Proflowers works for me

I have always had good service from proflowers. ONCE received a centerpiece that did not last. I called and they sent a fresh one at no charge and it lasted 3 weeks or more. I always manage to get a great discount as well. I also boycott Rush L. because he is such a woman hater and calls us names. I can live without that hatred being spewed. I do not support those that twist facts and lie to get ratings and enrage people. That is not productive for our sense of community. Free speech all you want, but I can turn you off! Have a good day everyone.

Proflowers is a fraud!

For 3 times in a row now, proflowers has completely failed to even imitate a flower delivery service. First time, the flowers showed up a day late with no warning nor explanation. Second time, they sent to the wrong flowers TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Then today, they take an order online this morning, for delivery today, an option they offered for an extra fee, then called me at 4:30 pm to tell me "sorry, can't do". Their excuse is that they couldn't find a florist who could deliver today. With an entire day's notice. In one of the most affluent areas of the country. With over 200 florists within a 10 mile radius. They are a FRAUD! Avoid them like the plague. Your flowers, as ordered, will not be delivered. This company should be investigated for wire fraud. I will never use them again.

ProFlowers review in Columbia, South Carolina: Pro Flowers Didn't Deliver The Flowers Twice

Yes I decided to take advantage of the "special offer" advertised by Pro Flowers by ordering an arrangement to be delivered by Pro Flowers for my Mother's birthday. Needless to say when I called my mother on her birthday I inquired about the flowers only to find out that the florist doing the delivery had called and informed my mother that they were sorry but that they would be unable to deliver until several days later. When I called Pro Flowers they apologized stating that it was a supply error that rarely happens and offered a discount for my next purchase. Well... I ordered again deciding to take advantage of the discount only to have the same thing happen. If you expect to have you flowers delivered on time DO NOT order from Pro Flowers. I guess I should have followed the old saying "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me".

I have gone through Pro Flowers twice. The item I purchased online arrived looking nothing like they advertise. I gave them a second chance and got burned again. They need to keep closer tabs on the locals they contract. Lame...never again. The customer service was acceptable. They did refund some money and offered some new flowers. The day came and went. We apologize if you encountered any difficulty with our online ordering system; that's not typical for customers to be billed twice or duplicated. If any error caused your order to be duplicated, we will always endeavor to fix them, and delete or refund duplicated orders.

ProFlowers is great after many years & orders.

Just used ProFlowers again for Easter gifts this 2012 season. They have great pricing and service. Website was easy to use. Did have to contact customer service because also used voucher from Amazon.com on one gift and two sites were a bit complicated. Service was so pleasant and she stayed on until order complete. I feel even better today after reading all these grumpy old Rush fans vents against ProFlowers. These complaints have nothing to do with product and service. Looking forward to our granddaughter receiving monogramed Easter basket from ProFlowers! At 65, I am so glad to support a company that takes stand against crude, obnoxious Rush L. who calls young women knows nothing about nasty names publicly and offends all who happen to stumble on his well-paid media rantings. Rush is too continually offensive to imagine any apology he half-states is sincere.

ProFlowers review in Live Oak, Florida: Pro Flowers delivers 3 days late with no notice!

I ordered Flowers for my mother on Friday Morning (Before Noon) for same day delivery, paid extra......no flowers on Friday, None on Saturday, and of course none on Sunday. They say they delivered today (Monday) but my mother still has not received them. From what I can see on the internet, their reputation is so bad, I should NEVER have ordered from them in the first place. HUNDREDS of complaints on them.....and yet they have a banner ad on this "pissedconsumer.com" website - this is probably where 50% of their clients hang out.....from what I can see. They claimed they would refund the Same Day Delivery surcharge......why not just TELL ME they could not deliver on time!! Or within 48 Hours?

We're sorry about the difficulty you had with our online order process. Unfortunately, specials offered on ProFlowers.com cannot be applied to orders placed through FloristExpress.net, our sister company, because the products on Florist Express are contracted through local florists and as such have to be sold at the prices agreed to by those florist shops.

Orders placed on ProFlowers.com are filled using fresh flowers obtained directly from the growers by ProFlowers, hand packed, and sent overnight to ensure fresh, beautiful flowers guaranteed to last at least a week. However, if your original ProFlowers.com order was supposed to receive a discount, and the site did not give it to you, we will always honor it.
