Pro Flowers -- what a Scam.. Ruined Mother's Day
Misrepresentation on price, final cost $70.00 for a $35.00 advertised special.Final cost was not available until after my credit card was charged. $14.99 for shipping and $4.99 for special care handling and tax. Roses were dead leaves falling off, chocolate melted and stale. Flowers did not look like anything advertise. Horrible Horrible Horrible I was embarrassed to have my name on this gift to give to my 90 yr mother. I could have done better at my local grocery store and saved money. Shame on you Pro Flowers you are such a scam, taking advantage of people with misrepresentation of a quality product.

ProFlowers not worth the discount!!!!
Mother's day is coming. I wanted to use ProFlowers and I remembered how disappointed I was when I received my Valentine's Day flowers in a BOX from ProFlowers. That is not how a woman wants to receive her FLOWERS!!! I mean really. You have assemble the entire package yourself. That is no fun at all. Huh? So the customers and recipient pay for and arrange the flowers too. What are the PRO's doing, boxing the flowers professionally? I am not going to use Proflowers. I do not want to get used to receiving boxed flowers. Consumers can't allow businesses to change the beauty of giving and receiving flowers. It is one our older traditions it needs to be maintained not reduced to boxes and DIY kits.

the company rips customers off on holidays and charges out rages fees for delivery. you call them and they blame FEDX. Everyone blames someone else and the consumer gets the brunt of it. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE SUBGET CUSTOMERS WITH THIS ABUSE. THE ECONOMY IS IN BAD SHAPE AND THE COMPANIES ARE NOT DOING THIER PART TO HELP THE CONSUMER. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CARES ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. WE NEED TO STOP PUTTING OUR HEADS IN THE SAND AND SPEEK UP AND FIGHT BACK BECAUSE IF WE DON'T WE ARE ALL AT FAULT.

DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS - BEWARE
Today is Friday, May 6, 2011 and I highly suggest that you DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS FOR ANYTHING. My elderly mother was supposed to receive her flowers TODAY (I ordered earlier this week) and PROFLOWERS CANNOT FIND MY DELIVERY. They tried to blame it on UPS but the order wasn't processed! I'm totally frustrated and on the line with them now. So now FedEx is supposed to deliver the flowers on SUNDAY - the day my mother WILL NOT be home! Terrible, absolutely TERRIBLE. I was a huge fool for trusting these idiots, sharks, and embeciles and NEVER again!!!!

ProFlowers - Disappointed with Purchase
I was extremely disappointed with the Mother's Day flowers I received from ProFlowers. They were a gift from my 14-year old son who saw the ad in clipper magazine and was excited that he purchased them on his own. He was hoping to "Wow" me like the ad claimed but when the flowers arrived his hopes were crushed because he realized that they looked nothing like the picture in the ad. I pretended that all was well for his sake but was fuming mad inside because I knew he was disappointed that he was scammed by the ProFlowers ad. First, he thought he was paying 19.99 + s/h, but there were other charges once he placed the order. Then, when the flowers arrived, he noticed there were not as many flowers as shown in the ad. As a matter of fact, there were only 5 roses where the ad showed 12. I could have purchased the same bouquet elsewhere for half the price. I think its terrible that ProFlowers takes advantage of consumers in this way. Not only is it false advertising, but its just poor taste, especially on Mother's Day. I will never recommend ProFlowers to anyone.

ProFlowers Scamm
Proflowers has a scam going on . .that if you don't pay attention you will pay for it when you check out . . .they are double charging for shipping . .they double the charge of 9.99 to 19.98, but they keep it separate so you don't realize it, then they also charge for base delivery, and special handling . . .yeah its a RIPOFF . .and if you call their Customer service they will tell you . ."yes that is what we are charging" and NO there is NO Supervisor who will take your call to complaint. so they are telling you "YES WE ARE RIPPING YOU OFF . .SO ? "

Proflowers sent a different bouquet than the one I ordered!!!
I ordered my mother a beautiful bouquet of light and dark pink roses, green fuji mums, and two other types of flowers. The photo was beautiful. My mother called and said what lovely roses I sent. I asked how cool the fuji mums looked and she said there were none. I had her send a photo of her bouquet and it was a skimpy assortment of roses in this weak looking vase! I was furious. I called Proflowers to discuss what happened and the representative argued with me rather than resolve my issue. She explained that because the florist who arranged my bouquet didn't have the items I ordered on hand, she gave me a totally different bouquet, which wasn't even close to the price range that I had paid and without consulting me I might add! She said this is standard procedure. I told her this was unacceptable and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She pretended to transfer me and actually hung up on me instead. I called back and got a more receptive person afterwards who refunded my money but I will never order flowers from this second-rate, fly-by-night company ever again.

Fraud Is Ok With PRO-FLOWERS..
Called Pro Flowers regarding fraudulent use of my credit card and the girl (speaking over me)while I was letting her know stated" We will still send the flowers and we will still bill you and we will not return your money" I was astonished! I asked to speak to someone in loss prevention and she said have your bank write to them and then I asked for a supervisor or manager and she said there is no one. I asked are you serious she said nothing. I let her know that I had also called FTD and they were in no way anything like pro flowers. FTD was sorry this had happened stopped the deliveries and refunded all my money. I have used FTD and pro flowers in the past and even though FTD is more expensive I will be using them because they exude customer service. Many of our lawyers, doctors and family use pro flowers but they will no longer. They choose to do business with honest and caring companies.

Order delivered 250 miles away from actual address
I used PF for the first time this week and like many of you rec'd numerous add on fees/charges on the advertised special that was to include a free vase. One order rec'd the free vase and the other did not. Two $19.99 arrangements cost me over $80.00. My orders were supposed to be delivered Sat 5/7/11 so that someone one would be home to accept. Today when I tracked the one bound for Sarasota FL it shows it was delivered and left at the door of a home in North Palm Beach Florid, 250 miles away. I have now been on hold for over an hour trying to resolve this, I will never use them again.

Proflower ripped me off
I put in a special code from a christian radio station. they said you will get a special offer. it was special alright! I got to pay $54 for flowers that they said cost $29.90, they said the delivery would be $9.99. the only day available to deliver the flowers was Saturday and Sunday. The cost for Sunday delivery was $19.95, so I picked the lower price of $9.99 for Saturday May 7th. I was charge a delivery of $9.95, a Saturday delivery cost 0f $9,95 and a $4.99 handling fee. I will NEVER use Pro Flowers again

ProFlowers.com is a rip-off
Do not buy from this place, it is a joke. I have ordered from ProFlowers.com for almost 2 years. The last order (which will be my last)was the poorest excuse for flowers I have seen. Stems were broken, some were already blooming, some had brown leaves, etc. I sent an email to their customer support and never heard from them. I received their email to rate the order and have not heard from that either. They must not have any customer support. What a shoddy company. I will never rfecommend their company again. I am now using another company that is much better.

Proflowers.com -- Dont do business with them!
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day delivery --paid extra to have them sent on Sunday. Saturday afternoon I got a form email saying they couldnt fulfill the order but would deliver them Monday or Tuesday. I called immediately and was told I would get a free upgrade on the bouquet along with a partial refund. They said they would call my mother and apologize. Simply put, none of this ever happened. No refund, no flowers were ever delivered. I feel so rotten that my mother got nothing on Mother's Day. I spent the entire week this week trying to get through to Proflowers to get my money back -- the one things they did do was charge my credit card. After being on hold for at least 20 mins each time I called, I was told they couldnt do anything until they talked to the florist. Finally on Friday a customer service rep said they would give me a refund. I haven't seen the money yet. The customer service, the follow through is horrendous at ProFlowers. What makes me most upset is that my mother never got her flowers.
