Ordered flowers on 12/22/15 and was charged 14.99 shipping plus another 9.99 for guaranteed delivery on 12/24/15. My total bill was 71.14 for a 39.99 flower arrangement. My friend received the flowers

at her residence 12/25/15. I contacted ProFlowers customer care service and asked for a 9.99 refund, but they said that delivery was on 12/24/15. I emailed them 3 different times and they gave me their

877-383-**** number to call. Did that and got a recorded message to enter 3 for customer service. I did and then dead silence for 5 minutes and I gave up. The 9.99 was not a option to remove when I placed my order. I will never order flowers from them again.
