WOW what a mistake i called 4 times and tried to talk to 4 different people, but could not understand anyone except for the last one a little, and she had no clue what was their company policy. I used to use pro flowers a lot, but never again . They have gone to *** so sad !

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! The flower arrangement was very ugly. The flowers and leaves did not look fresh. They also delivered the flowers 3 days late. Customer service was difficult and refused to process the refund. They said my boyfriend had to call to get it done. The customer service is in the Phillipines. The Supervisor, Joy, was not helpful. I could hardly understand her. This is the WORST FLOWER COMPANY that I have ever dealt with! Save yourself the stress. If you want quality flowers, this is not the place to order from.

The delivery charge was TWENTY EIGHT dollars. For a box that left on the porch. WTF. If I order delivery and pay $30 for the delivery charge I want the flowers PRESENTED TO THE RECIPIENT and not left on the porch in a *** box. I could have gone to the grocery store for half the price, and WILL next time.

I first want to say... I will NEVER use you people ever again! First, or was to be delivered Thursday, but it preselected for Friday. I called. It was to be delivered before noon on Friday, but wasn’t. Then, the flowers was to have a blue and gold vase that I chose as seen on the website and my receipt. Instead, it was delivered with NO vase! My daughter had to find one of her own vases, a glass red one! The so called flowers that was delivered looked NOTHING like what the sensors shows. The flowers delivered are half of what is shown on the website and what I supposedly ordered, and near dead looking. Thanks SO much for ruining this delivery! My daughter had just miscarried and that is why I was sending flowers. To brighten her day a little. Pro Flowers ruined that for me! And for my daughter! The company should be ashamed!

Unreliable

I’ve ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and there have been numerous problematic regarding deliveries. It’s exasperating getting a notification that the flowers have been delivered and discovered that they have not, or have been delivered to someone else. They ask for the number of the receipiant but never call them. I waited hours, the person remained at the home only to find out that the flowers never got the flowers. Only thing that they do is say that they are ‘sorry’ and offer you a ‘deal’. Like a discount on the flowers and or added features. Well, I went for it and when my friend received her flowers they were dead. The replaced the flower order again. Here’s the issue, the damage was done. The deliverers are the issue and it’s up to Pro flowers to make certain that the flowers are there. It’s not enough that the deliverer and this company need to fix this. I broke up with my ex friend.... To be frank, it’s ‘hit and miss with them.....

I can never get back the moment ProFlowers totally messed up for me!

I ordered a special valentine presentation (flowers, chocolates, and valentine vase). They forgot to put the vase in the box.

After several minutes on the phone with someone who barely speaks English and would not transfer me to a supervisor they promised to overnight a replacement. Two days later it arrived (on Valentine's day) but they sent the wrong order (not the Valentine presentation). It was now too late for me to order a Valentine presentation for my girlfriend.

They may have promised a full refund (let's see if I get it) but they can never replace the lost moment of presenting a Valentine's presentation to the one I love. Instead of making it a wonderful moment, ProFlowers turned this moment into a nightmare.

By the way, with the three phone calls to try to rectify the errors I ended up spending almost an hour on the phone with operators who barely speak English and had trouble understanding what I was trying to communicate.

Beware!

YOU ARE TAKING AN ENORMOUS RISK IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY! Sad

Incorrect Order Deliverex

Last minute changes without notifications, already delivered with incorrect flowers before receiving a mail which says about the last minute changed. Promise a refund of $7 but it never happened. Poor service and tricky rates. I don't recommend this to anybody.

I placed an order, then saw an upgrade of that same item , so, within 2 minutes I was on chat and asked it I could upgrade to same item but larger. She said I would have to cancel order and reorder and to call them.

I called right away (matter of fact while I was still on chat) and was told that I could NOT cancel and reorder nor could they provide the larger quantity (which I would have gladly paid for) as they said the order was already in transit. How can something be in transit in 2 minutes? My original order was for 87 dollars and up grade made it 102 dollars. Finally I got a supervisor and they say they will refund my payment.

seeing is believing. How, how in the world can you not change a order in 2 minutes? and they would have made more money? Instead of the smaller item, simply insert the larger item.

At checkout, They should have flashing red lights that say: Once you press this button, u r screwed, or at least give you 1 hour delay to change your order. totally frustrated, they lost my business Tom Greenbelt MD

Failed to deliver on Valentine's Day

They could not deliver the flowers I ordered for my daughter on the Valentine's Day even though they guaranteed it. They refunded only the delivery charges. Would not use them again, recommend to use others.
