ProFlowers review in New York, New York: Wilted and unopened

Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines day. Flowers looked beautiful on line. They were delivered in a box and looked nothing like they did on their website. When the box was opened 90% of the flowers were unopened and the rest were wilted. My wife sent me a picture and my heart sank. She called me crying and was so was embarrased to get such a horrible bunch of flowers while all her friends at work received beautiful flowers from local flourists in the area, my wife got ***!!! Thank you for ruining my wifes Valentines day. You Should be ashamed of yourself for shipping such garbage that I paid almost $79.00 for. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

This sounds exactly like my day yesterday. My husband ordered the same flowers for me yesterday from this company!

I was so embarrassed to receive them. Mine too were unopened and half of the leaves were wilted.

I called my husband crying and he felt awful, so I totally feel your pain. We will never ever buy from them again...

ProFlowers review in Cincinnati, Ohio: Valentine's Day Surprise...LEAVES NOT FLOWERS

ProFlowers review - Valentine's Day Surprise...LEAVES NOT FLOWERS
I received a delivery of flowers from Proflowers sent from my husband. I have to admit they were the saddest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. Ladies in my office were joking that my husband sent me a salad and asking if Proflowers included salad dressing. I was embarrassed to even send a picture to him because it was so ugly. Proflowers should feel ashamed of themselves. Flowers are suppose to brighten someone’s day and this has not only upset me but my husband too! What he ordered is not what I received. The picture on the website is beautiful, the vase on my desk with leaves not so much. I think they forgot the flowers.

ProFlowers review in Highland Park, Texas: Sorry flowers

Heard a add on the radio for proflowers thought with valentines day and my anniversary being on the same day I would surprise my wife and send her two different arrangments one was the 100 blooms of love the other was the tulip petals of love. When my wife received them this morning both arrangements had many broken stems and the tulips had lost the majority of their petals. She says it looks like someone went wild with hedge clippers threw it in a bag wadded it up and shipped it. I will never do business with these people again and I would advise anyone that is considering them to go to walmart and buy their cheap flower arrangements they are better than proflowers products.

NEVER BUY ProFlowers!

Confirmed orders for wife and daughter a week ago for delivery on Valentine's Day. On Valentine's Day at 1041am, received a curt email from ProFlowers saying that they were sorry but they couldn't fill the orders, but would "expedite" delivery. It's a little hard to expedite an order when it's already late. Called their 800 number to complain and was told, "we're so sorry for the inconvenience, but we took too many orders and hope to deliver your flowers within a couple of days." Asked to talk with a supervisor, was put on indefinite hold for 25 minutes, then transferred to "Alice in Los Angeles." Alice assured me that the orders would be delivered today. They weren't ever delivered. When I called again, they said that they were, "so sorry." I agreed that they are so sorry ..... so sorry in fact that I will NEVER use them again and go out of my way to tell others of my bad experience with their service and lack of concern.

ProFlowers review in Toledo, Ohio: DEAD...JUST DEAD FLOWERS

ProFlowers review - DEAD...JUST DEAD FLOWERS
Seriously, ProFlowers? I am not even sure what kind of flowers these are! I took them out of the wrap and they flopped over! They aren't open...or in bloom. I tried putting them in water with the flower feed and they are just hanging over the vase. I am ashamed to have them on my desk...whatever they are. The only good thing about the delivery is the thought and the teddy bear...which couldn't cost more than a dollar. Be warned...you get what you pay for. I plan on contacting ProFlowers and sending the picture. Happy Valentines Day anyhow...I loved the thought.

ProFlowers review in Atlanta, Georgia: Terrible arrangement

Had a dozen long stem roses delivered to wife's job. It came in a box. Roses were small and not arranged. One of the roses was broken. My wife had to cut open the box, unwrap the small roses, fill the overly large cheap looking vase with water and arrange the roses herself. Thanks for ruining her day. Flowers look nothing like what is pictured. I could have got a better looking arangement from Walmart at a quarter of the price. Will never use this company again and will advise other not to as well. Thankfully with this type of service, they will be out of business soon.

I've ordered alot of flowers in my day, but this is the FIRST time I've ever had the giftee receive them in a BOX. Now, its quite possible that Proflowers regulars are aware of their delivery method, but nowhere on their website (as of 02/14/2013) does it state this...

ProFlowers review in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan: Very disappointed with order

Ordered a dozen roses and the chocolate covered strawberries from Proflowers.com. The flowers arrived on schedule in a box with the flowers wrapped in paper and plastic. So I undo all that and place the flowers in the vase and what I end up with is just that, a dozen roses and two little pieces of babys' breath flowers in a vase that is WAY to large. Although the flowers were fresh and the stems were not broken, the end result was that it looked like exactly what it was, just some flowers thrown in a vase! I highly recommend going to your local florist so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Hopefully the strawberries will not disappoint, but if they do, I will post another complaint on here!!

I received a dozen small sad looking red roses yesterday from proflowers. I happen to work in the bakery at A grocery store and I'm embarrassed to say our roses are soooo much bigger and way more beautiful than the ones from proflowers.

I would never think grocery store flowers blow away flowers from proflowers but they totally do!

I will NEVER order from there and told my love to not order from there again. Not to mention lots of ppl at work agree!

A coworker of mine received a flower delivery from a friend through ProFlowers a couple of years ago. Same disappointing results.

She worked at the front desk and a huge number of the office staff (over 100 people) saw the flowers and how sad the arrangement looked. The roses started to wilt before 5:00 P.M. Several drooped right over the vase. It was worse than receiving nothing at all.

I believe she ended up throwing the whole mess away and didn't bother to take it home.

Needless to say, everyone who saw the delivery at my office will never order from ProFlowers. Seeing is believing.

ProFlowers review in Orlando, Florida: Ordered dozen roses

Update by user Feb 14, 2013

Just received email stating that they will refund my money. Its always good to deal with the company first to get things resolved.

Original review posted by user Feb 14, 2013

Ordered dozen roses at a high price of 83.00 got ripped off they came all dried up very disappointed.Could have went to Walmart for more than half that amount they charge. You think when you order online you save money that's bull.I will never shop from them again. For that price they should thrown in a vase or something.Shipping and handling fee is ridiculous.Roses are almost dead .Wife was very disappointed. They have their nerve to say on your next order we'll give you a vase for a small charge. They should go to *** greedy bastards.

ProFlowers review in Little Rock, Arkansas: Flat Roses

Ordered two dozen roses for my wife for Valentine's Day from Proflowers.com. I had them delivered a day early since she is off on Valentine's Day. I had imagine a large bouquet of roses being walked into the store and her co-workers being excited for her. What she got was a brown box delivered by UPS and it was put to the side to be opened later; like all the other boxes delivered by UPS. When she finally opened the box, the roses were flat and she had to put her own arrangement together. How pathetic, there was no where in my order process did it say that they would be delivering a box. I did go back to the website and buried underneath fine print I found it. I'm still pissed that they think so little of their customers that one a day like Valentine's Day they would flash a big notice that the flowers are delivered in box, not as an arrangement. I will never buy from them ever again; I've learned my lesson, thanks Proflowers.com for ruining Valentine's Day!

If you had ordered from one of local florists in your area, you would have got what you wanted. I don't know what you expected from an online company.

Also when I have looked at these places it says the vase is extra. However, the online places don't have local delivery people.
