Never order from Proflowers

I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day and during my order chose the flexible delivery option for delivery on either May 10th or 11th. When my order was finalized, after I entered my credit card, the bill included a $4.99 delivery charge, for delivery on May 11th! I did not choose that. When I called customer services, they refuse to do anything about it and had the audacity to say that it was who "I" was the one who made the mistake. What kind of customer service is that?! Will NEVER, EVER order from them again!

Hello Orangecap, I'm sorry for your frustration. Before clicking confirm, there is a complete breakdown of the entire order.

If a $4.99 charge was part of the bill, it would have stated that on the 'review order' page, before you clicked confirm.

If still have questions or concerns, give us a call at 888-855-3486. Casey

I ordered from Proflowers 2 bouquets for Mother's Day to same address for 2 different recipients for Friday delivery. One got there the other didn't, FedX wouldn't deliver due to damaged packing at pickup? Addressed this Friday evening with Proflowers, their response was next delivery would be on Tuesday after Mother's Days or pay additional delivery fees for something that wasn't my fault. I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere.

ProFlowers is a complete embarrassment!
I purchased what I thought was a "beautiful" bouquet of flowers for my mother in law as a Mother's Day gift. They arrived today and I was literally heartbroken that ProFlowers allowed such an item to be given to a mother for Mothers Day - the flowers/arrangement wasn't...

Hopefully, they followed through with your replacement order. They promised to replace my order at no charge and here it is Tues and they did nothing. I seriously doubt they ever even intended to either fill the order the first time, nor to replace it.

ProFlowers review in Washington, District Of Columbia: Dead flowers...did not last even one day.

For past 3 years my daughter has sent me proflowers and the quality has been horrible. Flowers nearly dead, roses with petals falling off, drooping filler flowers. This time my husband was home and they were dropped at the door with out ringing door bell. The vase is always cheap and color does not match flowers. I did not want to tell my daughter as I wanted her to feel good about sending roses to me on this special occasion.....this time, I felt enough is enough. Hope she does not waste her money next year. Walmart would be better.

ProFlowers review in Elizabeth, New Jersey: AWFUL flowers and HORRIBLE support

my boyfriend and i ordered seperate arrangements for my mother and his mother for mother's day his mother got hers first and they looked like a total and complete joke....the arrangement was supposed to be purple, and come with 16 carnations, 4 roses and a few other flowers.....the arrangemnt consisted of all white carnations with one tacky neon pink one and 1 white rose...it looked like something found at a funeral home i ordered my mother 2 dozen red roses that were sent with the wrong vase, they were orange and there were only 16 roses half long stem half short and fell apart as soon as they were taken out of the box. the customer service is AWFUL and cold we were both issued refunds, but they won't be recieved until 5-7 business days and have no money to get something for our moms, which is a huge disappointment

Don't Get Tricked by ProFlowers

This company makes you think you're getting a deal, but you're not at all! Here's how they trick you. First they cut the cost of the flowers and on top of that they kick in a free vase. How can you go wrong! Right? Wrong!!!!! This company is very sneaky at adding on absurd additional charges. I chose Saturday delivery, which was posted as $4.99. The flowers I had chosen were $19.99, so I'm thinking I'm spending $25.00 plus whatever the tax might be. But then when I confirmed my order I realized they tagged on $9.99 for standard delivery (in addition to the $4.99) plus an additional $2.99 for handling charges. So, instead of paying $25 I ended up paying almost $40. And all for flowers that were priced at $19.99. Very sneaky. Don't buy from them. A company like this, that intentionally deceives its customers, doesn't deserve your business!

I just posted a review of my "Mother's Day" flowers - frankly, I am scratching my head wondering how this company stays in business!! I have included a photo in my review - you want to see that for sure.

I had a groupon voucher for Proflowers. I paid $20 for $40 worth of flowers.

It turned out to be over $60 even with the voucher. They added on their "standard delivery charge" of $19.99. The flowers were awful.

Already wilted. Never againQ

ProFlowers CS dept has no structure

CSRs have no authority and can not even send a simple manual email to confirm an order. The last and final time I called they had no manager around to help them. They are left with "tell the customer a manager will call them back" That is what is in their manual. First CSR couldn't do a cancellation- she said "let me have a manager call you back." Second CSR fell apart and transferred me to her manager who in turn had to call us back and never did. Third CSR, changed the incorrect email address to the new one, but I never got an email confirmation. Fourth CSR said she couldn't change the email address and coulnd't send a manual email confirmation with my order. She read the manual out loud and it told her to tell me that a manager would call me back. She said there were no supervisors or managers on the floor with them today.

We do apologize that we were unable to send out those emails immediately. Our system automatically sends confirmation emails when an order is placed, and we do have a team that sends out additional confirmation requests.

If you would like to call me at 888-855-3486 I can expedite your request. -Amy

Proflowers SUCK! Horrible!

Once again I was delivered these disgusting horrible so called gift flowers in a box thrown at my door. Since they are a gift from my family I can't really say anything to spoil the thouht!. They are allways terrible, wilted, missing petals, small. embarrasing to even receive. Even the box is a complaint, it is hard to get into and then I have to dissmantel the whole thing and somehow fold it up to get into the garbage. Makes me want to just dump the whole thing in the garbage when they arrive. This time it was a horrible example of tulips, with tulip heads bowed down, small, missing petals, real pathetic flowers, since i can get absolutely gorgeous ones at the supermarket for $5.99. If you ever have the thought of sending these to someone. DONT! Every time i get them I am pissed off!

ProFlowers shipping charges are a joke

So i just ordered a boquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day. Carefully select the one I think she will like and proceed to checkout. Added a personalized card so toal is up to 37.95$. Then an option comes up for delivery time am or pm no where does it say anything about an upcharge for this so I select Am since she is usually home in the mornings. So Im still thinking 37.95$ for this plus possibly 10 or 15 bucks for delivery. I enter all the info on the site as needed and cc info. Hit the continue button expecting to go to a charge review screen. Nope it charges my card and gives me a receipt total comes to 73.91 WHAT!!!! so I review it and look over it 12.99 delivery ok seems fair. Morning delivery 14.99 complete and utter *** again no warning or anything when selecting this option. guaranteed delivery 4.99 WHAT!!!! why am i paying for guaranteed delivery isnt the 15 bucks for morning delivery enough to guarantee it? 2.99 care and handeling WTF shouldnt this be in the shipping charge? Im Irate right now this is totally rediculous so what I figured around 50$ is 25$ higher and no chance to even review the charges before submitting this is a joke. I call customer service more like customer I dont want to deal with you and am told nothing can be done on it. Im hoping the flowers arive on time and are in pristine condition. Im going to look into the legality of charging you without allowing you to review charges and I guarantee if it is not legal Im going to find a hungry lawyer and take these assclowns down. Again this is completely a joke the way they run a buisness.

ProFlowers Credit Card Fraud

We ordered flowers from ProFlowers, and within an hour two other flower orders were charged to our credit card. This morning another order was charged to our card. When contacted, the company told us to contact our credit card company and dispute the charges. When I told them it was their screwup and their obligation to fix it, they said there was nothing they could do, but they would initiate an internal investigation. We cancelled our order, because we do not want to do business with a company like this. But someone at ProFlowers has our credit card information and is using it, and the company won't do anything about it. Fraudulent amounts were: $39.61, $42.97, and $54.07 For two of the orders, we received confirmation e-mails which showed the name, address, and phone number of the recipient. We contacted them and informed them that someone was sending them flowers, but that we had instructed our bank to disallow the charges. Neither party knew who might be sending them flowers.
