I ordered 2 dozen roses for my wife for Valentines Day at a premium price I might add, but she received half dead alstroemeria's instead. I would like to believe it was an honest mistake but this is the second one.

The first one, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but as second one I wonder! I think they believe that no one would know. That's how they keep their costs down. BAIT AND SWITCH!

There will NOT be a third time. I will take my business elsewhere. They ruined my Valentine's Day for the last time.

Pretty pathetic how they can justify this. They are crooks and lack integrity!!!!!

Follow up. I called Proflowers to complain and they sent her a replacement.

WHAT A F’n JOKE. THE Replacements were worse.

They sent 2 dozen roses alright but 7 were broken and the rest were nearly dead. PATHETIC!!!!!!!
