ProFlowers review in Des Moines, Iowa: Proflower is the pitts never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

i went online to order some flower my 9year old grand son passed away 02-26-2012 for a heart attack his school was so wonderful to us, we want to show our appreciation by sending them something that they can keep witch was a beautiful plant, after me ordering from PROFLOWERs( they are not pros) it was telling me that there was an $4.99 delivery charge when i finished ordering it ended up being 14.99 not knowing that it was going to be FED EX delivering my flowers, i was like what the *** i am used to them delivering boxes NOT FLOWERS i spent $50.00 for my order thinking it was going to be a local florist. i looking in my e-mail to find a dam conformation that fedex was delivering i call up the company and ask for a manger they told me it took 24 hours for someone to get back to me it didnt take 24 hours to get my dam money i will stay local next time dam that!!!!!

ProFlowers review in Paris, Kentucky: Poor excuse for flowers!

I have sent flowers to my wife for many years now, for many occasions or just because. I am very picky when it comes to the flowers I send to her. I do not mind spending a little extra to get her very nice qood quality flowers. The flowers I just had sent to her from Pro Flowers.com recently, to her new place of employment to celebrate her new job, were of very poor quality and absolutely nothing as advertised. I chose to use Pro Flowers over a traditional florist for ease of use and the short delivery, as well as the price for what looked to be quality flowers. I was completely wrong!! Not only do they come in a box which she received just before leaving her office, and she had to arrange the flowers her self, the flowers were smashed, of poor quality, not to mention there were not enough to even resemble an ok arrangement let alone what they advertise! So instead of her receiving something to celebrate her new employment and brighten her day, she received something that was embarrassing in front of her new co workers! Not a fan, and will never do business with Pro Flowers.com again. Thanks Matt Axline

Ordered flowers for Sunday delivery, wasn't delivered, called Monday, and was advised will definitely deliver Monday by 1 pm the latest, Flowers NOT DELIVERED at 1 pm, called back at 5:15 pm, was advised will definitely deliver by 8 pm Monday night, .. FLOWERS NOT DELIVERED!! called at 8:30 pm and spoke with "MARY" and was told NO REFUND would be given!! Asked for supervisor, and she LIED and SAID, No supervisors on duty, really !!! Had to argue for 30 minutes to GET A SUPERVISOR, finally finds one, who issues REFUND but FLOWERS still NOT DELIVERED !!! Told, supervisor Adam, Mary should be FIRED ! Lousy Customer Service, Lousy LOCAL Delivery people!!! STICK WITH 1-800 FLOWERS because Proflowers are TERRIBLE! and a waste of TIME AND MONEY !!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter on the first day of her job. No problem they said. Got a call at the end of the day advising me that the florist was not able to deliver that day. Of course it was at the end of the day that they called.The following day I was advised the plant was delivered to where my daughter worked. At the front desk. That did not occur. Had to wait per them when they contacted the florist that they would get the name of the person who signed for it. The following day after contacting the company 4 times. It was determined that they flowers had never been delivered as they advised me and that they could not get in touch with the owner of the florist. I requested a to cancel my order ( of course that was after 3 days) and I was advised they would have to wait to hear back from the florist first before they could do that. They attempted to contact the florist again but it was already after hours and a cleaning person answered the phone. They then told me that they would cancel my order. I would have thought that after 3 days of trying to get something delivered and it never having been delivered that they would not have to wait to refund my money. They did however refund it and they did offer me a 10 dollar coupon of which I declined as I would never use these proflowers.com again

ProFlowers review in San Diego, California: Tricked and Tick

I contacted Proflowers which transfer me over to Proflowers Express(since I wanted same day delivery). They Proflowers asked me if I wanted all day delivery or am delivery which would come with a charge, I stated am delivery by 1p. Pacfic standard time. I come back to check my email @ 3:15p for confirmation, there is no confirmation order and the flowers haven't been delivered! This is BOGUS. I asked Proflowers to contact the delivery truck and the delivery guy cannot give me a time when flowers will be deliver for my cousin's birthday. I called back and after being transfer again and placed on hold for over 1/2 hour, Manager says truck will have it there by 4:30p. This is *** and never again will I go to Proflowers for anything. Now you just let the floral looked messed up and I'll be back with another phone call! Trust me everyone go somewhere else anywhere but here

Once again high tech thief Pro Flowers finds yet another way to take YOUR MONEY! First there's "ez server" a $14.95 SCAM. And Pro Flowers also has "free shipping.com" SCAM. You place an order, Pro Flowers site asks you if you want to save x% on this order, you click yes. and it's that simple! PRO FLOWERS TAKES $8.97 a month from you!!!!! nice right? you get no notification, no instructions telling why or how you've signed up for the honor of them charging you and, essentially they're providing you NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES for it. PRO FLOWERS SUCKS AND I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Too bad, because their products are nice. Way to screw yourself Pro Flowers! my suggestion to Pro Flowers: Hire some ethical leaders, maybe look for qualified individuals who care about product and service rather than finding manipulative ways to trick us out of our money!

Very displeased with this company , they made promises if delivery time that they could not keep. The hold time to reach a rep are ridiculous! They are quick to take your money but slow to respond to a concern or complaint. I would strongly advise consumers to go with another company .Very disappointed, would not recommend company to anyone. That's not how you treat paying customers. I was told to call back in several hours. I understand that it's the holiday season but that how this place makes the bulk of their money. Never again will I waste my money.

What's the point of ordering flowers for your mother and they come at 8pm at night?

They charge you 14.95 for FEDEX ground shipping which means it's the lowest priority and they will not get delivered at a reason time.

Goodbye to the nice thought of surprising my mother on her birthday at a decent hour - had I known it would get there at 8-9pm at night I would've never ordered them.

WASTE of Money. Waste of time calling FEDEX and PROflowers! They were useless!

I was a victim of the Easy Saver Rewards scam by ProFlowers.

I ordered flowers on the ProFlowers website and shortly thereafter my credit card was billed for $14.95 a month for 18 months. Apparently, simply by ordering flowers I was automatically enrolled in the Easy Savers Rewards program. When I finally discoved this scam I called Mastercard's Fraud Dept. and they set up a conference call with Easy Saver Rewards. The rep confirmed that I never used their services and the total amount of money was refunded to me. A class action suit should be filed against BOTH companies for this grand-scale, consumer fraud scam! I recommend that everyone review their monthly credit card bills VERY carefully!

It should be called "No Flowers," not ProFlowers

On November 15 I ordered a potted orchid to be delivered to my mother in Scottsdale, AZ, for her birthday on November 23rd. ProFlowers guaranteed delivery for that day. The plant never arrived, and it was only after I scrutinized the tracking that I discovered they weren't going to be delivered until four days AFTER the promised delivery date. When I went online to complain, they offered to refund the "care and handling" and shipping charge. No explanation of what happened, no offer to expedite a new shipment. Ruined my gift to my mom, who is 87 this year. Never again.

They say you'll get discount on "this purchase", so you sign up for the discount, they take your credit card number when you check out, and then surprise!!!!!! you're charged every month! You didn't sign up for anything other than a monthly fee. They dont give you access to other special offers, they dont send you an email to let you know about special offers. Nothing, you just get charged. for nothing.
