ProFlowers review in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: DOA
Flowers arrive in a box and the person you give them too has to arrange them in the vase, now your the florist arranging flowers you just paid someone to do, that is why you buy from a florist right? That is suppose to be their talent. No biggie right? But, The flowers are DOA Dead on arrival. When to my wife's office later that day, how embarrassing. Never again.Tried to contact them twice. No one ever got back to me. no phone call, no e-mail, no replacement, No refund, no nothing. Total scam. Radio stations keep playing their ads it makes me sick. DO NOT get scammed like me.

ProFlowers review in Sacramento, California: Rip Off Fees
Purchased flowers for my wife; hidden fees and not shown at checkout. they have deceptive website that doesn't show what is charged in total. In the email they sent me there was even a "Care" fee for $2.99 what does shipping and handling cover "no Care" we have to pay extra for that? I send flowers all the time and thought I would use this company; only once; fool me once.... but that is it! Don't buy here it's simply a rip off; go buy the flowers you need locally instead of having hidden fees come your way its much easier.

ProFlowers review: Hidden fees, don't honor gift cards, bad deal all around!
I checked out ProFlowers because I got a $15 gift card from Bing Rewards. Their prices seemed awfully high to me, but I wanted to send my girlfriend some nice flowers for Valentine's Day so I decided to go ahead with it. In addition to trying to nickel and dime you with extras (some flower choices have no free vase included in the base price, and you MUST choose one of the ones that costs extra), they also wanted to charge me an extra $5 to deliver on Valentine's Day. I thought that was unfair, but decided to go ahead with it since I'm sure it's a busy day for them, and I had a gift card to spend anyway. Then I found out they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $5 to guarantee morning delivery - if I declined, then they would only guarantee delivery by 8:00 pm! No way was I going to be charged TWO extra charges for delivery, so I went ahead without. When I got to the payment screen and entered my gift card number, I got kicked back to the home page. My order was still in the shopping cart, but I had to personalize it all over again and enter the delivery and billing information again as well. This happened two or three more times until I was on the *** of quitting, but finally it went through... and ProFlowers REFUSED TO HONOR MY GIFT CARD! I didn't even get as far as a payment confirmation screen (although I realize now that they hadn't shown me my total bill before they were asking for my billing information). So not only are their prices ridiculous (I could buy roses that look just as nice as those pictured for about 1/3 the price at any store right now), but they try to stick you with a bunch of extra charges and they do not honor gift cards! I will never do business with this company again, and would never recommend them to anyone.

ProFlowers review in Valdez, Alaska: Deceitful charges
I ordered flowers for my mom. The total was 19.99. When I clicked to choose a delivery date, it showed me 4.95 for the day I chose. I looked at the subtotal of 25.00 and hit submit. After it completed, my order total was 40.96. I had a 12.99 standard shipping charge. The 4.95 was then listed as delivery charge. No where did it mention this charge until after processing. I will NEVER give them my business again. Totally a lie! This company should be exposed for the dishonesty they are providing. ProFlowers review: DELIVERY CHARGES TWICE THE COST OF THE FLOWERS??
COMPANY ADVERTISES FLOWERS AT PRICE OF 19.99 BUT JUST PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEY ADD ANOTHER $22.00 DOLLARS IN DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES SIMPLY TO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR FLOWERS WILL BE DELIVERED ON VALENTINES DAY? THE POINT IS THEY DON'T DISCLOSE THE FINAL COST UNTIL AFTER THEY OBTAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION--BEWARE THE DISCOUNT IS A TRAP!!! SO BUYERS SHOULD REALLY BE AWARE OF THIS TRAP AND RECONSIDER SHOPPING AT ANOTHER SITE THAT WILL SUMMARIZE THE FINAL COST PRIOR TO ENTERING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND AT LEAST PLACE THE TOTAL COST IN A LOCATION OF THE WEBPAGE THAT CAN BE EASILY SEEN

ProFlowers review in Walled Lake, Michigan: VERY DECEITFUL
I just ordered a dozen red roses on line as advertised for 39.95. They said I would get a free glass with order. They listed the cost as 49.95 for order. After I gave my credit card imformation the total check out cost was 71.95....WOW. To go from an advertised price of 39.95 to a check out price of 71.95 for the dozen roses was very deceitful on their part. The last time I will ever deal with Proflowers. To add an additional cost of 32.00 to the advertised cost of 39.95 for flowers is just a *** on their part

ProFlowers review in Prescott, Arizona: RIP OFF- Stay Away
Shipping and related charges equal what you would pay plus more if you went instead to a local florist. The company and web site set up is a demonstrated rip off scam. Stay away from this outfit. They wait until they have your credit info or billing info and you are one step away from ordering only then to catch a quick sight of what this is going to cost. It is not to difficult to see where it would be much less expensive and without the headaches of future problems, just to go to your local florist and see what you are getting.

ProFlowers review in Maple Grove, Minnesota: Dont know how much you might pay until...
If you order on the internet they have you fill out 6 pages of stuff and get your credit card b4 you no the total, making it a pain in the --- to shop with shipping prices and all.its easier for me to get into my car and go shopping in town and from what I can tell probably cheaper and faster than messing with there internet.I would expect the same would happen if I called in an order,I will be driving into town tommorow even afer this snow storm. Thanks for listening It has helped me put this behind.

ProFlowers review in Florissant, Colorado: Horrible Flowers that barely last a day
Last Valentine's day, I ordered flowers for my self and my mother, and at least 5 coworkers had ordered flowers, the flowers didn't last more than a day and started wilting and turning brown. I've ordered from Proflowers a few times and finally gave up last v-day when I spent about $100 and had nothing but disappointment. I filed a complaint and never heard from Proflowers. Needless to say they lost at least 7 customers last vday due to a poor product. One would think that if a product was not acceptable and they receive a complaint from a repeat customer, they would rectify the situation somehow. Not even an apology email was received.

A while a go-7 hours-So sad read in Maine, now the location is reading Louisiana? What up with that?
You are bogus and lie like there's no tomorrow. Fine, if you want to back a company that promote false statements, go right ahead, but do NOT tell people where you work, trust me!
