I recently placed an order with Proflowers to send a mother's gift that is supposed to be received by may 13. When I didn't receive a phone call from the person i've sent the gift to, I got upset.

I went to proflowers website and it said the gift will be delivered on may 14. I finally got a hold of proflowers and they said they deliver it today. They didn't make sure the gift was actually deliver it to the person i wanted to receive it. THEY HAD LEFT ON THE DOORSTEP, LEAVING IT TO BE STOLEN BY ANYONE WHO CAN SEE IT!!!!

What kind of person does that??? Don't order any gift from this company unless you like to be ripped off.
