ProFlowers Suck
This is not the case and you turn out looking like the cheapest guy around. Pay the extra few bucks and order from a local florist. HUGE, HUGE, HUGE, disappointment. After all, part of the excitement of receiving a flower boquet is seeing a delivery person walk through the office and everyone seeing you are so special you received flowers from your loved one. Instead, you receive a box, have to unpack the flowers, unpack the vase, put the water in the vase, and arrange them yourself. *** you might as well cut them from the field while your at it.

ProFlowers/Fresh Express Dont USE THEM
I ordered flowers delivered to my daughter at her work for her birthday. It was all she wanted, flowers delivered to her work on her Birthday. She is only there until 1:30 so I paid an extra $5.00 for AM delivery. At 1:00 that day, I called her to see how she liked the flowers. They had not been delivered. I called Fresh Express, they researched it and told me that the florist didn't have one of the flowers in the arrangement and wasn't goint to be able to deliver them. The flowers were half dead and looked aweful when we finally got them the next day. $70.00 and they offered me $14.00 refund

I gathered around all my coworkers and as i opened my box of flowers I was disgusted to my surprise my flowers were wilted, dead, and brown its the worst thing i have ever seen i was so embarrassed. I would never recommend anybody use this service again!! And after i called they werent able to send me new flowers for 2 days and only got 10$ back for all that we spent.

Proflowers sucks
I ordered flowers for my wife to have them delivered on Valentines Day. They charged me $9.99 for standard shipping then $9.99 for delivery on Valentines Day! The Kicker - UPS shipped them from a florist in Houston to my house in Houston at 7:45 P.M.!! WTF! $18.98 for in town delivery. Pro Flowers is a scam. Then they emailed me a message that my order had delivered and I could get a rebat for shipping. When I went to the link it asked me to sign up for some B.S. credit card insurance to receive a $15.00 rebate.

Worst looking bouquet ever
I just recieved my bouquet from proflowers. My kids picks this out for me online and when it came out of the box you could see the disapointment in their eyes. Right away they said that doesn't look like the picture. It was suppose to be a dozen roses, got 11. It really is so sad looking. The tips of the roses are brown. The leave on the stems of the roses are quite damaged. It just looks sad. They waited all day for the delivery of the flowers to give to me, only to be so disapointed. Shame on you proflowers!!!!!

Mislead, Misrepresent and Mistakes
...1st they quote an comfortably affordable competitive price (baiting). Then they double it by adding 4 separate "fees". Their radio add warns that "other florist, double & triple their prices @ Valentines day", taking advantage of their customers. They ship the flowers in a box separate from the vase, so you have to arrange them yourself (unless I missed the "arrangement fee" when I was filling up my shopping cart), so you don't get the arrangement that's shown on their website - which is kind of the point. Then they ship subgrade products which are often late. Can over 400 complaints on Valentines Day alone (Twitter), be wrong? I feel like I just left BeeZit.

PROFLOWERS UNETHICAL PRACTICE MAGAZINES
I ordered flowers from Proflowers when a co-worker's relative past away. A few months later I started receiving a magazine for Rachel Ray and cooking. I couldn't figure out who this magazine was sent from or who ordered it. After doing a little research online I found out that it had been sent by a marketing group that works with Proflowers. When I contacted Proflowers they tried to tell me that it was my fault and that you have to "opt in" in order to receive the magazine. This is a bold face lie, anyone who knows me, knows that I don't like to cook. As far as I'm concerned I went to Proflowers for flowers, not magazines. It took me three days to get this matter cleared up. Save yourself the headache and don't use their service. Get your flowers from somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS
Unfortunately if you are like me, you are reading this because you were taken by ProFlowers and are looking to see how many complaints they have and am I the only person this happened to. If you ask me, they need to be taken off the internet! I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 70th birthday. They NEVER delivered the flowers. They said could not get anyone to take the order, but that they could not refund me the delivery fee or taxes...THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM!!!! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and told them to ABSOLUTELY NOT PAY THEM. This is obviously a scam where no product is delivered, they get your card number, and then they charge you fees and continue to charge you bogus fees for months afterward.

ProFlowers
Dead on arrival for Valentine Day, I would have been better off to purchase flowers from a street vendor and Kroger's. They charged me $75.00, pedals falling off, small No greenery, I disappointed the most important person in my life, my wife. They were delivered to her at her company ( a mulit-billion co. in front of hundreds of people. Do you think there was embassment involved. So as far as I am concerned they need to save their ad money and try for better customer service. Do yourself a service use a local florist, I will because the let down is despressing for both parties.

PROFLOWERS
I called to see why I could not get the advertised 20% off $29 or more on my TWO orders, both of which were over $55. All of a sudden there were additional charges for delivery date (which I had just seen but she insisted changed from hour to hour) for changes to charges for hadling (I guess because their website wouldn't allow me to use the discount and I had to call) and it would have INCREASED my order total. What a ripoff. And the "boss, manager" (and of course the owner wasn't in) was rude, unhelpful and told me she was going to cancel my order. Nice, at a time when businesses need to be a little more helpful. I am writing everywhere I can, this place is the pits.

ProFlowers just sucks!!
I ordered 3 rose bouquets for 3 different women in my life for valentines Day; wife, mother and ex wife. Worst mistake! If you expect to get quality and a visually appealing product, it won't come from these guys. You won't see these descriptions on any of their ads. Roses were tiny, miniatures. Very, very cheap. Delivery was via UPS in a *** brown box. Open the box and there are the roses and the vase. Just not a good presentation and I won't be ordering. Be nice if they simply mentioned, "these are miniature roses delivered via parcel post.

Poor customer service
I called proflowers because I was ordering an item that was 24.99 plus there were several containers it could come in, each being listed as 6.99. When I added on of the 6.99 items to my order, the subtotal was 41.97, 34.99 + 16.98, then I tried another one, it subtotaled $31 and change, so I it was not clear why one was $10 more, when they going by their site, both cups were 6.99 and should have been the same price subtotaled. There was also a clause stating that shipping and handling and tax were not included in this subtotal, in fact you don't find out how much the total will be until the very end, after you have gone through the trouble of filling everything out. I called to find out the difference in subtotals when they were supposed to be the same price, I wanted that 16.98 itemized, she said something about a delivery fee, and I asked why is it on one cup and not the other. She works there and didn't even know this product, and it had " as seen in People Magazine" stamped all over it. She never clearly answered the question, nor did she try to find out why there was a difference in pricing of items there were supposedly the same price. And I mentioned that the site said shipping and handling is not included in the subtotal, no response. I thanked her for her time and said she didn't answer my quesiton, she said she answered and told me to have a good day. Proflowers, get some people who know the products you sell, and itemize all of your charges so its clear to the customer exactly what they are paying for. NO games or tricks or cons please.

ProFlowers STINKS! Go elsewhere.
What a preposterous joke. I sent Christmas "wreaths" to a dozen of my clients at $26 a pop- then they started calling me up saying "did I offend you? Is this a joke? What the *** did you send me??". Turns out, the "wreath" was an absurd little fistful of dead and dying cedar and pine boughs (max length about 6") and a bizarre little tin box with no redeeming value whatsoever. Can't put the boughs in the box or it falls over. Can't put water in it for the poor little boughs because it leaks like a seive. A terribly embarrassing state of affairs and the customer service rep said "yeah, we've had lots of complaints" (!!!!) but refused to do anything about it- like perhaps sending a proper, as-described wreath. Please, spend your $$ with your local florist instead. This outfit is a loosing bet.

Use a local florist- call them directly. You won't have this problem and you will save money!!
I used to use them several years ago...the last couple of times I ordered from them, most of the flowers were wilted, and the stem leaves were dead, especially the last time I used them. They offered to express ship replacement flowers, but the last replacement arrangement was just awful.
Although they did respond quickly to my complaint.
the product quality was just gone. So, it was back to the local florist.
