ProFlowers review in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan: Very disappointed with order

Ordered a dozen roses and the chocolate covered strawberries from Proflowers.com. The flowers arrived on schedule in a box with the flowers wrapped in paper and plastic. So I undo all that and place the flowers in the vase and what I end up with is just that, a dozen roses and two little pieces of babys' breath flowers in a vase that is WAY to large. Although the flowers were fresh and the stems were not broken, the end result was that it looked like exactly what it was, just some flowers thrown in a vase! I highly recommend going to your local florist so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Hopefully the strawberries will not disappoint, but if they do, I will post another complaint on here!!

I received a dozen small sad looking red roses yesterday from proflowers. I happen to work in the bakery at A grocery store and I'm embarrassed to say our roses are soooo much bigger and way more beautiful than the ones from proflowers.

I would never think grocery store flowers blow away flowers from proflowers but they totally do!

I will NEVER order from there and told my love to not order from there again. Not to mention lots of ppl at work agree!

A coworker of mine received a flower delivery from a friend through ProFlowers a couple of years ago. Same disappointing results.

She worked at the front desk and a huge number of the office staff (over 100 people) saw the flowers and how sad the arrangement looked. The roses started to wilt before 5:00 P.M. Several drooped right over the vase. It was worse than receiving nothing at all.

I believe she ended up throwing the whole mess away and didn't bother to take it home.

Needless to say, everyone who saw the delivery at my office will never order from ProFlowers. Seeing is believing.

ProFlowers review in Orlando, Florida: Ordered dozen roses

Update by user Feb 14, 2013

Just received email stating that they will refund my money. Its always good to deal with the company first to get things resolved.

Original review posted by user Feb 14, 2013

Ordered dozen roses at a high price of 83.00 got ripped off they came all dried up very disappointed.Could have went to Walmart for more than half that amount they charge. You think when you order online you save money that's bull.I will never shop from them again. For that price they should thrown in a vase or something.Shipping and handling fee is ridiculous.Roses are almost dead .Wife was very disappointed. They have their nerve to say on your next order we'll give you a vase for a small charge. They should go to *** greedy bastards.

ProFlowers review in Little Rock, Arkansas: Flat Roses

Ordered two dozen roses for my wife for Valentine's Day from Proflowers.com. I had them delivered a day early since she is off on Valentine's Day. I had imagine a large bouquet of roses being walked into the store and her co-workers being excited for her. What she got was a brown box delivered by UPS and it was put to the side to be opened later; like all the other boxes delivered by UPS. When she finally opened the box, the roses were flat and she had to put her own arrangement together. How pathetic, there was no where in my order process did it say that they would be delivering a box. I did go back to the website and buried underneath fine print I found it. I'm still pissed that they think so little of their customers that one a day like Valentine's Day they would flash a big notice that the flowers are delivered in box, not as an arrangement. I will never buy from them ever again; I've learned my lesson, thanks Proflowers.com for ruining Valentine's Day!

If you had ordered from one of local florists in your area, you would have got what you wanted. I don't know what you expected from an online company.

Also when I have looked at these places it says the vase is extra. However, the online places don't have local delivery people.

ProFlowers review in Atlanta, Georgia: Arranging your own flowers

I ordered flowers for my mother for Valentines day from her grand kids..She received them on time, but received them unarranged!..She had to take them out of a box, cut them, unwrappe them, put them in a vase that I paid for, arrange them, put water in them, *** she could have grown them herself if she wanted to do all of that! What am I paying for, I usually would order from her local florist, but this time I decided to try Proflowers, never again and I would be sure to tell all my friends about how lazy they are..it spoiled the surprise and I am 1 disappointed customer!

ProFlowers review in Newington, Connecticut: Wrong order.

100 Blossoms of Love... . Joke. Today I was sent for the wife a dozen roses with clear glass vase. Not 100 roses with ginger vase. Could have bought long stem vase set at Costco instead weeks ago when I called Pro Flowers after hearing ad on radio. I will tell all everyone not to be scammed by these fools. All they said was this is a busy time for them. NO ***. I did not get that WOW I was looking for, what an embarrassment having to call to maybe get refund. Online person was not very caring or concerned. I will never deal with this company again. If it sounds to good to be true, head to your local florist instead.

ProFlowers review - Waste of Money: Worst Looking Flowers Ever!

Thanks for a big box of *** Proflowers!

Ordered on the 4th to allow plenty of time for 4 separate orders, to be delivered to wife, mom, sister and mother in law. Each ended getting 9 to 12 half dead tulips with broken stems! Tulips!Nothing else! They state "Celebrate Valentine's Day with a romantic, one-of-a-kind bouquet. Let our expert local florists design a beautiful, personal arrangement for your Valentine. All items pictured represent the types of arrangements we offer and may vary slightly depending upon availability in certain locations." It is not a one of a kind bouquet! it a handful of rejects they would have thrown away! I will never order from them again! I want my money back !! I could have bought a friggin truckload of tulips for 200 + bucks you thieves!

My boyfriend sent to my office a dozen roses for Valentines day 2013. i was shocked when I opened the box.

Most of them are droopy with brown tips, two totally flattened, brown spots on the sides (squishy..rotten spot), not in selling condition but toss 'em condition. They look like they were left out in the cold. They are not opening and have almost no smell!!!

My own flower shop would have tossed these out.

They would be embarrassed to give these flowers to anyone. When my boyfriend asks me what the flowers are like I will thank him for the thought and effort then tell him to never use ProFlowers again. They have no idea how to care/ship flowers, nor do they care after they have your MONEY. I received flowers from another company and those were PERFECT.

Every flower was in perfect condition and the wonderful smell filled my office. Why can't proflowers do that?

What a big dissapointment!! They should be ashamed!!

Flowers were half dead or had broken stems. Leaves and stems were muddy !

Total waste of money. These flowers are culls that no florist would use.

ProFlowers review in Alexandria, Virginia: Non delivery

Ordered three sets of flowers for delivery before Valentine's Day. Two orders by UPS, one residential, the other work. Work was delivered around two, but residential according to ProFlowers was delivered at 6:48 PM and received email at 7:31PM. No one rang doorbell knocked on door, nothing. Called UPS , they said we can't do anything, call the shipper. Called the shipper (ProFloowers)- answer call UPS. Or we can replace and deliver on the 18th. Not too GOOD for Valentines Day. Other delivery was by FEDEX and proof of delivery was to the porch of a 92 year old Mother. Still have not got confirmation on that one.
