ProFlowers review in Grand Prairie, Texas: I was ashamed that my wife received such a thing!!!

Used pro flowers for the first time for valentines day 2013. ordered flowers to be sent to my wife at her office.They delivered them on valentines day. My wife called me after they were delivered and told me that she was embarrassed at what she received!!! The flowers were broken off and had slime on them and smelled terrible, never mind they were not what i specified, some kind of tulip? she sent me pics of the flowers in the box with the slime on them, i was outraged!!! I would never ever use them again and i will make sure i let everyone know never to use them!!! This was really a gross set of flowers with who the heck knows what on them with a terrible smell. This company should be out of business asap!!!

First dem rip me off wid the shipping and delivery. The bastards charged me for guaranteed delivery when i selected standard delivery. So i call dem to find out why dem double charge me. The incompetent customer representative lie to me and tell me seh he gonna escalate it to him supervisor and then call me back do give me a partial refund. The ole liard boy never call me back. The next day i track the delivery on the UPS website and i even call dem to find out where di flowers dem. All now the flowers dem no deliver. I tell you i wanted to curse some Jamaican bad words but me hold mi tongue.

ProFlowers review in Newburgh, New York: Over priced flowers that look nothing like pictures on site!! You can do better dealing with local florist or getting them at the grocery store.

My husband sent me flowers for valentines Day. Totally disappointed in the quality of the flowers and they look nothing like the picture on their site. He could have done better getting flowers from the local grocery store and not even come near to spending the $100 Proflowers charged him. He is not the type to complain so he won't contact them but vows to never use them again and to pass the word on to others he knows. It is too bad he didn't see this site before he spent his hard earned money dealing with this company. Warning to all you men out there trying to do nice for your Ladies ... Stay away from Proflowers.

After completing an online satisfaction survey, my husband received an email from proflowers stating they would give him a percentage off (I think it was 25%) his next order. Too little too late. He will definitely not be doing business with this company ever again.

Since our posting we filled out a survey and it was not in their favor. My husband just received a $20 gift card in the mail off of his next purchase.

The letter was half !!!! apology.

They should realized that when people get flowers that it means alot to the giver and to the receiver. I truely believe $20 gift card does not cut it when you get not one but two batches of dead flowers.

my husband sent me flowers for Valentines Day early imagine my surprise when i opened the box an the flowers were dead iris and it is not what he ordered. It was a pitiful site. He called and was told they did not have what he ordered I would get a mixed bouquet, well it came half dead no vase. These flowers are poor quality. I have gotten better quality flowers at Kroger's. My husband just wanted to do something nice for me because have been ill. I feel sorry for him because you ruined his surprise for me. I love flowers but these were pitiful.

ProFlowers review: WILTED DEAD FLOWERS

Had the same issue with my flowers i received the rainbow roses arrangement and they are wilted and the vase is bigger than the whole arrangement i called and got a refund for my husband. they were surprisingly nice about it.They asked me if i wanted a replacement, i told them no and they said they would credit his card. Still sucks getting wilted dead flowers on Valentines day. they need to change the way they deliver flowers...if they dont get put out of business today. But its the thought that counts. And definitely not taking it out on my husband.

ProFlowers review: A box full of dead flowers

Ordered 2 down long stemmed roses last week to have delivered to my girlfriend at her work. They were delivered by UPS in a BOX. Who send flowers in a box!? Oh and they were all dead. So embarrassed to have sent them to her work in front of all her coworkers. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! but if you do and they arrive dead like mine, then do what I did.. call and *** them out until you get a FULL refund. Don't settle for store credit or "we can have them delivered tomorrow, how does that sound?" ... yeah the day after Valentine's day. Shell love that.

get bent man.they advertise how they arrive beautifully and do not mention its shipped ups. So how do I lack common sense? Its common sense to believe that a flower arrangement will arrive looking beautiful.. and so *** what its a national corporation.

Still no excuse for dead flowers.. ... and Darwin award? Really?

You couldn't of thought of that without the internet ....

get a life and stop commenting on reviews and instead use the site as it was intended... to write reviews.

ProFlowers review in Arlington, Virginia: NO DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

I ordered a vase of roses for my mother yesterday 2/13/13. I go to check my e-mail today and they sent me an e-mail letting me know that unfortunately they are unable to place my order for delivery on the day I requested which was 2/14/13. They wanted me to reply with an alternate delivery date. WHAT IN THE WORLD?!? Why wasn't I informed of this yesterday before I even tried to place my order?!? I went to FTD first and they let me know that they couldn't send the flowers in advance to me on the 14th which is when I turned to ProFlowers BUT, NOW they won't be here until 2/16/13 2 FREAKING DAYS LATER! B.S! Point blank IM PISSED!

I decided to give proflowers a try after hearing their advertising leading up to valentines day. I browsed their website and was impressed with the floral arrangements I found. I missed the part where they say the flowers will be shipped in a box from UPS rather than arranged by a florist and delivered. My fault. My complaint is with the quality of flowers which arrived in contrast to the flowers on their website. I went back and looked again, and I can clearly see the photos are edited to make them look much nicer than reality. The website has bright full flowers which fill the vase. In reality, I received droopy flowers which are overshadowed by the size of the vase. I had to put an elastic band around the stems because they would otherwise fall all over the place. I am no florist with experience arranging flowers, but I do not think anyone could make these flowers presentable. Now it looks like I barely put any effort into treating my wife right, and I feel guilty. I will return to using local florists who provide quality products and service. Never again will I use proflowers.
