sister and I decided to purchase flowers for my for Mom for Valentine's Day. My sister had different company already in mind. "But shame on me", I talked her into purchasing from Proflowers.com. I was impressed with their website and the so-called beauty of their flowers "online"!!! Also I told my fiance who is away out of state about Proflowers, because I saw some beautiful images "online" that I wanted for myself, (just trying to throw him a hint) (lol) Are y'all ready for this, well today February 14th 2013 @ 1340 I received a bam on door "not a knock" but a bam, as though delivery guy kicked my door once, "once y'all" I opened my door, no one was there. I looked to the ground and there was a over-sized "shoe-box" with proflowers labeled on "the ground". As I looked down the stairs, the UPS guy was running down the stairs & threw up one hand. Mind you he only knocked rather "kicked my door once", and left. I opened my door immediately, as soon as I heard the kick. I guess he didn't have time to wait. I opened my over-sized shoe-box & there was Valentine gift all squeezed, crammed, unassembled in the shoe box!!! Thank GOD I wasn't at work, "total embarrassment!! I guess working third shift has its benefits!!! I was angry, very angry, heart-broken!!! I knew my fiance had put some thought & money into this gift!! He ordered me the 6 in 1 deal with Red Roses!!! I didn't want to complain to him, didn't want to hurt his feelings. These idiots should know whenever you send someone a gift, "IT'S ALL ABOUT THE APPEARANCE"! Especially on Valentine's Day!! *** this could break up/destroy someone's relationship!! Especially if a guy was trying to impress someone he was trying to get to know!!! Back to my mother - My Mom works for the Attorney General's Office, and her flowers were delivered in a "over sized shoe box also"!!! So embarrassed!! My sweet, beautiful, sophisticated, classy, loving Mom, had to unwrap her flowers & assemble them at her job!!! I'm so ashamed, I even told my brother to order from Proflowers for his fiance. She received her shoe-box at work also. ALSO BE AWARE OF THE HIDDEN DELIVERY FEES!!! They charge standard $12.99, handling $2.99 and guaranteed valentine fee $4.99. You pay all this for an "OVER-SIZED SHOE BOX!!! The flowers are nothing like the fraud pictures posted online!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! I'll stick to the old fashion way & order locally!!! THERE IS NOTHING "PRO" ABOUT THEM!!!

ProFlowers review in Springdale, Arkansas: Wrong thing

I ordered on line with ProFlowers for the first time and it will be my Last time. The radio ad said dz. roses, teddy bear and chocolates for $39.99 and by the time it was totaled it came to $72.39 Well I thought that was a rip off but what the hay. My husband told me that instead of a teddy bear he received bath oil, and bath gel....for real! I would never buy any one bath gel for Valentines Day. This company sucks...I am advising all my friends to never fall for this company's ads. They should be ashamed!.

ProFlowers review in Elyria, Ohio: Totally wilted!

I was delivered tulips on Valentines Day. The flowers were delivered by UPS. They were completely wilted with rotten looking leaves. I followed the instructions snipping the stems and added the packet of food to the water. The flowers were too far gone and could not be saved. Also the card was not completed so I was suppose to just know who the flowers were from. Taking a guess they were from my dear friend I called to say thank you. I thanked the wrong person. I will not use this service for my own flower deliveries. I think it is better to work with a local florist for the best service. Spend your money where you live!

ProFlowers review in Grand Prairie, Texas: I was ashamed that my wife received such a thing!!!

Used pro flowers for the first time for valentines day 2013. ordered flowers to be sent to my wife at her office. They delivered them on valentines day. My wife called me after they were delivered and told me that she was embarrassed at what she received!!! The flowers were broken off and had slime on them and smelled terrible, never mind they were not what i specified, some kind of tulip? she sent me pics of the flowers in the box with the slime on them, i was outraged!!! I would never ever use them again and i will make sure i let everyone know never to use them!!! This was really a gross set of flowers with who the heck knows what on them with a terrible smell. This company should be out of business asap!!!
